I'm from California wanting to buy boots for my husband, grandson and myself. I was at the register to pay and since one of my orders needed to be shipped to my home. They needed the "Manager" I was in line in front of the "Manager" He was counting money and not once acknowledged myself and my family. The young lady at the next register asked him if she can help? He said yes, now I move to her and everything was going great. Until she needed his assistance to place my order. The sales reps that assisted us with Brent and Damien were very helpful and respectful. The register young lady asked the manager for help. Well, this is when I experience the poor customer service management. He ignored her and the sales rep since they kept going to him for help. 15 mintutes go by and nothing. What is he doing? Out there looking at some lights outside the store? Mind you im still patiently waiting for him to assist his employee. I asked the workers is there another manager and unfortunately they said no! I respectfully said "wow does he always do this? Or it just happens to be that I'm the lucky one that's gets this type of service? Keep in mind I work for customer service in management for a pediatric and invasive vent patients division. I take my job with pride and willing to HELP. I went in today for a return, a pair of wrangler shorts and wrangler jeans (wrong sizes purchased…read morefor me by my mother) I couldn't find the receipt so went into the store and asked if anything could be done since I can't locate the receipt. I told her I wanted the same items but different sizes and she pointed me in the right direction as to where the items were. I ended up finding the shorts in the right size. I also wanted to get a cowboy hat, so she assisted me in finding a color and size for me that perfectly fit my head. So I exchanged the shorts, returned the jeans, got the hat and paid the difference (give or take $170) Western wear is kind of new for me so I appreciated all of her help. She also recommended products to take care of the hat which I purchased as well. I hope she has a great day.

The mgr screamed the conversation from across the store to Regan vs walking over and helping her and being professional. The store was not busy. Maybe one other customer shopping. But I think about the lack of customer service these days and my thought was, how can we complain about the younger people when they have no professional leadership. I even walked over to Rhonda and said that was so unprofessional. Not even a apology out of her. It was basically the attitude who cares. I personally like Boot Barn, but they need to upgrade the mgr at this location. Never had unprofessional mgrs at Cavender's. We live out of town and trip was over 30 minutes away. I paid $10 for shipping and expected faster service and packaged better for undamaged items.
