The company has poor customer service. Received pants with a permanent crease in them near the shin of the calf. When I contacted customer service for them to uphold their one year satisfaction guarantee, I was told no. They basically said that I created the crease and it did not happen at their manufacturing plant. So the company does not even uphold their own standards. These ladies are such a freaking riot! I was a on leisurely jog through St. Johns Town Center when I stumbled up on lulu... of course I pumped the brakes almost instantaneously to take a gander at what this location had to offer. Aside from lulu's usually top quality, durable, super chic, workout/casual, functional pieces...the staff was fantabulous! They welcomed me effort I was fully inside the entrance and made me feel like a team member the entire 30+ minutes I sat around just shooting the breeze with them. As I said, I had a jog in progress so I was pretty wet; Leslie offered me paper towels and cold water before asking if I wa looking for anything in particular. This lululemon location takes the cake! I have been to several of their retail stores and none of them compare to the customer service I receive at this location. Let's be honest, it's expensive. But the quality of the product and the customer service to back it up really make all the difference. Every time I come into this store I am greeted warmly and offered assistance. If you don't want help, they don't continue to push and make you feel uncomfortable. If you require help you will get the best of the best. My favorite product they make are the 6" mens running shorts. They have built in briefs and a cell phone pocket. I love that they have a very comfortable and flexible feel while allowing room for a phone or keys, etc. There is also a band on the backside of the shorts that you can tie a t-shirt into if you decide to take off your shirt during a run. They really think of everything. They also stand behind the quality of their products -- once I had a pair that had a pull in the material which I didn't notice until well after my purchase. Located in the heart of the St Johns Town center is your 'one stop shop' for the prettiest & most functional yoga/Pilates gear around. The staff was super friendly and helped me find my sizes for a crop top, pants and jacket. Both the jacket and pants had subtle pockets for your cell phone or CCs. Sometimes I'll walk our dog down to a coffee shop a few blocks down so this comes in handy for me. I will say the store is on the pricey side but the quality is incomparable. Excellent customer service! I'm a 35-year-old guy who was shopping for my wife. I would much rather be in the woods alone then at the mall, I was completely out of my element. I was immediately greeted by a smiling friendly young lady. I confessed my dilemma. She immediately escorted me to another sales associate introduced me and said she would be happy to help me. The second young lady was also kind, smiling, and helpful. She was sympathetic to my ignorance and extremely patient. I bought more than I would have without such great help. My wife is extremely happy with my purchases. I initially walked in to the place across the street Athleta only because it was closer to my parking spot after being completely ignored for about 20 minutes I decided to walk out and go across the street to Lulu. This store always has just beautiful and comfortable clothing. I can't help walking in. I wish their price points were lower but that's why I shot in the clearance section which is usually scattered around the store. But this time, they were in one spot. Much easier. I am pretty sure that athletica is affiliated with lululemon...but they have more versatile clothing items that are a little less expensive. I came in for specific items...being a sports bra type swim top...and they had a very similar item that worked out great! I have looked all around town for a specific swim top. I saw that the swim wear was on sale but they still had a good selection in all sizes. I walked out with a flattering and versatile suit that is unique and another top that has good support and coverage....great for swimming/snorkeling, fishing, boating, and skiing. It seemed like between all the salespeople, they all had tested out the merchandise. The price is kind of an deterrent. But they've got a teeny tiny sale rack. Ask for it b/c you might miss it. No. I went here for the first time today. First of all. The selection is meh. The lady at the counter was extremely rude and condescending. You're in Jacksonville FL. I couldn't find the store because there is no sign but apparently, according to her, "you have to be in the know to understand the sign" of their store. Fast forward $180 later and all I bought was a pair of yoga pants and a sports bra. Somebody please explain this to me. Yeah. They're comfortable, but really? What's with the "I'm better than you" attitude because you're wearing Lululemon. I give them props that they have quality clothing, but the holier than thou attitude on top of the pricing does not get my vote for a place that only sells sportswear. I would have rather them been kind and caring and maybe I would have been back, but to make me feel as if I was back in LA again. Ok I'm out. You're clothes are not worthy of that. read more

This review is really just for their "lock-door" policy for the Sunday yoga classes. It sucks! I rushed all the way across town to meet my friend, who was saving me a spot and a mat. I walked up to the door literally at 9:31 only to find a sign saying that they locked the doors at 9:30 when the class started. I peered in the window and saw exactly where my friend was, but the instructor refused to let me in! This was my first time trying to attend this class so I had no clue they'd lock me out. While I understand that it's inconsiderate to be late, sometimes things just happen...accidents on the road, getting lost, etc. I've never been to this store before so it took me a few mins to find it once I got into the town center, only to be supremely disappointed that it was all for nothing! It'd be much more reasonable to at least give a 3-5 min window before locking up, which I was well within. I was literally ONE minute late, so they gave no leeway and may have actually locked the doors early for that matter. I mean, come on!! This makes me never want to come to this class again or to shop here if they can't even be understanding in such a simple way. read more

I have always been a big fan of our Jacksonville , FL location. My husband and I have spent A LOT of money in there. The people that work there are always helpful , nice, and greet us with a smile. My husband is a certified instructor and wears many lulu clothes as part of the r&d team. I started to realize that the staff picked and chose what they discounted as he purchased it. When he'd buy a headband it would be full price or a bag, etc. He never brought it up because he was glad to get any discount at all. But that got me thinking..if you read the description on the site it says r&d get a discount on any lulu merchandise. That is not the case. If the person checking you out doesn't feel the item is intended for your sex they will not discount it. I actually find this very strange and offensive. What if a man wants to wear yoga pants from the woman's side or buy a jacket that happens to be a woman's cut? Is that not an option? Why is it that it does ring up discounted and then if they choose not to, they grab a manager to make it full price. Yes this actually happened today. I have never seen this happen in any other store ever. I think it's a terrible, discriminatory practice. It's fine if some items aren't eligible in general, but to pick and choose is very biased. I really don't get offended easily, but I can imagine this has probably happened to other people. I think this policy should be changed to incorporate all in store items regardless of the persons gender. This is 2014 people. read more

I have never had such horrible customer service in my entire life, especially in St. John's Town Center. After visiting the register and asking if they could hold items I had picked out so that someone could pick them up before the end of the day as a Christmas present, I was told they don't do holds (company policy I'm sure, completely understandable). So I decided to step over to the side and take pictures of the tags. While I was doing that and incredibly rude employee asked if I was all set. After explaining to her what I was doing and apologizing, with a very condescending attitude she told me to "do whatever you want, they're going right back on the floor" after asking if I should return the items to their racks. Then she proceeded to sarcastically say "yeah whatever that's great have a great day" and laugh as I walked out of the store. I am completely appalled and WILL NOT be going back to that location again. I have worn lululemon for years and expect better treatment when I plan on spending hundreds of dollars on your products. I walked across the street to Athleta and got wonderful service and better quality clothing for my money. read more
