I got a text yesterday that Killian Pest Control would be here this morning. Sure enough Brandon sent me a text. He was on his way. Got here on time. Did a fantastic job as usual very pleasant friendly technician who does a thorough professional job every time he's out. For all your Pest Control needs give Killian a call. They'll take care of you and maybe you'll be lucky to get Brandon as your tech. Thanks, Killian read more

Being in the bug business can't be easy. There are so many different variables from location, landscape, size of property, type of bugs... I'm sure the list goes on and on. You're usually dependent on one individual to take care of all your needs. I know a single individual sees the same thing day after day. They might even start to miss some things. This being said, I feel it's how the company responds when you mention the things that may have been missed. This is why I would give KILLIAN's PEST CONTROL 5 STARS! After we notified the company that some things were not getting done, they sent out a supervisor to look things over. After that, The Supervisor and the Technician came out together! After that, Another Technician came out and spent at least another hour plus going through the property. After that, we were notified that the owner of the company was coming out to look things over! I had the opportunity to thank him for such great customer service and follow-up. I'm very thankful they're still businesses that have this kind of pride in what they do! Communication has also been great. From the first call we made to them letting us know that someone was going to be coming out. Each and every time we always knew what was going on. There are plenty of bug people in Bakersfield, but im staying with Killian Pest Control for all my pest needs. Thank You Killian! read more

Super happy with Killian Pest Control. We switched from another company since their customer service went down hill after they were purchased by a larger company. From the receptionist in the office that answered the phone when I called and was able to answer all my questions to the technician who came out and sprayed our house, excellent customer service. The receptionist explained the pricing structure very well (reasonable prices). Our technician came to the door and introduced himself when he first got here and explained what he was going to do. He spent about 45 minutes spraying and cleaning the spiderwebs under the eves. He let me know when he was finished and asked if I had any questions. I asked him to please check the gate and keep it closed as we have an older cat who spends lots of time relaxing in the backyard and can't climb the fence. I didn't want him getting out front. He was great about making sure the gate was closed every time he went thru. Definitely would recommend Killian to anyone needing pest control!! read more

Better communication when offering their service. Didn't let me know additional follow up for bugs would cost another full price. Thy are very expensive with no follow up service at all. If your bugs don't go away the first spray, you end up paying full price for another spray. Other pest controls don't operate this way. I feel like I got scammed. Don't use Killian pest control. read more

Jeff did a wonderful job once again this morning. We had palm trees being cleaned up and Jeff's professional demeanor allowed both the tree work and pest control application to get done. Our choice to go with Killian for pest service on our properties is one of the we've ever made. Thank you Jeff, and the great staff at Killiian! read more

Excellent service that has never wavered over the years .The office staff is kind and courteous and Dannys friendly service is always on time and very thorough . read more

Killian's followed up, were understanding and addressed my concerns. We agreed that the situation could have been handled differently. The matter has now been resolved satisfactorily. I expect that future customers will have a different experience than I did initially. The concern for my satisfaction and how it was handled says a lot for the company. I'm not so sure that a company not based here would have done the same. I'm no longer disappointed and have reinstated my ongoing service. read more

Wow, the response was amazing and fantastic and exactly what I would respect from a business with their response. Was Definitely a pest control Company to go to !!! read more

Danny always does a great job! He is always very professional and courteous! He always calls or texts when he is on his way. He always asks if there is anything else that we need before he leaves. My wife and I are very appreciative to have Danny as our technician! Killian has been our pest control company now for a few years. Technicians like Danny are hard to come by. Overall we are very pleased with Killian from the office staff to our great technician! read more

I have used Killian in the past and they never disappoint. Great prices, professional service, and always on time! Thank you Brian!

The management is very rude and not understanding. I wanted to cancel my contract because of COVID and no renter in my house. "The manager said, " I don't care you signed a one year contract." We want our money whether we service you or not. You have to be humanly to service the people that you are doing business with. I would not recommend them at all. read more

Killian's has been the best service since we started using them about a year ago. The owner Larry is a very hands on type of owner. If you have an concerns with the service he will come on site and check the work of his team and provide alternate solutions to resolving the problem. Laura who sets the appointment times and takes the service calls has outstanding customer service skills and listens to your concerns. Any time we have had to have them come back out to do another spray in between cycles they are there right away to ensure the issue is resolved. The tech that comes out to perform the service (Derrick) is very knowledgeable and thorough. A friend recommended this company and he was right on point when he was explaining his service experience. We are more than pleased with the service we have been provided and intend on being a long time customer. Killian Team thank you for all that you do and making sure I am comfortable with the service I receive and the quality of the service performed. It's amazing how many companies we tried before we were introduced to Killian's and how poor quality of service we had experienced. Killian's has proven to be night and day from the rest of the competition and they have dedicated customers in my wife and I. read more

I have been using Killian Pest Control for years and want to give them a huge SHOUT OUT!!! My house is so well cared for. If I just ask for something to be looked at, they are thorough and all is well. The service technicians are always courteous and professional. A reminder notice of when they will arrive is given so I know to expect them. Management is excellent, always willing to listen and go the extra mile. If you need any pests removed from your property, then my recommendation is to use Killian Pest Control! read more

We saw a few termites and ask for an inspection. Brian came out and really gave our place a good looking over. No damage could be found so they told us to keep an eye out for more living termites. So far we haven't seen any. Appreciate they didn't push for unnecessary treatment. read more

We had excellent service from your tech Matt yesterday! Very fast and very professional!! Thank you jeff cornell

I am getting charged for service i did not receive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry i'm not going to pay for something i never got. They claim to have come to my house yet failed to provide proof. Over a year of service and i still had the same bug problem. My current pest control company only came once and the problem was taken care of Immediately. Don't waste your time and money on these people they don't care about customer satisfaction. Not to mention when they left my gate open and my dog got out and attacked. Amazing customer service! Izzy does a great job every time. I Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs pest control

Tony got the job done. Getting all the cobwebs. Excellent service. I would recommend him to everyone I know.

Killian pest control is the most professional, honest, and through pest control company in Bakersfield! All of their technicians are on time and very helpful, I have had their service for the last 6years and have always been happy with them! If there is ever a problem or issue in between service dates, you can just call and they will usually be out that day or the following day at the latest! GREAT BUSINESS AND GREAT PEOPLE!! read more

Our guy, Jose arrived without notice, not a biggie, but he arrived 30 minutes before what was stated. He stated that the first time around they only clean cobwebs and spray a little. Our home was vacant for 4 months before we moved in and little critters found their way! I have noticed cockroaches still around. The house and will be calling them to spray a little more, I don't want Any critters in my house anymore! Jose was nice, but not thorough enough for my liking. Because of that, I'd give a 3.5 overall. read more

Derek is the most amazing technician. He takes his time and makes sure my house is big free all year long! Thank you Derek!

This service was a problem since the moment we hired them. We had a guy named Chris that did a horrible job and was very rude to me every time I tried to talk to him. He was always complaining about the size of my lot and always trying to leave with an unfinished job. For the first 2 month they were not even letting me know what day they were coming to service the house. Horrible service, rude people .... so unprofessional . Hiring them was just a waste of money and efforts read more

UPDATE: We have continued using Killian through a move across town and continue to be impressed by their customer service and quick response. In our new home, despite being sprayed by Banks prior to us moving in, had major bug problems (ants, spiders, roaches) when we moved in. Killian came and did their regular service, however we were still having tiny black ants taking over our kitchen. Killian gave us no complaints and came back out two additional times (upping the treatment each time) until the ants were 100% eradicated. Even after that, they called us to ensure we weren't having any issues. They didn't charge us anything extra for the extra visits and work and still maintained our regularly scheduled every other month service. The owners are very sweet, and extremely helpful as are the service men we have encountered. If you are looking for a pest control company, I absolutely suggest giving Killian a try. We have now had them for over a couple years and continue to be impressed! read more

Dishonest People They charge you for services never performed They do not show up but still bill you! Person who answers the phone is Very Rude read more

Be careful with this company. My card was erratically charged. I was told it was $29.95 every other month, in one month I was charged $59.90 twice! I don't think they have an automatic payment system in place, I think it's just some girls in their office... either way it isn't consistent. Also, I had Orkin before Killian. I didn't have a problem with Orkin I only switched because Killian was going to be slightly cheaper. However, with Killian I always have bugs,, not sure if it's a lower quality spray? I would have quit them long ago but they required a contract,,, now I know why! I'm going back to Orkin! read more

I have used Killian for over 15yrs and I wouldn't change for anything. I've had maybe 2 call backs and they come out the next day. I really like having the same tech come every month and I hope Derrick stays with Killian for a long long time. Keep up the good work. read more

I have been using another company for my personal home and my rentals for several years but since they had gotten lazy lately I decided to give Killian a try. Of course they always try to get you to sign up for monthly service but I hate that. I don't want to have to worry about being home when they decide they are going to come, I'd rather pay extra and just schedule when it's best for ME. They tell me there are no call backs on one shot sprays but I wasn't worried because I had spoken to the owner a while back and he went on and on about how they do the best job imaginable and how there is no one as great as Killian. The guy shows up and says "you don't want me to spray inside do you?" What?! Yes! Of course, that's why you're here and charging me $145! So he quickly sprays the baseboards in, I'm assuming, my entire house but not behind toilets or under the sink as other companies have done. He was done with my 3000 sq ft home before I could blink. When he went outside he said he sprayed around the foundation and fence line. At first I noticed a couple dead bugs here and there but not much. The same night I noticed some ants around the foundation but figured it needed a few days to kill them. Over 2 weeks later and they are still there along with the countless other bugs all over. I called to complain and the only thing they said was "no guarantees on one shot" so basically if you don't want a monthly service they will do a crap job and take your money. read more

They are always helpful if any new issues arise in addition to our regular monthly service. I love that they always call ahead to tell us when they will be at our house. This helps in case we need the inside serviced or want to mention any pest problems we might be having. They always leave an invoice at each visit once they complete the service. Service was reasonable. My complaint is based on billing. I was unaware that my account was past due so I was put into collections - without a phone call, email, or letter. I could have easily have paid the bill but forgot. If you choose to be serviced by Killian be sure you tape a check to your door otherwise making payments can be difficult. read more

This is my last month in a contract with this company and I am glad. Although Janet was very nice and helpful, she completely ignored my complaint. My renters still complain of bugs so I'll have to look for a new pest control. I just got a response from them regarding my post, seems they were offended and claimed I have dirty renters. I should have been more clear on my review. I called several times to have them spray inside because they were not spraying inside only outside. In the 1yr contract the deal was they would spray inside and out. If the job was done as promised I probably wouldn't have complained. But killian, maybe we probably had dirty renters, but during the time I was receiving this service there was no change. read more
