I like coming to the store because I can always find what I'm looking for. Their clothes may be pricey, but well worth it. Not just for the brand, but for the material. They are super soft and work extremely well for working out. Their accessories are great as well. The store is clean, and the staff members have always been friendly to me. The dressing rooms are organized. If you are a healthcare worker, don't forget you get a 15% discount. Make sure you verify yourself online and that way every time you go in they can honor your 15% discount. Located at La Cantera and closest to Nordstrom. read more

Lululemon Athletica - Sports Wear Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

Although an expensive option for owners sports clothing, the quality and variety of options are certainly impressive?

Amazing sportswear sor for ladies everything hats to tracksuits! They are however but having said that, the quality is superb!! I highly recommend them! read more

Covid is over now it's time to go back to opening at 10am. It's ridiculous not to when you have customers standing around waiting

Harrison, Find that guy. That dude rocks. I was looking for some sweater kitten holders for my wife. She's pregnant, idk what I need. I go ask a dude about boobie straps and he totally hooked me up. Lululemon Athletica - Guy and a dog. - Sports Wear Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

I was pregnant and honestly feeling a little sad because I was getting bigger and couldn't find any comfy pants. I decided to stop in here and give it a try -- and Y'ALL ARE SO NICE!! They not only helped me find the perfect fit, but also hyped me up and told me how good I looked with my belly It meant so much to me. This was actually last year, but I never got the chance to say it -- thank you all so much! read more

Very expensive and not a lot of variety. The salesperson didn't know about yoga friendly tops. I wanted to buy a "good brand" very disappointed read more

Every time I walk into this store I am treated the exact same which is rudely! Absolutely no one is helpful. I asked if they could order something for me and it was VERY OBVIOUS that they did not want to help. You definitely feel judged every time you walk into this store. I will not be back! read more

Went to Lululemon today to buy something for a friend and it felt just like every visit I have ever had to this store. Friendly staff, a long line (it's a popular store so this is expected), and lots of selection. Their sales are good but most regular-priced items do seem a bit pricey but they're a premium brand so it makes sense. Today the store was pretty warm and an uncomfortable because of it. Probably just a problem because of the high heat outside. read more

From my experience this woman should be fired. Her attitude, unprofessionalism, and straight up rudeness is disgusting. Lululemon get your act together. I already contacted the CEO but you should be ashamed. Even though she wouldnt tell me her name, it's on LinkedIn, so I gave it to the CEO. The fact that she had this entitled attitude and wouldn't give me her name just shows she was in the wrong. read more

Lululemon Athletica - Rude manager - Sports Wear Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

See all

It was my first time in the store. I spent a good amount of money. The person checking me out could not be bothered to stop talking to the other cashier about their boyfriends. Asked if I had an acct I said no. Never asked if I would like to start one? Just a crappy experience it's not like you go in and spend 10bucks. You typically spend $100 if not &$1000 read more

My old review showed how I was pretty frustrated but they are nice inside the store. Helped me with getting everything without thinking I'm going to buy the entire store. (Some 9year old had a Gucci purse) I will say some of the CUSTOMERS can be rude, but not the employees. read more

Store said open until 9 and they closed at 823pm. Not cool they should update their hours.

I've visited several lululemon stores around Texas and this one is by far the worst. I love their clothing and usually feel comfortable in stores but this location had terrible customer service. The COVID limitations were unorganized and they even let some cut the line in front of others who had been waiting. Also, the employees were very rude. I took an item for tailoring and the customer service was awful. They said 5-7 days and I couldn't reach them for a status of my item for 14 days (and it still wasn't ready). They really need to re-evaluate their employees. read more

Amazing customer service. The folks there seem to want to help you but at the same time give you space to browse. The selection here is better than the two closest locations as well. read more

The staff at lululemon are a joy to work with - they are always enthusiastic and ready to help answer any questions that you may have. The location at La Cantera is no exception. The selection of merchandise is great and the guy's selection is pretty good as well which can sometimes be hard to ask for at lululemon. I had a great experience here and I was impressed to see that the store was much larger than I would have thought just by seeing the exterior of the store. Be sure to stop by on Saturday mornings for free yoga classes! read more

Lululemon Athletica - from website - Sports Wear Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

Favorite place to shop for all my workout gear and comfy clothing to lounge around in!

I've never bought anything from lululemon but I've been into this location a few times and everytime I've been in thinking about buying something absolutely no one greets you. I'm also in retail and at our store we get in trouble if we don't greet customers. Like if I'm paying $90 for overpriced pair of leggings I want the workers to at least be friendly.... read more

If you want to know what the worst customer service is in the city, head over to Lululemon! If you want to be treated by snotty representatives, then this is your store. Don't bother going in if your over a certain size because they will ignore you and act like "how dare you walk in here". There is NO SENSE of pride or care for people in this store. A very sad and disgusting depiction of this company's brand!!! read more

This was my first experience at the store at La Cantera. At first I felt out of place but my daughter really wanted some shorts. We end up buying a few items and check out. Apparently, we were given a bag with a hole in the bottom. Some of our items fell out as we walked around before a gentleman told us. I returned to the store to tell them and show them the bag. The first person I talked to offered to give us a new bag. This seemed unsatisfactory to me as we lost merchandise over the defective bag. We then spoke with KYLE who was great! He replaced the items and apologized. I was very happy with the customer service. read more

I've been purchasing Lululemon for years now, but I must say this store has by far the most stuck-up, rude and unprofessional employees. Someone should give them a reality check, I really don't understand why they act so rude. Is it lack of customer service training? Perhaps. However they even lack COMMON COURTESY, it's unbelievable. No greetings and ugly stares, oh please you're a goddam employee not the owners of the store, act the role. It's extremely frustrating that I can't shop at a store I like simply because of how uncomfortable the employees make you feel. For the price range I would expect at least some level of professionalism. No, not in this store. Please take your money elsewhere, besides the Lululemon at the Quarry has much more variety. They really need to evaluate what their priorities are, otherwise they're just going to continue to lose customers. read more

You don't have to practice yoga to appreciate the quality of the apparel at Lululemon. However, these garments were designed with the yoga practitioner in mind. I only wish that they would provide more options for men, even though this is a field usually dominated by women - just don't forget us guys, please. Also, sometimes I question how pricey the garments are - dang, are they meant to last forever? Well, maybe it's true, "you get what you pay for". Kudos to the friendly staff, they even offered me a glass of water - nice! Namaste. read more

Let me start by saying it is the holiday season everyone is very busy shopping and getting their last minutes gifts , that being said I happen to be shopping with my 2 adult kids as they were a little busy not so much they couldn't say hi to anyone with all the employees there . We walked around for a good 10-15 minutes as some of the employees walked around with their head in the clouds to busy looking at themselves and primping it was completely ridiculous !!!!!!!! You are there to work and help customers and not MODEL for them especially if they didn't ask for it (made many customers VERY uncomfortable) !!! NOT impressed at all !!! read more

The sales associates at this shop, and most Lululemons that I've ever shopped at, were not helpful or nice at all. Rather, they were helpful to a select type of customer, but not me. Not sure if it's because I'm Hispanic or a size 10 that causes them to avoid me. But for whatever reason they are not interested in approaching me or asking if I need help. EVER. Which is a shame. I ended up purchasing two pairs of pants because I love the fit & quality of LL. But the sales associates are ALWAYS so rude! Why is that? Because you work in an expensive workout apparel shop, because the average size of sales associates are tiny, or because of the color of my skin? Would love to know the answer. Hope Lululemon takes a good look at how their sales associates treat customers. And, take a look at the type of clothing & lifestyle they're promoting. Be kind, people. Be kind. read more

I had a great experience recently at this store. I made my first purchase of men's pants (and by the way they are comfortable and the ABC technology works)! But what made the experience was the customer service. The rep who helped me was Bianca and she made the experience easy for me and I was able to pick out a couple pairs of pants, a polo and some shorts. Great work here by a great team! There was also a woman in a boot cast who was hustling around in the store. read more

One of my absolute favorite places to shop. I love lululemon a lot!! i totally recommend this place, they are comfy & made well!

I have worn this brand for two years and have previously shopped at The Woodlands store. I like the quality of the clothing, however I will never shop at this location (La Cantera) again. There were plenty of Associates in the store but beyond the initial greeting and "can I start a fitting room", the customer service was awful. No follow up or offering to find different sizes. Some management training is needed here to truly represent the brand. Quite disappointing. I will shop elsewhere or on line in future. read more

I love lululemon. The employees rock. I especially enjoyed working with Erika. She was super friendly and helpful. I love the free alterations on items purchased. The clothes are so cute! I love that some items can be dressed up or down and that everything is so comfortable. read more

I visited the store for the first time today. I was shocked by the prices of the clothing in the store. I did notice that everything appeared to be of very high quality and the clothing was very soft. I realized the value as my sticker shock wore off. The staff is fun and friendly.
