At the check-out with various other items I was told that the item was 24.99. This was not the price clearly listed on the tag. I explained this and had the manager look at the tag, the manger (Rhonda) stated that they "should" have put a 4 in the price and refused to honor the ticket price shown. She laughed at me when I said I would like to take a picture of the tag to attach to my email that was being sent to corporate! I will never shop here again, and I strongly advise caution if you decide to purchase anything here! Very unprofessional.

They needed the "Manager" I was in line in front of the "Manager" He was counting money and not once acknowledged myself and my family. The young lady at the next register asked him if she can help? He said yes, now I move to her and everything was going great. Until she needed his assistance to place my order. The sales reps that assisted us with Brent and Damien were very helpful and respectful. The register young lady asked the manager for help. Well, this is when I experience the poor customer service management. He ignored her and the sales rep since they kept going to him for help. 15 mintutes go by and nothing. What is he doing? Out there looking at some lights outside the store? Mind you im still patiently waiting for him to assist his employee. I asked the workers is there another manager and unfortunately they said no! I respectfully said "wow does he always do this? Or it just happens to be that I'm the lucky one that's gets this type of service?
