I have to say I was very impressed with Nordstrom Rack and will definitely be adding it to my list of places to shop in Jacksonville.

The cashier Monique the worse attitude telling me to call my bank because the purchase wasn't going through. Like how dare her! As if I will be shopping without the Funds. This past July I made another Purchase and the system had a glitch. Can you believe I was charged 75.00 but never received my merchandise? I kept going back into the store to show the transaction was processed and posted and I still didn't get my items the manager Joshua uttered something in Spanish as I go I didn't understand. Super unprofessional as well as the manager Karen another rude lady. She promised to keep my items that were ALREADY PAID FOR IN HER OFFICE AND THEY STILL HAD THE AUDACITY TO PUT ALL THE ITEMS THAT DID NOT BELLNG TO THEM BACK ON THE FLOOR FOR SALE. Those managers do not care. I was treated like trash. All they had to do was reboot the stupid register but of course why would Karen know how to use the register as a store manager?

There are bathing suites, dresses, bras, shoes, coffee mugs and actually really cute random thing what would make great gifts. I ended up leaving with a furry white coat and a floral romper for $50 total! Apparently everything in the store is under $40?! Their sale rack was also full of cute finds. They carry all your basics like crop tops and jean skirts and shorts. I've seen really cute game day tops from this brand as well (Jags, UF, FSU etc) and will definitely get one next season. They also have all kinds of cute accessories and gifts, it is definitely worth stopping in if you're shopping the Town Center!

There are no mirrors in personal changing room only in common area. So I stepped out to see the fit of a dress I tried on, came back and my personal clothes along with store pieces were collected without me knowing. I asked around and the employees returned them to me including a shirt that was the wrong size from what I originally picked out. (Which was the only item I ended up wanting to buy). Since it was the wrong size they offered to have the right size delivered to me but not informing me of the additional shipping costs. In the end having my clothes taken and paying more than what I originally planned ruined my first experience shopping here.

I have shopped at Altar'd State before and had prior issues with the quality of their clothes,…read morewhich their team did resolve quickly by providing a refund since my issue at the time was a large hole in a dress that was sold to me at full price. Unfortunately I went back last October to get a skirt to wear to an event and now, not even a year later, after only wearing this skirt a handful of times, the zipper has come off of the skirt making it unwearable. I have returned to being extremely disappointed in their lack of quality clothing considering the prices they are charging. I do understand this brand is considered fast fashion so I should not expect amazing longevity, but if their clothes will not hold up for even a year of inconsistent wear, they should lower their prices to fit the lack of quality.

It nicely stands out as a place you WANT to visit. I've been here a few times. Didn't purchase anything on this day since the men's section is so limited. But I hope to go pick up that awesome John Denver t-shirt that's seen in the display window in one of my photos! But I do like what they have to offer men. The shirts and jeans they offer are truly set for solid street wear. I may adjust from some of my 511 wear and pick up some of these! But in reality, Urban Outfitters is really more focused on appealing to females, with a very large selection for them. I'd say about nearly three quarters of the store is devoted to them. My dearest likes to check things out here on occasion and found something she liked a few months back. Overall, there are jeans, dresses, various accessories of all kinds, belts, hats, all waiting for customers to purchase. I've experienced chatting with the crew who run the shop on occasion and they're generally enthusiastic and willing to assist and see that you get a good deal if one's available. I think the value of the clothing, accessories -- all that Urban Outfitters offers falls into similar value in quality of pricing as many other shops of its kind at Town Center. It seems to fall into a $50-$150 range, and for a mall and with the pretty high quality and appearance of the the street clothing that's offered here, I'd say that's pretty fair overall. Stop by when you visit Town Center! Recommend - MED-HIGH

Here in JAX there are two totally awesome hard core rugged apparel stores with clothing that lasts…read moreand looks great as well! One is Duluth Trading Company and the other is 5.11 Tactical. I've been wearing clothing from both over the last 4-5 years in shirts and trousers and just find them to be the best for my daily casual wear. 5.11 Tactical offers great looking clothing that fits the needs of law enforcement, first responders, and perhaps in some cases, military personnel. I find their pants and shirts comfortable, with stretch material that gives breathing room as you wear them. I especially like the various types of trousers they offer as they have multiple pocket sets (in some cases even pockets within pockets) because it gives me the space to put some small camera gear when I'm out on YouTube video shoots or doing photography for myself or my channel. Now, you won't find suits for church here but I will say their pants and shirts are certainly good enough to wear when you attend church! It's my type of wear weekly. As for value, note that 5.11 is a specialty store, which means you will pay oftentimes above what you may expect. This shop does not offer military discounts, BUT I will say that you can find great deals when they have clearance sales. I left with a bundle during my visit. Also, if you are military, you can get 5.11 Tactical apparel at the Navy Exchanges at 20 percent off or on special occasions at 40 percent off. That is to say, there are still good ways to get deals on 5.11 clothing - it's how I purchase all of mine. In addition to shirts, trousers, and shorts, you can find excellent boots and reinforced shoes designed for law enforcement and first responders here. I'd like to get a pair for trail walking - I may do that soon! The service from the employees here on this day was excellent! They took time to answer all my questions and really believe in the product they sell. So stop by 5.11 Tactical and see what you think! Hard to believe if you can't find something you like here! Recommend: VERY HIGH (even though a little pricey, but still very much worth it!)
