Jacksonville is a piece of me that I love anytime we come here. After exploring and having lunch , babe let me do what truly makes me happy which is shopping. This boutique had me in love at first sight! The cutest most electic pieces and accessories and the dressing rooms are adorbs! My daughter like the ambiance of the entire store and how the displays were set up; the sizes were traditional sizes on the racks. I am not sure if the carry plus sizes. Everyone that works here Has always been so kind! Been shopping here since at least 2010/2011. And I have some clothes that I've owned since then from here as well! So that speaks to the quality you'll find. Their selection changes out frequently so you can always try on and get new items. Cute outfits for any human of any existence and accessories, too! Great place in the eclectic part of Jacksonville just blocks from the Cummer museum. This boutique has some cute outfits at a moderate price. Owned by the same person who owns the bar/club next door, they have deals every so often if you spend a certain amount at the store you get free drinks next door. The open floor plan really makes this store spacious in design and the staff are friendly to boot. I like the old motorcycles they have and the cool looking photo shoot area. They also have some seating for those who you're with to sit and wait for you. I am definitely coming back here again and find some more treasures. read more

I stopped in as I noticed some cuteness in the window as I passed by! Alle was working and served as the best shopping companion (and I usually loathe that in a sales associate, but somehow he worked and we talked about everything but clothes!) I love the prices and "hipster chicness" of the clothing and accessories here! I found some sunnies, earrings, and a cute crop top during my visit! Oh, and I only spent $44. ... Sweet! Wolfgang is known as one of Jacksonville's premier boutiques for fun, hip, and yet still affordable clothing. You will walk out of this place a much more fashionable, yet not financially broken person, which is awesome. All the clothes in Wolfgang, especially on the female side of the store, are hip, young, fashionable, a little bold and a little eclectic. They always have a very large supply of short dresses, in every shade, for every occasion, for every kind of lady. They also have some amazing tops, shorts, and a great supply of denim. They have some amazing accessories, from unique, colorful belts, to interesting necklaces, to big chunky sunglasses [for the inner celeb in each of us]. I feel like all I am saying is AMAZING... but that's kind of how I would sum this place up. It was one of the first places in Jacksonville [formerly known as Satu] to offer true city fashions at a price we could afford. The fact that it has been a figurehead of the Five Points neighborhood for years, the artsy area of town, is no coincidence. Wolfgang the store is as genius and inspired as Wolfgang the Mozart. They always have such a unique and adorable selection of jewelry and clothing. Where are the cats?! Not all of us are born skinny/tiny and able to fit in most of the clothing in Wolfgang, however, there are a lot of cute options for anyone who doesn't fit the tiny frame they advertise on facebook. As much as I would love to give Wolfgang more than two stars..... Unfortunately this is not the case for this particular visit.... The customer service or maybe I should type "lack of customer service" I received ruined this review which could have been easily given four stars or even possibly five stars. I literally almost walked out of the boutique after being inside for about 3-5 minutes watching the bleach-blonde sales clerk on her phone, who never acknowledged my presence until I had about 2 or 3 items in my hand.... She came up to me and asked me if she could start a dressing room for me.... Really? At that moment she could have given me a proper greeting to redeem herself, but NOPE.... So I told her very politely.... "No, thank you." I really wanted to shop more, but she really ruined it for me & not to mention the boutique was about to close (As I was told when I came out of the dressing room..... Which I thought was kind of rude because.... Never mind... I won't even start on that). Well I guess I'll get to the positive part of this review..... I LOVE the unique pieces in Wolfgang and I also LOVE how affordable everything is! The store is set up very nicely. There isn't any clutter or a lot of racks to dig through, which is A-Ok with me. I would like to give them another try as I saw more than a couple of pieces that I would have bought, but.... (Well, I did purchase a top that was on sale) thanks to the "great customer service" I received (typed with heavy sarcasm) I just didn't feel compelled to spend anymore than what I spent ($20.87). I have read other reviews regarding the poor customer service and I really hope that: 1. This is addressed 2. It's not the bleach-blonde sales clerk 3. If it is her, she should either take a customer service course (we all need our jobs) or she should not be employed at Wolfgang (or any other place of business which requires interaction with customers). Again, I may give Wolfgang another try because I really do like this boutique and would like a lot more time to spend here as I don't believe I was able to take in everything there was in the store. I'm just hoping that it's a much better experience than what I encountered today. I'm really starting to think that Great Customer Service is EXTINCT! Sad, but true and it doesn't have to be like this at all.... I mean how hard is it to say "Hello, welcome to Wolfgang. Please let me know if you have any questions or need any assistance."?? Or just "Hello." will be sufficient enough. And I don't believe I mentioned that she did NOT even say thank you for shopping with us after my purchase and before leaving the store.... The employee working barely spoke or acknowledged anyone in the store and seemed to preoccupied or just too good to help anyone. Really awesome selection of clothing. It's a younger style, but I'm a very young 60 and walked out with a fabulous sundress and bag. Will definitely visit Wolfgang when I return to Jacksonville. Perfect location to find unique clothing and grab a bite to eat and a cocktail--all in walking distance. read more

Wolfgang is a men's clothing store in Five Points. One star for finally bringing to Jacksonville what Jacksonville desirves. which is a mens store with class. The owner Curtis Chariton has brought leading name fashion brands to Jacksonville for the first time in decades like Diesel, 4 You, Paper Denim & Cloth, & Kennith Cole to name a few. Jacksonville has grown up significantly in the past few years and now offers a few other boutiques with similar brands. However, none of the merchandice in other boutiques, even if the same name brand, has the same uniqueness that Wolfgang has. I give Wolfgang a second star for restoring the building to its original grace. Five Points is a historical area and the buildings were once qute classy. Most had ornamental metal tile celings high above the store floor. Walls were simple with ornamental moulding and clean simple stone flooring. Some of the Five Points stores have put in drop celings, some have carpet and those of course look much more strip mallesq. I saw Wolfgang before he opened and much was this way. He took the time to remove all post original veners therefor restoring the enclosure. Especially with the celing. He spent a lot of time striping years old crud off pasted over metal ornamental celing tiles and repainted them. The ceiling is now high above the customer and elegant again. Those sort of nuances are often forgone inorder to get to the profits quicker. My third star goes to sheer coolness. Curtis is self made and has done everything the smart way. He is one shrewed cat. I like his style. Even the name comes from his renegade attitude of I can do it on my own, without the help of anyone. Hence the name Wolfgang, meaning undomesticated, uncaged, free spirited. His shop proudly boasts his real love of motorbiking. Even though retro bikes are fashionable and hip now and have been forever, I guess, he is authentic. The Fourth star goes to his staff and the pricing. Check it out. read more
