Parking can sometimes be problematic at this location, just due to the amount of stores it shares a lot with and due to the shear number of people that visit the town center. Luckily we found a space and headed in. When we arrived we were quickly greeted by an associate that let us know what sales they had going on. I headed towards the back, found the shirt I had been eyeing, and was glad I decided to see it in person, because I opted to size up. The shirt was just as cute online as it was in person. When I was ready to pay, the other associate was super nice, provided my kiddo with a prize, and checkout was a breeze. Everything in the store was nicely organized and the staff were helpful.

We were impressed with the quality of items, the prices and the variety of colors and sizes. We also found the Attendant who was manning the changing rooms area to be very professional and helpful when we were looking for alternate sizes. I have to say I was very impressed with Nordstrom Rack and will definitely be adding it to my list of places to shop in Jacksonville.

I kept going back into the store to show the transaction was processed and posted and I still didn't get my items the manager Joshua uttered something in Spanish as I go I didn't understand. She promised to keep my items that were ALREADY PAID FOR IN HER OFFICE AND THEY STILL HAD THE AUDACITY TO PUT ALL THE ITEMS THAT DID NOT BELLNG TO THEM BACK ON THE FLOOR FOR SALE. Those managers do not care. I was treated like trash. All they had to do was reboot the stupid register but of course why would Karen know how to use the register as a store manager?

I didn't think that they wanted to I asked for a sweatshirt that was on a mannequin because it was my size and wanted to do other shopping. The sales person handed it to me after I had to drag them out from behind the register area, cause they were talking to each other And he stood there and said well do you want to slip it on meaning out in the middle of everywhere, didn't ask me if he wanted me to see if they had something to go underneath. It didn't ask me if there was anything else. I wanted figured that was the only thing I was in there to get, and that was the end of it I wanted to try on a couple of other shirts couldn't find anybody to let me into a dressing room once again had to go and grab somebody from behind the register they were not checking anyone out and then I did want something to go under the sweatshirt. I'd find anybody to help me but when I did, it was hugely disappointing that they didn't have anything again in my size to go underneath the shirt. I said thank you. He points to one, then asked if I wanted to try on jeans, I said no. The guy said here ya go! And tried to hand me like 8 pairs of jeans. I got louder and said "No thank you!" I go up to the counter to check and girl was like "oh have you tried out this perfume? I love this one." And sprayed it on one of those paper things in my face. .... Again I say "Look. I'm here for this shirt, and only this shirt." The girl looks behind me at someone else, then and rings me out for the shirt. I just went in A SHIRT! That's it. I expressed that at least 3 times.

The store pretty frequently has unfinished cups and opened food wrappers amongst the merchandise, and the selection of items seems smaller (or maybe they just run out of stock more?) than other Targets in the area. The store layout also feels more cramped, which is odd considering it seems like a pretty large store footprint. Checkout is one of the biggest reasons I try to avoid coming here. The self checkout line is almost always long, frequently with at least 7-8 people/groups waiting. This is always while multiple register lanes are unstaffed. On the plus side? Whenever I do a pickup order, the folks are always friendly.

When I tried it on, it fit like a glove, which was exciting. It's always a 50/50 shot whether something fits me correctly. Luckily it looked just as good on the hanger as it did on me. I also got a collared shirt for my spouse, which was on sale online. When I headed to the cashier, I put my items on the counter the shirt and the dress rang up higher. I asked the cashier if they price match and he said that they do. So he matched the prices online, and also let me keep the hangers. It was a good experience!
