Lady said no problem bring them in when I got a chance as they could use them. I told her it's been a little while since I have been here do I need an appointment or could I just drop them off and pick-up any they didn't want. The lady said that would be fine so I just drove from Middleburg and a man came out said he was the owner. (In 30 years I've never dealt with him ever). He said if I dropped them off I Would NOT get back any he didn't want. So what kind of racket do they got going on is my question? 1st if they are new why would you want all of them and 2nd if you don't want them why wouldn't you return them? With them having more than one store how do we know they aren't taking the "unwanted" ones to another location to sell? Sounds shady!! Never again will I use them or refer someone to them. They had a large selection of kids clothes, books, toys, baby strollers and plenty other items. The staff was great, explained how the process works and where the donations go. When they are done processing you items they call you up, you either can get cash or store credit. Store credit is usually a few more dollars, my daughter found some things she wanted so we did store credit. It can get packed as the isles aren't the widest, and a lot of people come in to drop off items for purchase. It helped show the value of money to my 9 year old. If you have items in good condition, try sell them and or donate!

But overall, this mall has definitely seen better days. While the exterior doesn't necessarily reveal the level of aging, when you get inside the mall you noticed pretty quickly but this mall is likely on it's downturn. There are several closed, or seemingly closed stores, and most of the traffic seems relegated to a couple of the larger department stores like H&M and Belk. A lot of empty kiosks in the middle of the walkway with the rest of them being occupied by local vendors that didn't seem to be getting much business at all. And if teenagers are still headed to malls on Saturday's to hang out, this is clearly not the mall that most of the local teenagers here hang out in as the traffic was surprisingly light for a Saturday - I just realized that may appeal to certain readers of this review. Lol. Anyway, unless you are visiting a specific store in this mall as a destination, I would probably suggest finding one of Jacksonvilles bigger malls for a true mall experience.
