I didn't think I would ever be so appreciative of a pest company that i would feel compelled to leave a 5 star review but this co. is the BEST I have ever had! I haven't even begun my 'regular scheduled service' yet and so far they have come out twice to first kill off a large nest of wasps and then a few wks later yellow jackets moved in and they came out immediately to kill them off as well. I could of had a real problem on my hands if I was still with Clark Pest (who after being a customer for 4 yrs they just told me they didn't 'see' any nest and left it at that....even called a supervisor to come out to look, re: kept seeing them flying, but he said same thing and just left...in the fall i then found a dead wasp nest that had blown off of my roof!...that's when I decided it was time to find another pest co.)....So I am SO glad Clark was so incompetent, because now I have found the BEST pest co. (only wish I would have UPGRADED to this PRIME service sooner!). Thanks so much guys for caring about your work AND your customers! Continued growth and success to you! read more

We have been using WOW Pest Control for over a year. Their service staff have always been friendly and courteous. They listen to any concerns we have had and followup has been excellent. Currently our service is provided by Nicholas. He is friendly acts professionally and always asks questions about our needs. He knocks down spider webs, treats all areas of our yard and other areas that we identity as possible concerns. Since WOW has been providing our pest control services we have noticed a reduction in roaches and other pests. We have also recently agreed to have mosquito traps placed in our backyard and this has helped reduce their presence in our yard. I would recommend WOW Pest Control to anybody searching for a competent pest control service. William Reifel read more

I can't believe the service of wow pest control, from the first call to the check ups and even some extra check up for a flying insect problem I had, Sam took extra care for his job. Best pest control company that I dealt with by far I'm one of those people that don't like people at my house when I'm not home but with Sam I feel so,comfortable with him, he was even able to help me out I'm a worrier even though I had no signs of bed bugs I had him check and care for them if there were bed bugs, he gets the job done and I don't have to worry. Hands down WOW pest control is the answer to any problem. When you have a worry he worries about it more, I can't thank him enough for his hard work and dedication to my home!!! read more

I have been using WOW Pest Control for several years and of course they have consistently provided quality, pest control service. But, that's not why I'm taking time to share my experience. It's more about HOW they get your home pest free by providing OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! They always send me a text the day before Nick is going to do our service including the hours window he will be there. I can then text any specific pest situations we're having to them. Which will of course be taken care of by Nick, our tech. NICK will also take the time to check in with my family before he starts working to see if we have any other interior bug concerns. NICK YOU'RE A ROCKSTAR!! read more

I have used different pest control companies. (ones you see on your everyday tv commercials) I have never been so happy with one except for Wow Pest Control. Kyle was super nice and informative as well as the gal who help start up our service. It wasn't like "well these are our services". It was more like, "What issues are you having? Where are they located? Do you have dogs? We spray for fleas and ticks, too!" When they came to spray, they soaked everything & cleaning everything. Previous companies have lightly sprayed here & there. What took Kyle 25 minutes took another company 5 minutes. I HIGHLY recommend this company. If I could, I'd give them 100/5 stars. So happy I found them! read more

So lets just Say! Wow pest control is the Best bug man I have ever used. Being in the apartment management business for over 20 years. Sam cleaned up one unit that 3 other companies were unable to do in 6 years. Sam worked his magic and in 6weeks did a wonderful job. Still bug free today. His prices are reasonable, compared to others. Sam and his staff are always on time, ready to handle what ever we through at them that week. Always with a follow-up call. I recommend him to a local business who had some issues for along time, with no luck. Sam was able to take care the problem in 2 weeks time. If you're unhappy with your pest control company. Wow! Pest Control has made our decision to switch from a pest control service that we previously had for over 20 years, easy. I love the fact that they remind me for my appointment the day before with a professional text message. Our consistent and professional technician, Danny, has always been on time and very thorough. He takes his time and gets the job done right the first time. He takes pride in his work and demonstrates a knowledge of his profession. I appreciate the polite and professional demeanor of each of the employees both on the phone and in person. We are so glad that we switched! There's no going back and we truly love Danny! Save yourself a lot of time, money and aggravation and just call Wow Pest Control for your pest control needs. These guys are amazing. Sam goes "the extra mile" to assess the issues, provide helpful information and offer economical solutions and service. We had a outdoor ant problem, an attic roof rat and another issue, all which were quickly and efficiently attended to. We have used other local pest control companies in the past but Sam and his team are simply the best in town, hands down. We found them to be dependable, courteous and professional and were so impressed, we signed on for annual services. read more

Love love love them! I switched to WOW a year or so ago after being with the same company for 10 years and I am so pleased I did! Danny is the absolute BEST! He's very knowledgeable and truly takes pride in his work. He's kind, prompt and thorough and I appreciate him so much. WOW replies to texts and always makes a point to make my crazy schedule work with theirs. Price per month was a little higher than my previous service, but only by $10 however, the service doesn't compare; WOW's service each time is just fabulous as the last. Consistent, reliable and great customer service. Thank you!! read more

I have not seen any ticks on my dogs since the April 21st visit.. I am very happy with the service Sam has provided. He was prompt, professional & explained everything he did in detail. Daniel our serviceman is always great to us, our kid, and our pets. He is very accommodating and personable. In our opinion he is the face and service of Wow, as he is all we ever deal with and he is truly exceptional. His individual service is enough for us to give Wow a five-star review. As far as bug control goes, never an issue. Anytime the critters start becoming a little more noticeable, we make a quick call and usually receive service within 24 hours. No disappointments and the price is right. read more

5 stars isn't enough for Wow Pest Control! When I moved into my new construction home 4 years ago, Sam, the owner, came to take care of the ants we stirred up on the stairs and they have never come back. I'm happy to see Wow growing with the new employees, who are all very professional and incredibly knowledgeable. They all make sure to get to the root of the pest problem promptly so that re infestation doesn't occur. Oh! The best part is that this company is average price for above average service. read more

I have been a customer of WOW for 2 years now. They are amazing, the management and staff have worked with me around my scheduling (and oddities as I am a little OCD). The tech that goes above and beyond for me every time is Kyle. He is always so courteous, wears booties, and always makes me feel comfortable. One time I had a small issue with the service, and WOW was quick to make it better! I don't trust any other pest company to keep my home free of bugs. read more

This company IS GREAT! From phoning to saying bye, every time they have come is just better than the time before. They come out every few months and let me tell you it's been wonderful. Sam was spectacular. I saw a few bugs and called him on a Monday. He came out on Tuesday afternoon. He was amazing, responsive, and knowledgeable. He came out for a follow-up the next day because I had so many outdoor cobwebs. He took them all down! I had used a previous pest control, and they instructed me to maintain everything myself. I am grateful! I will never use another company! read more

I had a really bad ant problem in the dead of summer, from about April to June 2016. Nothing we tried worked. We called WOW out of the yellow pages and got extremely lucky. The ants were gone in just 2 days and never came back. We couldn't believe it. And the technician was very friendly and professional. I would never hesitate to use them again. read more
