This last time I went in, I walked in, saw 2 women standing and talking. They continued to chit chat the entire time I was there. Not once during my time there searching for bras, and trying on numerous bras, was I greeted, or offered help. I wasn't certain those two women were employees, but they confirmed they were when they rang me up. The time before that, I went in and asked for a bra fitting. The employee asked what size I was at my last fitting. Her immediate reply was "yea, you look like a x size." I asked her again if I could get a bra fitting, where she continued to say "well, if you really want me to measure you, I will". I was indeed NOT that size, as I knew I had recently lost 30 pounds and was no longer my previous size. In General: The quality and value of these bras have gone down the drain. Recently I had 2 bras completely fall apart. The first bra it was within a year. The second one was within 3 months. This store has a great inventory of product on hand and does a really nice job rotating seasonal items in and out. I particularly like the out rotation of items that find themselves on the clearance Rack sometimes at bottom basement prices! I go right for that men's clearance rack upon entering the store which mind you is always clean and well staffed. Recently we've gone during the peak periods and the register lines get pretty backed up but love that when this happens you can always count in hearing that announcement for "all staff to the front registers!" The line moves pretty well and it's worth the wait especially since Old Navy gives a decent military discount. I asked around and the employees returned them to me including a shirt that was the wrong size from what I originally picked out. (Which was the only item I ended up wanting to buy). Since it was the wrong size they offered to have the right size delivered to me but not informing me of the additional shipping costs. In the end having my clothes taken and paying more than what I originally planned ruined my first experience shopping here.

They also Have cardigans, dusters and vests. They also have shoes, socks and sandals. The prices are pretty reasonable. The store is usually clean and the service is good. Checkout can be a bit slow but that is true for all Cato's. I do like that if you find something you like and they don't have the size, they will check other stores in the area and can have it put on hold for you.
