Excellent selection of stores and eateries in a great location! Love the pond with fish and turtles too. So much to explore and enjoy!

We come to St. Johns Town Center pretty often--it's one of our favorite spots to walk around with the kids. The place is clean, spacious, and there's always something going on, which makes it a fun outing for the whole family. I love that there's a good mix of shopping and dining, and the atmosphere feels lively without being too hectic. One thing that could definitely be improved is the kids' playground area. It's a nice bonus to have it there, but it really needs some love--either expanding it or fixing up what's already there would make a big difference. Right now it feels a bit neglected and doesn't quite match the rest of the center's vibe. Still, it's a great place to spend a few hours, grab a bite, let the kids burn off some energy, and enjoy the Florida sunshine. If they updated that playground, it'd be a solid five stars from me!

They have almost everything! It's honestly pretty rare for me to need to go somewhere other than Town Center to buy something I need.

Ask the Community - St. Johns Town Center

When are they going to add more luxury stores?

There is a Gucci store opening spring of 2023 across from the Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar

    Are there Dogs allowed?

Dogs are allowed on leashes anywhere around the town center but it's ultimately up to each store if they allow them inside. Most are ok with it. I know that LUSH and Lululemon are both dog friendly for sure!

Does the sephora at st johns town center have chanel cosmetics?

Unfortunately, no they do not carry CHANEL cosmetics. The Nordstrom at the St. Johns Town Center does though.

But overall, this mall has definitely seen better days. While the exterior doesn't necessarily reveal the level of aging, when you get inside the mall you noticed pretty quickly but this mall is likely on it's downturn. There are several closed, or seemingly closed stores, and most of the traffic seems relegated to a couple of the larger department stores like H&M and Belk. A lot of empty kiosks in the middle of the walkway with the rest of them being occupied by local vendors that didn't seem to be getting much business at all. And if teenagers are still headed to malls on Saturday's to hang out, this is clearly not the mall that most of the local teenagers here hang out in as the traffic was surprisingly light for a Saturday - I just realized that may appeal to certain readers of this review. Lol. Anyway, unless you are visiting a specific store in this mall as a destination, I would probably suggest finding one of Jacksonvilles bigger malls for a true mall experience.

I will say that it seems like this mall keeps putting actual vendors in parking spaces. In this particular instance, there was a basketball vendor in that location, which leaves less spaces for customers to park. I'm not a huge fan of this mall. This is one of the more dangerous parking lots I frequent. One way aisles for parking- there are plenty of times I have been facing someone going the wrong way. I have seen numerous people enter the center on the wrong side of the median at the entrance. I have seen plenty of accidents and hit and runs. My near- misses are pretty high myself. You will see people speed through the parking lot and people who are going so slow you could walk past them. Add pedestrians and cyclists- this is easily a recipe for disaster. This shopping center is bigger than it looks and has several ways in and out- there is an access road for the bus system that runs parallel with Southside. The center is situated between Old Baymeadows and Baymeadows- and you can enter in from either road and numerous points. Even with high risk for vehicle damage- this is still one of my most visited shopping centers. Drive safe and watch out for the other guy...

One more service that they were offered. Again, they make good with what they have. I would recommend the shopping mall if you are coming here for a particular business. The parking lot seems relatively safe and well-maintained, there is plenty of parking and there . There are far worse places to go in Jacksonville and beyond
