Parking can sometimes be problematic at this location, just due to the amount of stores it shares a lot with and due to the shear number of people that visit the town center. Luckily we found a space and headed in. When we arrived we were quickly greeted by an associate that let us know what sales they had going on. I headed towards the back, found the shirt I had been eyeing, and was glad I decided to see it in person, because I opted to size up. The shirt was just as cute online as it was in person. When I was ready to pay, the other associate was super nice, provided my kiddo with a prize, and checkout was a breeze. Everything in the store was nicely organized and the staff were helpful.

We were impressed with the quality of items, the prices and the variety of colors and sizes. We also found the Attendant who was manning the changing rooms area to be very professional and helpful when we were looking for alternate sizes. I have to say I was very impressed with Nordstrom Rack and will definitely be adding it to my list of places to shop in Jacksonville.

I'd find anybody to help me but when I did, it was hugely disappointing that they didn't have anything again in my size to go underneath the shirt. I go up to the counter to check and girl was like "oh have you tried out this perfume? I love this one." And sprayed it on one of those paper things in my face. .... Again I say "Look. When I tried it on, it fit like a glove, which was exciting. It's always a 50/50 shot whether something fits me correctly. Luckily it looked just as good on the hanger as it did on me. I also got a collared shirt for my spouse, which was on sale online. When I headed to the cashier, I put my items on the counter the shirt and the dress rang up higher. I asked the cashier if they price match and he said that they do. So he matched the prices online, and also let me keep the hangers. It was a good experience!
