I decided to do some after Christmas shopping with a hope of getting some bargains. I purchased some cute Fair Isle sweaters for 50% off (I got that cute term from Mindy Kaling on IG). I also purchased a few pieces of custom jewelry and snagged a cute pair of booties for $15 dollars. Also, all the jeans were 50%. I must say you can get some reasonable and trendy styles at Old Navy. As I get older, I notice the styles at Old Navy align more to my current style in comparison to my early 20s. read more

It's hard to believe that I've never reviewed this Town Center Old Navy Store which we've frequented for ages going back to the days that the St John's Town Center first opened for business. This store has a great inventory of product on hand and does a really nice job rotating seasonal items in and out. I particularly like the out rotation of items that find themselves on the clearance Rack sometimes at bottom basement prices! I go right for that men's clearance rack upon entering the store which mind you is always clean and well staffed. Recently we've gone during the peak periods and the register lines get pretty backed up but love that when this happens you can always count in hearing that announcement for "all staff to the front registers!" The line moves pretty well and it's worth the wait especially since Old Navy gives a decent military discount. I'll continue to be a regular customer and recommend that you check out Old Navy for some good old fashioned sales clearance item shopping! read more

Nice well stocked store. My wife and I stopped in here to grab some clothes for the kids to wear for an upcoming cruise. We were able to quickly find what we were looking for with a little assistance. The best part about the visit was that everything we needed to get was on sale and my wife also found a few clearance items to fill the kids closets. Nice, clean and well stocked with a friendly staff. Worth a look if you need clothes for the kids. read more

I used to own a lot of Old Navy! Their clothes were trendy, comfortable and affordable. I mean I had hats, purses, shoes,coats you name it from Old Navy. I do t k ow when it happened but it did, they have new buyers and new style concepts that don't agree with me. I don't shop their as much. The clothes don't grab my attention anymore. It's hard for me to shop there now. When you would have had to drag me out the store. The store is big and they try to keep it clean and organized but it can go left quickly especially if they run a 50% or more off the entire store. They now sale jewelry, which is cool. I found some nice pieces. I still like old navy but I'm just not a fan of the new style of clothing. The cashiers and sales associates are helpful and courteous. read more

I'm not a big old navy shopper, but I went in with some family today. While in there I found a super soft shirt that will be great this fall! The shirt was only $6, but they offered me a military discount of 10%! I went to Starbucks afterwards and spent more on my coffee than my shirt!! Yay!! I definitely appreciate Old Navy offering a military discount. This is especially great in a military town such as Jacksonville. read more

Walked into this Old Navy and was greeted by absolutely no one. I walked through the store for about 15 minutes and and past James, whom I believe is the General Manager and not once did he greet me or ask if I needed help finding anything, even after quickly making eye contact with me. However, walked by another male individual and proceeded to ask "are you finding everything okay sir?" And also proceeded to speak to other individuals in the store, but ignored me like I was invisible. Also, the cashier Hayley, whom watched me walk in and out of the store, did not greet me as well. Before leaving I asked her name so that I could address her in this review. I've only been into this Old Navy a few times and from this experience I don't want to return. I'm big on customer service, and Mr. James & Hayley, maybe you all need a refresher course. I love always coming to this location! Always finding great deals! The buy one get one free was going on at this store! Things were super unorganized but i didn't expect much since there was a huge sale going on! They are usually good about keeping it tidy. The fitting rooms are right in the center of the store. They have restrooms located near the back near the boys sections . A lot of selections, I haven't been able to check out the men's but I will make a mental note to check it out. I'm not a huge Old Navy fan anymore.... I never seem to like the colors they have to offer and how some things fall apart after a few washes.... but they seem to be good for the basics... shorts and tanks. So headed inside to pick a few up. They had been advertising their dresses for awhile now and some of them were really cute, but not an XS in sight. Boo! Did pick up a few pairs of shorts and some flops. Nothing great or different really about this location, looks like the rest. Great prices if you can find your size. read more

Good prices but this location was a little on the messy side. I'm not sure if they had a chance to recover and put the store back together last night but waking in at 11am, the kids side was a mess. But the crazy thing is this lets me know that they have a great business. Very similar to a barber shop, if a barber does have hair on the ground near his station, he hasn't been doing anything all day. There's a plus to all this, the associates were super friendly and even gave me a few more pants hangers for my boys pants. read more

I enjoy grabbing tanks and hoodies from here. It's usually a lil messy but they have a lot of traffic. I miss plus in the stores as it made additional and more fashionable options. The staff is generally friendly. read more

I can always find cute kids clothing here. The deals are good! The staff is excellent always ready to help and always smiling even if they have to fold a billion shirts that buttholes looked at and threw back on the shelf... If you are this person... And you know who you are .... Just stop keep your sloppy self at home. One thing that kind of sucks about this location is that they do not have maternity clothes. If they have any maternity clothes it's merely what will be on clearance that people returned but they do not have maternity section. You have to go to the town center for the best maternity section. read more

Old Navy stores are sometimes unorganized or dirty, however, not the case for this store. Despite having an immense amount of clothing in one store, the employees seem to keep the store in top shape. Let me start with the fact that I love Old Navy; I've been shopping there for YEARS. Today I went for flip flops, only...but, there were so many good deals (or so I thought) that we went to the register with an armload. Sounds good, right? It wasn't. The skirts on the 50% off rack were FULL Price. When I took the associate over there, he showed us the teeny tiny print that said 'babydoll dresses'. I pointed out the fact that the sign was sitting on top of the entire rack. Ah, he said, but, it's only facing one way. I find that deceptive...and I told him so. The clearance section! Signs scream 50% OFF! Even over the shoes...I have PICTURES. At checkout, however, the cashier says 'oooohhhh, that doesn't apply to the shoes...they're only 30% off'...even admits there's no sign. So, we said forget it, and left. I have NEVER had such a rotten experience with this store, and I am beyond disappointed. Does corporate tell them to do their signage this way, or should it be chalked up to lazy employees? Either way, I'm calling their corporate offices, next business day. read more

I like this location, although the layout takes getting used to. The staff is always friendly and willing to help you find the right size.
