Although we didn't end up using their services because we were trying to deal with a timely wasp matter, I would call again! They were booked a week out, however, I can tell why. They called me back promptly, gave me advice and even texted me a product I could try by myself. They quoted a reasonable price if they would have had come out. The other companies I called were just quick to try and sign me up for a monthly service instead of trying to help me treat my current situation. I truly appreciate and value companies that put their customers or in my case potential customers first! 100% would recommend! read more

We've had wow for 2 years now and they have been superior with service. Our technician is Christian and hes so cordial, always on time and does his job very well. WOW has been great! The office is so accommodating and helpful and we just had our house serviced with John and he was so polite, friendly, and professional. Can't recommend them enough. Love being able to text our company for help too read more

Thank you WOW pest control for keeping my house and property bug free! Extremely nice employees who have customer service top of mind. They have accommodated several off schedule requests and are always on time and reliable. Highly recommend. read more

I can't recommend Wow Pest Control enough! The owner, Sam, is a really awesome guy who truly cares about his customers. Whatever spray they are using REALLY WORKS! My parents use another pest control company and consistently has problems with earwigs, those flying brown beetles, and occasionally ants. When I bought a house down the street with a huge backyard, I thought I'd have an even bigger pest problem. However, Wow sprays every month and I've never had an issue during the past two years. If you're having a bug problem, definitely switch to Wow. read more

Did not get any services done with them, however I called and was put through to a voicemail left all my information that they asked to leave and no one has ever called. read more

Highly recommended, fast, effective, affordable service with a smile. Helped me get rid of my Wasp problem over the summer.

To put it frankly, you're a fool to use anyone else. Sam, the owner operator of WOW, does everything in his power to earn and keep his customers. His staff treats his clients with the same respect that I've come to expect from Sam himself. It shows that he provides a good work environment for his employees and he passes on the importance of EXCELLENT customer service. Sam came to our rescue when we took possession of our new rental home. He came over on a short call to help with a serious roach infestation. He was here for 2 hours! I've used several of the similarly and the over priced competitors and NONE treat you like WOW. I reiterate, you must give WOW a chance before going to any other... You'll be pleased. read more

I just moved into a rental home, and first night watched roaches running all around the kitchen. The management company sent out a local pest control which did a quick spray around the house. Knowing a bit about roaches, I knew the eggs would be hatching soon. I friend recommended WOW for monthly service. When they came out, I found them to be much more thorough in discussing the type of roaches. They used several kinds of spray and bait that are needed for German roaches. They put tiny drops of bait in the cupboards that attracts german roaches, as well as spraying. I also appreciate the text message reminder before they come out. Super friendly company, and very fast response when I called them for setting up monthly service.. I highly recommend... read more

Excellent customer service. Arrived on time and a very thorough job and inspection was conducted. Friendly knowledgable staff- Kyle and Eliseo (spelling?) were great. Received a follow up call about a week later asking if we were happy or had any concerns (unheard of with corporate businesses) Highly recommended. read more

We decided to use a pest service for our new home and we always like to use and buy local. We set up a consultation with WOW and were pleased with his professional manner and his pricing is in line with other pest control companies. While he was here he set an ant trap in our kitchen and the next day the representative was out to spray our whole home. read more

I have only had the initial service but I'm happy thus far. Kyle was early to our appointment. A thorough job was completed. I would highly recommend this company and feel confident the pests will be eradicated!!! Satisfied customer for sure.... read more

They did a wonderful job so far and took time to explain to me what they were spraying and how the process works.

I really love this Company! 6months so far and they are awesome!! We live downtown and having wow pest control was the best choice we made. My house is currently under remodel which usually brings out unwanted creatures. Well let me say I haven't seen one!! They have great customer service. They also give u a text the day before to remind you they are coming. read more

Used Wow for years. Never had an issue with them. Reasonable price and always friendly and great communication. Def recommend!

Just had my first service call. Sam was AMAZING. Very personable, very professional, very thorough. I'm impressed!

Great service by Sam. He came out for a rodent problem, identified some things to fix and then laid traps and checked on a regular schedule. He is prompt about his appointments and delivers everything you expect from a professional pest control company. He makes sure the customer is satisfied and genuinely cares. Thanks Sam!! read more

I was using Wow for a few years and started having problems with roaches outside. They never could get rid of them and was told over and over that it was a bad year for roaches. Now that I switched to another pest control since leaving over a year ago I have not had one problem with roaches or anything else. read more

This is the first time I have used a pest control company and I'm so glad I decided to go with Wow! The work was done so quickly and professionally. I had a million spider webs but not a trace when they were finished. Wish I had done this 5 years ago! read more

I found wow pest control on yelp, and I am so glad I did. The service they carry is impeccable, to the service technicians to the office team. They do have a year contract but It's worth every penny! I had an ant problem and they helped out even left me some little ant killer homes. They go above and beyond, so thank you WOW pest control. read more

I bought a new house and have used WOW since I moved in. Very good service and if you need them they will come right out. They got rid of my black widow problem, my ant problem and my cockroach problem. read more

The company's name says it all "WOW!!!" Sam and his business knock it out of the park with their customer services, their presentation, their respect not only for your time but your home as well, and their ability to take care of the problem you may have. My wife and I have had Sam, and his company take care of our home for about a year now, and we have yet to have any problem with their services! They recently had them help us with a tick problem and instead of sending one of his employees to take care of the problem, which I know that they can take care of, Sam, the owner, showed up to take care of it himself. He/they have pride in their work, and it shows, so when you are in need of a pest control company don't hesitate to give WOW a call! read more

I've had a few different local companies for Pest control, but have never had such thorough service as with Wow Pest Control. Once, I thought I had seen a roach in my house, so I called Wow and they came the next day. Sam inspected every nook and cranny for signs of others, even looked to make sure they weren't in the backs of tvs! There weren't any more, thankfully. He was honest and offered to spray for them if I wanted (for the cost of the roach service), but that he didn't think I needed too. He definitely could have gotten away with selling an unneeded service, but his integrity is far greater. Another thing is that I've only had the inside of my house sprayed annually, and never have any bugs because the company does such a great job on the outside. Wow Pest control knows big types and everything about them, there is no guess work with them. If you don't want bugs, Wow Pest Control is the way to go! read more

After going out and spraying, they removed the pipe under the faucet to check for bugs and unfortunately, it started to leak. They agreed to go back out and in addition to fixing the pipe, they re sprayed and in the front yard too. He was very good about righting a wrong and I appreciate that as you don't see that much in business today! read more

Sam is the best. We had an issue with roof rats. I called Wow after another larger pest company just flat out no-showed to a scheduled appointment. He is knowledgeable and dealt with our problem quickly and professionally. The rate was also better than the quote from the two other pest control companies I spoke with. If I have any rat/ant/etc. problems in the future I now know who I'm going to call. Highly recommended. read more

Love Sam and his service! I've been a customer for several years now. Couldn't ask for a better pest control company. Nice, clean vehicles, prior notification of service, when they treat for something, there is an immediate difference, friendly, trustworthy people. Thank you! read more

Best pest control in Bakersfield. Professional and informative. Personable, knowledgeable, kind company. Loves what he does and it shows. We had an extreme ant problem. Sam came out and the ants were gone in less than 1 day..a month later..im ecstatic to report that we are ant and pest free. Thank you Sam. read more

Extremely happy with Wow Pest Control! Sam is great, professional, caring, detail oriented and polite. He was punctual and adaptable. For example, we were running late for our appointment, called him, and he made it simple to reschedule around our availability. He will also answer all your questions and give you tips on how to prevent future problems . Overall, five stars!!! If you are looking for good service call Sam! read more

I called Wow after a suggestion from a friend. I couldn't have been happier with my above and beyond service. Sam was super nice and interested in getting to know me. I can tell he is like that with all of his customers too since he knew exactly who recommended them to me. He was very thorough in treating my house both inside and out. I had him treat my yard for spiders and he even cleaned up all the webs, which I was not expecting him to do. He talked to me about their belief in giving wow service and I actually found myself laughing at myself walking around saying "wow" at all the excellent work I saw. Definitely very happy to be a customer of Wow Pest Control. read more

This is a great local company to call. Sam was very helpful, gave lots of advice and tips on do it yourself on pest prevention and removal. His prices are also fair and reasonable. read more

This was my first time having a pest control company come out and service my home, and what can I say they exceeded my expectaions. We had just moved in and my wife started noticing bugs coming out here and there.WOW Pest Control was on time, curtious, proffesional, and very helpful. First time Sam came and did the service he walked me through what he normally does on the indoor service call, showed me all the spots he normally would see bugs and sprayed them. After the first service Sam put me at ease that he would handle and take care of all my pest control needs. I would highly recommend Wow Pest Control to anybody thinking about getting service for pest or having any kind of pest issues. read more

I called and set an appointment. I remember him saying he would be there at 9, he remembered differently. He showed up and would not start until he was paid. I had left to goto work and could not go back until lunchtime. I remembered one price and he remembered another. I'm looking elsewhere. read more

Honestly some of the nicest people i met. Super knowledgeable and does what it takes to make the bug go away - like come the same day we call at 8pm at night when all the bees are in one spot so they don't miss any. :) Highly recommend these guys. They will get the job done quickly, efficiently and always with a smile. :) read more

WoW pest control is the absolute best! If you are searching, LOOK NO MORE!! You have found the guy! Sam is very understanding of your finances and that certain things are out of price range.
