In the beginning his service was great. As time has gone he stop showing up. On top of that I have been getting charged more than the what agreed upon. He keeps promising to fix it but then charged my card again for the same high amount. Now I'm either out that money, plus not having him come spray, AND he's not returning my calls. read more

Called for rodent extermination, explaining the attic sounded like there were a bunch of rats moving furniture up there. They showed up 2 hours late and the technician's stated they were not advised it was a rodent call. Since they were already here I had them spray for bugs anyway. They checked the attic for rodents and told me there were no rats and what I was hearing were pigeons under my solar panels. They told me they offer service to block off the panels. I requested a quote for the solar panel exclusion and to start a quarterly spraying for bugs. I was told I would get a call back shortly for the quotes, which never happened. I since called another pest control company. The second inspecting technician showed me multiple pictures of evidence of rats in the attic. In the last week over 7 rats were captured. Please do not fall for other competitors that tell you to reinsulate your house because of hanta virus, which Kern County vector control says does not exist in this county! Can't recommend this business. Had to call for a "redo" of service to our property within a week of their first visit since we still had ants, roaches and spiders. The owner came out and did a good job taking care of things his first crew failed to do. A couple months later they texted me when the scheduled service was due. I replied, asking asking when they would arrive to make sure we would be home. No reply was received and haven't heard from Calvary since. read more

I would have given 5 stars, but I actually didn't use them. At 8pm on a Thursday evening with the MLB playoffs and NFL Thursday game on I saw a mouse in my Pantry. I asked for quotes on Yelp and Cavalry was the first to respond in minutes. He doesn't treat my area, but I Iove how quick he responded. I needed a simple one time spray, so i called this guy. He did a awesome job and showed up on time, to the minute! The spray took around 20 minuets or so but he covered everything. I had roach problems and a lot of spider webs. He took his time and sprayed every inch around my house and had a brush and took care of all of the spider webs. He was friendly and very knowledgeable to his job. I would definitely use his services again and so should you. The price was excellent by the way. read more

I just hired Brad a few weeks ago with Calvary Pest control. Our neighborhood has a major problem with feral cats and consequently our yard has been infested with fleas :( It just became too expensive to battle on our own and we weren't getting anywhere! I did a ton of research and I found Brad thankfully. He is a one-man band which I really appreciate because I don't want a bunch of strangers coming in and out of my house. He also replied back to me immediately when I reached out initially questioning prices and service. He's an excellent communicator and likes to be updated so that he can follow up until the pests are eradicated! We trust him and appreciate his service so much, plus we couldn't pass up a great deal, so we also signed up for a bimonthly spray just to keep on top of all bugs and spiders. Brad did a good job spraying everywhere. He got rid of our black widows in the backyard. The spraying lasted a solid 3 weeks with me not noticing any living creature outside. This was done in July and now I am starting to notice a few tiny spiders, some earwigs and the occasional roach. It's peak season so I get why they recommend spraying every month. FANTASTIC service! I have had both of the other big name pest control service companies and was never as satisfied as I am now. Friendly, VERY detail orientated. A great thing is it's a no contract company like the others demand. I am all for more for my money as you get so much more here for your money. Calvary also offers a no fee callback if needed. They also treat for gophers, (way worth the fee, as I couldn't get it for months). I am happy to know this is a local VET owned company. read more
