I cannot say enough about the QUALITY and SERVICE this company provides!!! I hired Advanced Pest Services when I bought my home over 12 years ago and that alone should tell you something about them! They provide excellent customer service and a quality product that literally can't be beat in my opinion. Things got tough one year and I thought to cut back on the spraying; OMG was that a terrible idea! You must maintain these critters and clearly their product WORKS! Needless to say, I hired them right back. The office personnel is top notch and will work with you no matter what the situation is. They aim to please for sure! Advanced Pest Services are fantastic at what they do. We started having issues with bugs in our garage and I do not play with that... lol. I researched several companies and they were recommended by a couple of people. I was able to get an appointment the same week. Cody was our technician and he was great! He made sure to get all of the spiderwebs outside, something that another company NEVER did when they serviced our house. He really took his time, answered my questions, and was very friendly. No customer service, no communication from their end. I had to call to find out why they changed my service date. I asked to speak to a manager and all I got was a text message from them. I ended up canceling my service with them. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, there are plenty of other pest control companies with better customer service. I tried canceling my service and your company wanted to charge me a termination fee. When I asked to speak to a manager all I got was a text telling me that you would waive the fee, that's it. You have time to send me that text message, to write a comment on my review, but you didn't have time to pick the phone and dial my number. Advance Pest is super affordable, works well in my home. It is so easy to reach out to them when suddenly you have surprise ants visiting and attacking. I LOVE the fact that Lauren who schedules my appointments even knows my name!!! Can it be that it shows up on caller ID I don't know but they make you feel like family! I've done business with them over a year now and it has always been the same tech Matt ,super cool guy. I don't like getting random people dealing with my home and personal space so that is awesome. I've used these folks for the past couple years now and I've been really happy with them. I pay for a full year in advance because they give a pretty good discount. They come every two months and spray inside and outside my home. They even clear away the cobwebs on any bushes or areas that may need it. The reason why I'm writing a review now is because of their great customer service. They always call at least a few days ahead of time to let me know they're coming and it's easy to reschedule if you won't be home. Even if you can't be home they will still spray just the outside of your house. Recently I needed the inside to be sprayed because I noticed some ants in our master bathroom. We had failed to be home the last couple times they came so it was never done. When I called it was nice to find out that they do this for free! They told me if you are seeing bugs in between sprays they come out and do it again! For FREE! They even asked if I wanted my garage sprayed which I never even thought about that. Everyone from their office employees to their technicians are really friendly and the service is affordable and definitely worth it to be bug free. read more

I moved into an older home with lots of trees in a huge ass yard. There's bugs everything. Springtime = spiders. I hate spiders. I haven't been right ever since my punk cousin made me watch that horrid 90s film Arachnophobia. I couldn't deal with the bug situation anymore...time to call an exterminator. This company was professional and courteous each time I called for an appointment or when they came out to my house. The saleswoman didn't try to sell me an aggressive bug plan during my initial call, she recommended the minimum I needed and told me I could scale up if I needed to. The technician that came to my house was right on time, was very knowledgeable, and did his job efficiently. It's been a week and I haven't seen very many live bugs in my yard. I haven't seen spiders, either. They even offered to come out again before my next service date if I noticed increased bug activity. I'm satisfied - I'll keep using their services. read more

Yes they come out on their regular schedule for the past year. But the 2 times I have called, 1. when the cobwebs weren't brushed off, I was told the spiders come back in 10 minutes and just made all new ones! Really, in the same exact places? And today, 2. I called as I thought they must have left early because the auto sprinkler came on, and he had not sprayed in the back yet. I was told he did that first and it's dry already. Never mind that I am sitting in the room that faces the backyard! He was only 4 doors away when I called and had not come back to finish the job nor had mgr called Me back. They didn't remove the cobwebs around the house and their pesticide spray is not that good. We had a problem with fleas and tick. We have NEVER had a problem with ticks until now. The service people are alright, but we feel like we get blowed off most of the time. There are a lot of spiders around our house as if we had no pest control. I absolutely love this company! They always send out plenty of notice before they arrive with either a call or text (your preference) and they have never flaked on showing up the day they've scheduled. The office staff is great & I always like any of the technicians that are sent out. It's a family run business too, so that's a big plus!!! They always come out for extra visits if you have a pest outbreak in between services and they've even let me borrow mouse traps free of charge! With a baby in the house they spray with organic control in the house When we have a new breach of ants. I give them a call they come out and ants are dead the next day and no mo ants. We've lived in hot and humid and now hot and dry. In both cases we used professional pest control services. By far, Advanced Pest Services have been the most responsive and most effective. The ants showed up recently so we called the guys up - they came out and not only are the ants gone, but there are dead roaches - I didn't even know they were around. They sprayed my house inside and outside. They even cleaned the spider webs, however, one younger gentleman did a poor job cleaning the spider webs from the windows. This company was hired to eradicate a problem in our home, however after several visits for service, we are still left with the same problems - there was not even any improvement. We paid out $132 for no results. They also give you an "8 to 5" kind of appointment - leaving you to try and arrange someone to be available all day waiting for them. Since they gave us no results, and only did half the service in June- I asked if we could work out a partial refund for the month but they said their policy states they can just spray outside if no one is home. We tried to set an appointment with them to come back and do the inside (where the problem is) and they did not respond. We finally decided to cancel, after giving them several chances to 1) deliver results, and 2) communicate with us for an appointment. read more

If I could give a 0, I would. They showed up without an appointment and just sprayed the front yard even though we wanted the inside and back yard done. I told them they needed to come back if they wanted to get their money and they said they would need to charge me for an additional visit even though they did not complete the last visit. We kept calling asking them to come back out but both sides were on a stand off. We were not going to pay unless we got a complete visit and they were not going to come out without an additional charge. When we moved into our home, there was a roach problem we didn't realize. It wasn't too bad at first since we moved in closer to winter of 2017. When the warmer months came in early 2018, we started noticing more in places like our garage and bathroom where we keep the kitty litter. We hired Advanced Pest Control and the first round of spray didn't seem to do much. Roaches still came into our house but, now they were coming up dead--which is still better than alive but, gross. After the second quarter (they came every 3 months) we had them come out again because that second spraying didn't seem to help much. They bombed the guest bathroom that we don't use and their worker was nice and explained everything to my boyfriend. But, even that didn't help. Before the third service, I canceled it. Their prices are affordable compared to other pest services but, I feel as if their spray/chemicals are not as effective. I think we're just going to spray ourselves with stuff from Lowe's/Home Depot. read more
