I came to this Old Navy looking for something I saw on sale online. When I walked in, I saw the dress I had my eye on, so I took it back to the dressing room. When I tried it on, it fit like a glove, which was exciting. It's always a 50/50 shot whether something fits me correctly. Luckily it looked just as good on the hanger as it did on me. I also got a collared shirt for my spouse, which was on sale online. When I headed to the cashier, I put my items on the counter the shirt and the dress rang up higher. I asked the cashier if they price match and he said that they do. So he matched the prices online, and also let me keep the hangers. It was a good experience! read more

Racial profiled at the Town Center. I haven't been in for years and saw a T-shirt I wanted went into see if they had it. I was a bit in awe because it had been nearly 20 years since I been in an Old Navy. I put my meta glasses on my head. I noticed all the extra attention I received from staff but I didn't care. I'm a black woman in a predominantly white and Indian area. Finally I guess the manager said can I help you and I told him what I was looking for. He said there are tshirts over there and pointed but mentioned if you saw it online they can order it for me at the register. I went looked, found the shirt and purchased. when I got to the car and looked at my recording I noticed the staff pointing at me and positioning themselves to keep an eye on me. I don't any issue with the staff- they'r doing great all things considered. the issue is the odor of the store itself. Old Navy is a hit or miss for me personally. The store is clean, brightly lit- clothing is neatly folded or hanging. The exception is the clearance- that of course, is a mess. I was shopping with my sister and I saw a pattern that looked fun, and she pulled it out to check the price while I noticed it was a medium in the wrong section. There is no rush at the register- there was only one lady ahead of me and she took almost 30 minutes to check out (3 items) because she was looking for her coupon on her phone. I've worked retail- we always had a paper copy of the current electronic coupons in case someone was holding up the line. The cashier thanked me for my patience, but it really was unacceptable. That and the other worker came up and saw how long it was taking and walked away, he opened his register finally after I was cashing out for the one person who joined the line after me. All associates had headsets on, so the cashier could have easily requested another register be opened. I rarely go into Old Navy, this visit didn't inspire me to shop there any more frequently. read more

Admittedly I am a fan of Old Navy especially if my visit is well timed with a good sale AND I find bargain clothes in my size to purchase. This IMO is the conundrum- Hit or miss inventory, hit or miss congenial customer service and as other Yelpers have pointed out, a fairly consistent disarray of piles of clothes as well as hung clothes as well as long waits at register lines. Old Navy does get props for their men's clearance rack items which every once in a while surface a bargain buy in my size! Just not today but that's ok since my BFF came away with a pretty nice deal on an array of shorts. Love that Old Navy gives Military a 10% discount off the total purchase price. As far as Old Navy goes in generally, this is a good one. It's always clean and well-organzied with friendly, helpful employees. It's nicely laid out and the areas are marked well so you shouldn't have any trouble finding what you are looking for on your own. They have some really great sales, but even when they aren't having a big sale, the closes here are pretty cheap. But, that's a given for any Old Navy store. The thing I have against Old Navy in generally is the clothes are usually cheaply made too and won't hold up for very long. It's the whole "you get what you pay for thing." Having said that, great place for toddler/children's clothing because they outgrow things so fast. Who wants to spent a ton of money on clothing your children/grandchildren are only going to be able to fit into for a few months anyway? And, the clothing does look nice. I shopped here a lot while my children were growing up. Now that I have two grandchildren on the way, I'm definitely going to be shopping here a lot more often in the very near future! read more

Old Navy is clothing store with trendy fashions at a pretty reasonable price especially with all their sales! They had lots of jean pants in an array of clothes-lime green, purple, coral, etc. most being the "tight jean" style. Lots of T-shirt's in women and men's, too. As picture shows about 30% of store is kids clothes. My daughter wanted to go there because she had cash off coupons she earned by using her Old Navy credit card and she (and her daughters) love clothes! How many clothes are too many??? Not my first rodeo in old navy, but all and all I have to appreciate the work that the employees do to keep clothes on the hangers and within the spot it should go. This is a knock on Ross, if you haven't figured it out yet. It's probably the best time to shop here now, in which a lot of summer items would be on clearance. If they are wise, a great time to pick up school gear after the initial school day wave has gone by. The men's section in my opinion always seems to rank for me. T-Shirts, Button shirts (mostly checker board type), a selection of jeans, shoes, sports gear, shorts and other gear, but that's about it in general. read more

The size of this Old Navy is colossal, and the women's section takes up about half of it. You'd think they'd have a maternity section within the women's section, but their "maternity section" consisted of a SINGLE clearance rack that held mostly maternity pants as well as one maternity shirt. How can such a huge store have such a huge women's section, but can only dedicate ONE rack to their "maternity section"? Absolutely ridiculous. read more

I feel like every time I come here it appears to be in worse...worse...worse condition. It's just such a huge mish-mash of clothes. Dresses next to shorts next to shoes next to... you get it. It's hard to move in certain areas of the store cause the racks are staggered and so close together. The dressing room was full of hangers and left over clothes. I was definitely disappointed with that. Old navy seems to be losing the value. Their clothes are getting more expensive, yet the material and make seems to be getting cheaper. This makes me sad. A good store for back to school clothes clothes for the kids. You can get some great deals if you wait for a sale and load up on items like shorts or sweatshirts depending on the season. The bathroom is a single room that smells like it can't remember the last time it was cleaned. It really stinks and feels dirty. They have have many changing rooms in the middle of the store so even on busy days the kids don't have to wait long to try on their clothes. The workers seem like they could use more co-workers to help them complete their task while answering questions. 4 stars because the kids were able to get many pairs of shorts at a really good price. read more

This is an okay old navy. For being so large they seem to have a limited quantity of sizes. Dressing room is in the middle of the store which makes the jewelry and check out seem congested. Ample parking. Friendly staff. Very disgusting bathrooms. read more

The store itself is very large, but it was very unorganized. The clearance section especially was a hot mess but several other areas in the store was messy as well. I went there bc I'm a card holder and received an email notification that the kids clothes were 40% off. I found one top for myself but other than that, I didn't see anything I liked. I brought about a dozen items for my oldest and had the hubby sign up for a card of his own so we can save an additional 25% off for being a new card holder. The line was pretty long when we came in, but by the time we were ready to cash out there was a short wait. When we were at the register, the line got long again. The cashier was friendly and didn't rush us even though there were a bunch of people waiting. Minor detail, the clothes were put in a generic grocery bag that has "Thank you" printed on it vs an Old Navy bag. My oldest pointed out and I thought it was funny that she even noticed. read more

Okay, before I take you on a journey, let me state, for the record that I LOVE Old Navy. The clothing and the cost are usually wonderful. And that's where our tale begins. "Usually"  As it turns out even the best of stores can sometimes fall from Grace with their product. So 5 stars for the store, -1 star for this particular item: MENS STRAIGHT LEG JEANS.  A good friend and wonderful dude I know decided to purchase these. (Not the flex ones btw, just regular straight leg jeans) Man, he's not the complaining type, so I was borderline impressed with how unhappy these jeans made him. Apparently, if you want to know what it's like to wear a straight jacket on your legs, these are for you. If you want to know what it's like if an 80 year old man did manual labor his entire life but never stretched and now can't bend, these are for you. If you want to know what it's like to put on jeans that make your butt sweat like fireballs are being aimed at your a** directly from the sun, these are for you. (I will now note, that apparently, your body heat will spike up 70 x's the normal amount, so I'm told) They are apparently 1000x worse than regular Levi's and he would not wish them on his worst enemy. Personally, I'm conflicted. As I don't want to waste money but let me tell you, the disdain for these is highly entertaining. It might be worth the money just to see the torture unfold. However, he's a good guy. And he definitely doesn't recommend these. Ever. To anyone.  Pros: They look good. I still love the store. read more

I must say I have never been a great fan of the Old Navy but I've been a fan. One reason is because I used to work for the GAP brand. The other reason that I've never been a big fan is because it's usually very messy and unorganized. Today was one of the better merchandising and organize look and feel to the store that I've seen in sometime. There are some great pre-Black Friday deals going on right now it's 50% off entire purchase which is a really good deal for many. It's amazing that I did not find anything throughout the entire store that I needed or wanted but it was some very nice fall and winter fabrics and I just wasn't ready to purchase. Besides I have more than enough for what is called Florida winters. There wasn't many sales associates looking to help people on the sales floor for the crowd that was in the store. I believe most were behind the registers as cashiers. And there was just one person that did acknowledge me standing off to the side and her name was Julianne. She did ask how I was doing greeted me after I've been in the store for about 20 minutes and asked if I was finding everything OK. She was the stand out amongst everybody else plus she was moving very quickly to recover the store. I've been to the store where there's been better service and not as many people at the store looked horrible. Now there was OK service in the store looked beautiful and hardly any service on the floor; go figure! All in all it was a Luke warm visit that deserves a middle of the road grading. read more

Oh Old Navy why am I always disappointed when I leave this place. I actually love Old Navy, in fact its one of my favorite stores,however I hate lines. And it seems that every time I go to this location, the line is ridiculously long. Add on the amazing 75% off sale they are currently having, and even though the prices were freak'n awesome ( $2 for a bikini set), I promptly put my items back when I saw how long and slow the line was moving. Having trendy items and crazy sales are really great, but if you can't keep up with the high demand then all that marketing is going out of the window. I have high hopes that the Town Center Old Navy will rally a comeback and re-adjust how their current POS system is placed, but as of right now its severely lacking. In the meantime, I'll continue my love-loath charade of shopping here. The arduous task of popping in finding cute stuff and then feeling discouraged as I slowly shuffle through the line of hell. read more

Old Navy has been my go-to retail store for kids and adult clothing for a very long time. This particular store is not any different than most. The store is clean and presentable. I have yet to see that this store is not taken care of. The store is normally well-stocked, and I've never had an issue finding anything I have needed. Customer service is usually really great so I never have fear that asking someone will warrant any eye-rolling, huffing and puffing, or attitude. Sometimes the cash wrap can get caught up, but they are really good at calling for help when it gets busy. I love Old Navy's clearance because I will buy great quality for super cheap. While I am not the biggest fan of the Town Center shopping center, I have to say that Old Navy makes it worth the trip there. I feel like I never leave there disappointed. I can always seem to find what I am looking for and the store is well organized that you don't need someone to "point you in the right direction" although there is always someone there to help. This isn't my "usual" ON but I do try to hit it when I'm at the Town Center. It's outside of the more central section of the Town Center so parking isn't as bad (it's not great but preferable to the other side). This location is bigger than the one in Orange Park and, in my experience, is typically better stocked and staffed. The staff here is always very friendly and helpful. Of the few Old Navy's in Jacksonville, I find this one to have the biggest selection and variety. read more

This ON has the new layout which makes things easier to find. The big downside is getting here, since you have to deal with Town Center parking. My recommendation is to either come in here with a coupon or just go straight to the clearance rack - everything hits the clearance rack eventually!!! For cute trendy clothes there is no better place than Old Navy! The clothes are pretty cheap (and some cheaply made) which is great for the trendsetter! The store is clean and everyone who works there is very helpful. They always have sales, and the new floor layout makes it easier to find things. read more

I usually love old navy! But this store is piss poor. Very disorganized and cluttered. It was hard to navigate around the racks. Not once did I see a sales associate working the floor, and there were only 3 working the register so I'm not sure if they were short handed or what. The sales associate that checked me out was unfriendly. In trying to make conversation, I made the comment, "wow these shorts are such a good buy!" (They had women's gym shorts on sale for $8). She replied, "you're just now figuring that out?" Maybe she didn't want to chat and that's fine, but there's 40 different responses she could have used rather than her rude remark. read more

Seriously, who doesn't love Old Navy? This is one of the highlights for me, every time I go shopping at the St. Johns Town Center. The center has so many fantastic restaurants and stores, but the Old Navy is one of the best there. It's located on the northern side of the center, right near the ginormous Target, and there's usually plenty of parking right there. This has to be one of the largest Old Navy stores I've ever been in, it's a bit bigger than the majority of stores you'll find, especially in malls. There's a HUGE men's and women's section, and a pretty good children's section. AWESOME deals on clothes, a great selection, and of course, comfortable and good-looking shirts, shorts, and pants! There's always lots of fitting rooms open, and a LOT of registers which helps move people through quickly. My only complaint with this store, is that the bathrooms are painted the most horrendously neon green colors I've ever seen. EVER. Old Navy is such a serene, plain, relaxed store, but walking into the bathroom is like watching a nuclear detonation, you need special glasses to blind you to find your way around. Overall, though, I love shopping at Old Navy, and this store is one of the best. I will be back many, many, MANY times. read more

I don't shop here much but I lost my jean jacket while out on Valentines day and someone told me Old Navy was having a sale on them. They were actually having a 30% off everything sale which was nice and they had a large selection of jean jackets! The store was clean and neatly organized with a large selection of each item. This old navy is great for pretty much everyone. This is also the only old navy that sells maternity clothes in store. When they have a good sale they do tend to sell out. I am able to occasionally get clothes for my toddler for under a $1 which are awesome finds. They have a wide range of sizes which is nice because it's hard for some people in my family. The quality of clothes is okay nothing great. Def worth a browse especially if your looking for some cheap inexpensive clothes at bargain finds. read more

Anyone who knows me will tell you that I am an Old navy fanatic! This is by far though my favorite store. I am a bargain shopper in the clearance always has so much to choose from. Upon my last couple of trips, I have left with tops for TWENTY EIGHT CENTS. You cannot beat that. The staff is also great. Last time my sister and I went into the store we had three children with us. The staff was very helpful in getting us a cart, as well as being patient as we were feeding a baby and trying to sign up for a credit card as well. I have been an Old Navy fan for a long time. I enjoy this particular location because they generally have a better selection in store than the other local ON stores and the overall location is prime shopping and dining for our family. Our family stopped into this location around 6:30 on Wednesday 9/6. While the front of the store was tidy and well stocked we weren't able to find an associate. In the back of the store however were 3-4 associates amid a floor covered ankle deep with clothing. While I can appreciate they were trying to clean and organize the clearance/sale area it was a disaster. Irma hasn't even made Florida landfall but it looks like she tore this place up. We attempted to shop for a few minutes but we were trying to step over piles and it was in disarray and the associates almost made us feel like we were bothering them. Only one associate who was organizing the kids clearance was friendly. The way the clothes were thrown about the filthy floor showed us that this location cares very little for the merchandise they sell and customer service. read more

Though all of the associates are very friendly, I was taken aback by the messiness of the store at opening (11am on a Sunday). The boys jeans were all over the place. It was incredibly difficult to find a size or style because nothing was in it's correct place. The sports teams shirts right by the dressing room area was the same. Had it been the very end of the day, I would understand a bit of disorganization. But right after the start of the day??? Definitely not ok.
