In October I went in excited to get the information for my tuxedo after doing my research through various sources. I wanted to get a nice Double breasted Tuxedo to get married in. When I went in and waited for help I was acknowledged by a gentleman who seemed more annoyed with my questions and proceeded to inform me that I was wasting my time even coming in so early since my wedding was not till March. I wanted to plan ahead but was meet with annoyance by the employee. My second visit there a month later I was meet with a young g man who was very helpful and showed me the custom suit option. Getting me excited once again. I said I would return around a week ago for ordering my custom Tuxedo since I was saving up money. This was in November. A couple weeks later I was ready to order my Tuxedo since I was told it would take 6 weeks to make the custom tuxedo. I was meet with another gentleman that was not very friendly and was very dismissive when I was explaining to him what I was wanting to do ( set up my groom party and order my Tuxedo ahead of time) I was meet with another response of " you are too early, it doesn't matter this early and we don't do groom party lists" which confused me because my brother used Men's Wearhouse for his wedding and I was very impressed. This time my experience was horrible to say the least. I left the store and sat in my car before just deciding to go back in and check with a different staff member since I remember that young man was very helpful. I was meet with Mr Soto who turned out to be the manager He was very kind and was really helpful with setting up my order for my Tuxedo. He measured my waist and my arm length and other little measurements before putting things in the computer. We reviewed all of the details in the computer and it all looked well online. He recommended me coming in January to pay for the Tux. Finally the day came when I ordered the Tuxedo. Easy when it's me paying for their products. My Tuxedo was finally in, as I came in to get my Tuxedo on I find out it was completely wrong. EVERYTHING was oversized. The waist of the pants was the only thing correct. The diameter of the arms were massive, the size of the coat was oversized with me being able to have the double breasted jacket buttoned where I would be able fit one of my daughters with me in my jacket with how big it was. All of it was measured to be for a highly overweight gentleman other than myself. I show Mr Soto the issue with the suit and even the other worker asked me if it was custom since it didn't seem very costumed at all. My wedding was in 2 weeks and I was expected to trust the tailor to fix the mistake. The tailor proceeded to just measure my waist with my jacket only. I had to point out every other problem with the suit which made me feel like I was teaching professionals how to do a job I don't even work in. My YouTube knowledge was proving to be more competent than the professionals there. The tailor didn't even speak English so I had to trust Mr Soto was translating my concerns properly. The amount of care they gave me was pathetic. I had such a high outlook on Mens wearhouse till this whole experience. Mr. Soto cared more about giving excuses and giving ridiculous examples of how the customer seems to always be the problem of why suits don't fit perfectly. A week later I returned to pick up my tailored tuxedo to find out the suit was still oversized but was not as much. The vest was salvageable, at least with the fact that it had a tightening strap on the back, but anybody could tell that it was still oversized for my body. I feel that fixing something so big on someone smaller is what the major problem is. Instead of getting the measurements correct the first time when I ordered the tuxedo, I had to deal with having an oversized tuxedo that was shrunk down, smaller for my wedding. I wasted my money on a custom suit that doesn't fit perfectly as it is meant to be. Men's wearhouse used to be a place I would recommend to people but I now know that as much as you can try to get help, people at this place only care about excuses and poor products. There is no professionalism here and I will never return to this place ever again. I have wasted $800 of my hard earned money for a lousy product called " Custom" produced my people that honestly don't care about the customer.

I told her I wanted the same items but different sizes and she pointed me in the right direction as to where the items were. I ended up finding the shorts in the right size. I also wanted to get a cowboy hat, so she assisted me in finding a color and size for me that perfectly fit my head. So I exchanged the shorts, returned the jeans, got the hat and paid the difference (give or take $170) Western wear is kind of new for me so I appreciated all of her help. She also recommended products to take care of the hat which I purchased as well. I hope she has a great day.
