Lots of choices for all kinds of occasions. Deals all the time. The employees are helpful and Kind here. Check out is a breeze especially if you're getting a couple things.

COVID-19: Social distancing is enforced at this establishment. All of the staff wears a mask. All customers are expected to wear a mask too. Some of the staff also wear gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open with limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. While I was here doing some shopping in this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment. Parking: In this shopping center, there are plenty of parking spots, so you don't have to worry about parking at all. Prepandemic parking was a breeze. I never really worried about parking except during the holiday season. Black Friday parking can be a pain. But during the pandemic, there are a lot of spots available. The spots are pretty big and wide. You don't have to worry about people dinging your car. Store: The store here is well organized, tidy, clean, and neat. The aisles are a bit wide. Everything is placed in a manner that makes sense. Staff: The staff here are very friendly and welcoming. I was just here to browse. An employee asked if I needed any assistance after I was there for about 10 minutes. She was very upbeat, happy go lucky, and kind. Good visit.

I took each item back out to fold, items in the bag are what I haven't folded yet.

Dear Store Manager, Please teach your cashiers that stuffing items of clothing your customers have purchased into a bag isn't good customer service! Who wants to have a bag of wrinkled clothes when they get home? Granted, some of us will wash our items before wearing them but that isn't the point. If I have gone through the trouble of leaving the hangers with the staff in the changing room and folded the items in half and a second or 3rd half, then nicely stack them when I arrive to check out - the least your cashier could do is to do the same when they put them in to the bag! It wasn't necessary to unfold every item to find the price tag and the security tag but if it's policy, then at least they can be refolded! It doesn't take long to fold something in half and then a second half for good measure! After all, some of it is on display this way and brought to the register folded in half! Little things like this matter when it comes to service.

This Old Navy is by far the most cleanest and organize Old Navy I ever been to. My fiancée and I was going to eat dinner in the area so I took her here to shop for some sandals. Finding parking was easy since it's in a big plaza and I don't think mask is required but I wore mine. When we walk in, we were so surprise by how organize this location was and how many stuff they had compared to other Old Navy location we have been to. The customer service here is also top notch, someone greeted us and asked us if we needed any help. She was able to help my fiancée get her sandals, clothing off a mannequin that was the last one and just overall wonderful to talk to. We had a great time shopping here and my girlfriend wants to go back since we couldn't stay long.

Stand a long Old Navy location inside the huge plaza in Pasadena. Usually come here for Black Friday when I want to avoid the mall crowds and parking. Huge store. Came in the morning and they still had all the deals. Crazy long lines during BF but they had like 10 registers open. Friendly service. Parking in this plaza is always packed.

I've been going to Old Navy for so long and this was my first time going to this location. Their was no line and no waiting. I just walked in and I looked for some clothe. The place looked very clean and organized and the service was great. I would recommend this place for some shopping for clothe kids and adult. Most importantly I'm glad it was open doing the coronavirus. I'd give a straight up 5/5 star.

Old Navy cut in half to make room for Tilly's.

I saw this store pop up in my Yelp feed, and since I'm starting to look for Halloween costumes--and…read moreI'm always open to finding a great deal on something vintage--I decided to stop by on a Sunday afternoon. First, parking was easy! There is parking in the back and along the side, as well as street parking, so you shouldn't have to worry too much about finding a spot. As soon as I walked into the vintage clothing store, I was greeted right away by someone who I believe was either the owner or manager. I started browsing and immediately noticed a lot of colorful, vibrant vintage pieces from the '60s and '70s. But don't let that fool you--there are definitely some hidden designer treasures mixed in! As I went through the racks, I started checking the labels and spotted Vera Wang, BCBG, Rachel Roy, Burberry, Ralph Lauren, and several other recognizable brands. So take your time and look through everything--you never know what you're going to find! One of the gentlemen working there also told me they typically get new arrivals every Monday or Tuesday, which is definitely good to know. Now, ladies, there is a secret surprise in the back! They have an entire little area dedicated to vintage wedding gowns. It looks like a mini bridal boutique and is absolutely worth checking out if you're looking for something unique. I also noticed someone doing some sewing while I was there, so it may be worth asking whether alterations or repairs are available. They have a fitting room and plenty of mirrors throughout the store. The jewelry selection was a little more limited, but there was so much clothing to browse that I didn't mind. One important thing to know: payment is cash or Venmo, so come prepared. And bring your own shopping bag--I forgot mine, but you know how that goes! At checkout, I was told about their sister store next door, so of course I had to check that out too. Great service and a great vibe there as well! There were plenty of people browsing, and this location is more focused on vintage furniture, home items, and appliances, although they do have some clothing too. Everything was neatly organized, and both stores were clean and easy to shop. During Labor Day weekend, the clothing store even had a $5 sale section, which made the treasure hunt even better! Definitely visit BOTH locations. And when you go to the second store, don't forget to head outside and check the back area because there is even more furniture out there. If you enjoy vintage shopping, designer treasure hunting, unique furniture, or simply discovering something unexpected, both stores are worth the trip. I highly recommend stopping by--and give yourself enough time to really look around!

Being able to try on first is something you don't find often enough. I bought a few pieces and am so happy with them. There's a rack of bridal gowns in various sizes too that are worth checking out. Lastly a BIG shoutout to the owner for his great knowledge and help. Kind people are always a treat to encounter.

Fabulous clothed mannequins and cute flower decorations made this boutique a stand out in my eyes. Unfortunately, they were closed that Monday morning and didn't have their hours posted. I tried checking if they had a website or FB page with their hours but no luck. I came back on a Friday morning and they were open, so I excitedly entered to get some retail therapy. Their selection is extensive and upscale, very modern. The store is small but everything is EXTREMELY organized and neat. The store owner greeted me and did not pressure me into buying anything. There are dressing rooms in the back if you want to try on some items before purchasing. I bought a girly floral dress I had seen in the window display on Monday that I absolutely LOVED. It was pricy ($50!) but I understand this is a small "mom and pop" business in Sierra Madre Village where rent is no doubt expensive, so I was willing to pay. They carry an array of dresses, shirts, jeans, handbags, sunnies, watches, and other accessories. Lots to choose from and perfect if you're looking for something cute and flirty (lol). FREE PARKING in rear. Wish this store was more active on social media (Facebook page, Instagram account, updated website). I think they would attract more people that way. This is truly a hidden gem in the SGV.
