This Old Navy is closest to my house, so when I do shop on occassion I come here. They always have some type of sale going on when I visit and occasional coupons online. I find their clothing style great for both office/work wear and casual wear at an affordable price. This store is always clean and well-staffed despite that it always seems busy. There is usually a line to check out but the staff do their best to make the line move fast. I enjoy coming here during every few months to pick out new items for the upcoming season. read more

Old Navy stores are a great place to find some great deals. Although their actual store locations don't normally carry my size in men's jeans, I will go to old Navy online and make my purchases there. the only down part is that I am not able to try on their clothing prior to making my purchase. Amazingly, I have never returned anything that i have purchased online! None the less, this weekend my wife and daughter wanted to take advantage of their "30% Off The Entire Store" sale. One of the store sales associates ( Vivian) was extremely attentive and helpful, not only to me and my family, but to many other of the stores customers. I seen her on ladders retrieving clothing articles, assisting with sizing to answering questions! The store was well merchandised, clean, and was stocked with the available sizes for my wife and daughters. Overall the shopping experience here was delightful. I can't say this about some of their other locations however, this location wins my vote. But from walking into the store to check out was a smooth process. read more

This Old Navy is so big and they always have some type of sale going on. I love shopping here when I need some basics. Also I work right down the street so it's always my go to place to do stress shopping. But it's well lit, has a lot of different styles and colors. There clothes runs pretty big on me since I'm petite but they don't always have petite sizes in stock. I like that they also sell a good selection ELF makeup line here! read more

I gotta say, the only reason I have this review set at 3 stars is because of a specific employee, but I'll get into that. I've been to this Old Navy a couple of times, and honestly, it's never a great experience. Most of the time, I'm never offered help, the fitting rooms are always a mess, and the cashiers are always shoving those reward programs down my throat. This time was a little different, however, because I was actually offered help by an employee, Celia, who was kind enough to help me find my size in several items, and even help me look through the Woman's clearance section, which was a mess. She also helped me order some items online and was incredibly kind throughout helping me with my orders. I think she may be a new employee because I've been to this Old Navy several times, and I've never been treated so kindly. All in all, the store is a mess, and I really don't appreciate the lack of customer service, with the exception of a few employees. read more

Both times I was pregnant, I found the most comfortable, everyday lounge style maternity clothing here. I also love Old Navy for their toddler clothing selection and recently, Mens' graphic tees. Their clothes are affordable and when they have post season sales going on, you really get a huge bang for your buck (i.e. toddler shorts for $3-$5, etc.). I buy a whole mess of clothes during these post season sales for the following year for my family of 4 for just a couple hundred dollars. Can't beat that! read more

Old Navy is usually a great place for me to find khakis on clearance for work (yay for dress code!). They have some good basics and the sales can be really good! This location is fine. The sales staff would rather talk to eachother over their Gwen Stefani mics and unless you have the afternoon or really, really want what they are selling then don't wait in line. Right now they are trying to be more personal by writing your name on the door of your dressing room, but I have as of yet to hear them use it to help anyone. If you don't mind shopping on your own and sifting through mounds this Old Navy a good option. read more

Been here few times... Most recently, on black Friday... I really appreciated how organized they were... Although I felt really bad For the highschooler who was stranded outside in the freezing cold (30 degrees cold... To be exact) but was not allowed to wear a warmer coat because he had to wear the "holiday uniform" of jeans and a thin, paper thin, red pullover with Xmas lights on it... Not cool old navy I'm calling your union! Get that poor kid a puff coat! I found someone When I needed someone and the cashier was great! Seeing that this location can have an organized black Friday showed me that they have the ability to run a good store with or without madness... The only reason they lost 2 stars was the fact that they cared about the guy outside representing the uniform over his health. Not cool. read more

Old Navy sells inexpensive children's clothing and I truly enjoy spending $2.50 on a cute shirt or $4.50 on a dress for my babies, especially they grow up so fast that I don't want to spent $$$ on something they're going to out grown in a few months. I also love their Toddler PJ's, only $7.99 for the whole set. I like going to this particular Old Navy during the week day mornings because it's empty and I can take my time to go throught the sales rack. read more

Horrible employees at this old navy, employees were so distracted on their phones, slacking, and conversing with other employees that they didn't help any customers and were outright rude. I was completely ignored throughout the store and was treated disrespectfully two times as I tried to get a dressing room. Along with this, the manager seemed to have no control over his employees as he was bantering throughout the store looking for his employees on his walkie talkie. As a retail employee for 3 years already I know how easy and simple it is to treat a customer like a customer which means with respect an willingness. read more

Thank you to Lindsey in Customer Service and Niesha at the Dublin store for turning what was a bad experience into a good one. The first manager that I dealt with was unhelpful, actually plain rude, and made me think twice about shopping there again. Both Lindsey and Niesha actually solved the problem verses dismissing it. I am a loyal customer at Old Navy and thanks to both of them I will continue to be. Good work Old Navy! Hiring people that love what they do is key in the retail world and making right on a situation instead of blaming the customer is a very good way to remain successful. Not bad. Cleaner than most old navys I've been to i.e. bayfair. When it comes to the deals you can find here you definitely have to have some patience and dig. They're not going to find you you will need to search for them. The last one I was able to locate were some nice sweater boots, originally 36 for 9!!! Can't pass that up. However the last I don't know 4 times I've been here the line must be a mile long. Bring a team of friends/family with you so you can take turns tag teaming shopping and waiting in line! This morning, I decided to order something from old navy online for store pick-up. I wasn't able to ask for store pick-up nor apply my promo code, so I called the number provided for info. That's when things went downhill quickly. In the end, I spoke to three different people, at two different numbers, all of whom didn't have a clue (about anything, apparently) and didn't want to even try to help. I canceled my order and wanted to cancel my account as it seems to be all smoke and mirrors. I had to struggle with the robotic voice before getting to a robotic person who only transferred me back to the robotic voice. I called again and struggled again with the robotic voice until I got a 2nd robotic person who said she would transfer me, then I sat on hold a very long time. It became apparent that no one was ever going to pick up. Not the type of place that I want to do business with. read more

I work at this Old Navy and i read these frequently... I just wanted to make it clear, when people do bring up the fact that the lines are long and the cashiers do absolutely nothing about it... its because the managers assign us positions..we aren't aloud on the registers until a manager tells us to sign on to bring the lines down. its basically the managers fault our lines are SO long. i do apologize for all the bad feedback we get...we try :/ i hope you enjoy your next visit there though! read more

Beware using old navy cash from their credit card. If you use it and bought online and want to exchange the size, they will not do it. She only could credit me $1.56 so I wanted the pants back since they won't give back the old navy cash you used. I figured I can just donate it. She said it already processed and couldn't void it. I recently made an online purchase from Old Navy because I received a giftcard as a graduation present from a relative.. I would not describe myself as a fan of this store whatsoever and was dredding the fact that I had to shop here in the first place, thinking it would be the hardest $50 I'd have to spend.. Luckily, I found many items from their activewear collection that caught my interest.. I was thinking the material would be subpar though so I was a little worried.. When my shipment arrived I was pleasantly surprised.. Their compression capris and pants are made with nice fabric, it's lightweight, thin, and very figure flattering.. I wanted to wear them to the gym as soon as I got them! I didn't like the other items I had bought as much so that led me to visit the Dublin store.. My number one comment would have to be that they provide awesome customer service, Amy in particular! The entire store layout has been revamped and the quality of their clothing is much improved.. Still a far cry from quality clothing that keeps but definitely a step in the right direction for this long-struggling company.. I haven't dived too far into their regular clothing line but I absolutely love the activewear line! I bought a few more pairs of shorts, a couple tops, and an extra pair of compression capris.. They couldn't honor my online promo code that I used on my initial purchase but I was informed that they would be offering 20% off the following Thursday.. Instead of inconveniencing me and making me drive back there to get a price adjustment, Amy kindly made a one-time exception and let me use the coupon that day! Now THAT my friends is great service.. She went out of her way to make sure that I had a great experience and completed my transaction quickly.. I was more than happy to fill out a survey for their company to give her a shout out and let headquarters know that she's doing an amazing job! Went to Old Navy the other night. Picked up a shirt that was on a wall below a BIG sign saying '$10'. Got up to the register, and the shirt rang up for something like $16. I told the cashier (a young, chubby SNOTTY girl with some weird face piercing) that the shirt was on the wall marked $10. She went off to check, and came back to tell me, 'Well, I'll give it to you THIS TIME for $10. But next time you'll really want to read the sign more carefully, because the shirts that are $10 are only the v-necks and crewnecks'. Ummm, ALL the shirts there were v-necks and crewnecks-- ALL of them--including the one I'd picked out! And how insulting to have a CASHIER at Old Navy tell me I should 'really read the sign more carefully'.... As if I didn't. I walked out without the stupid shirt, I was so angry at being talked to like I'm an idiot. So, tonight I checked out Old Navy's website, and guess what shirt is advertised at $10? The SAME shirt at the store. Anyway, this is more of a rant, I know-- but poor service seems to be the norm these days, and I've decided I won't give my business to places that don't give a crap about their customers. The manager evelin disappoints me shes really made me have a terrible experience shopping i felt attacked. So let me explain what happened. So i was shopping for my family members for Christmas and i was asking one of a young employee for advice and her expertise on what to get my family. Next thing i know evelin one of the managers comes and yells at her making her feel bad about herself telling the employee who was only trying to help me "the customer " she told her that she wasn't doing her job that she needed to move to another station far away from me . She evelin said to the young employee"i been seeing you holding the same pair of cloths and walking around with this person "me " evelins said "what is he ur little buddy GET BACK TO WORK. At that moment i felt bad for the poor working girl trying to help me out . She didn't deserve the verbal abuse neither did i. I really like this place. I can almost always find at least one cute thing. If I ever want to find something that I saw at Abercrombie, I will go here. They have clothing for babies and adults ... a one stop shop! Compared to some of the other Old Navy's around, this is a good one. i think old navy is great. it's not like gap where everything is plain ugly solid colors. it's not like forever 21 where everything is like a color explosion. It has simple yet fitting, and professional yet cute. I like how they even have comfy sleep pants or shorts and even work out clothes. BEST OF ALL? Their stuff is cheap!!! Old Navy isn't my favorite store to shop at, but once in a while, I'll find something awesome here. I went on a Sunday during the massive 30% off sale and surprisingly, it wasn't too crowded. I was highly disappointed when I found out that this particular branch (and any other branch conveniently located near me) doesn't carry maternity clothes! WTF?! Boooooo! I haven't shopped clothes in Old Navy for awhile, but occassionally I go over there for their flip flops. I went there today because I purchased some clothes the beginning of may and had a cash coupon (Spend $25 Get $10 Off), which today was the last day . We shopped through clearance and found many pieces at an unbelievable price. There was also an addittional 30% off. We went there near closing, so the line was pretty fast. As most of the employees were working the cashier area. They wanted to hurry and close the store. read more

This is my favorite Old Navy besides the one in San Francisco on Market Street. It's big and they have a good selection and variety of sizes. My only complaint is that sometimes they don't have enough cashiers working but when you finally make your way up to the counter the people working there are friendly and helpful. read more

The worst experience I have ever had. First of all the number one rule of customer service is "the customer is always right." Now when i walked in to tell them they charged me for something twice they checked their cameras and said that i didn't understand what they were saying. There's strike one. Their look of frustration and the constant repetition of "no you don't understand" was so aggravating and rude. I came in to buy one shirt and the receipt says two tank tops were charged what is there to not understand. What irritates me the most is it's 20 freaking dollars, you can't just admit that your cashier charged me twice, apologize, give me the money and done? After about 30 minutes of back and forth they were just like "you're wrong but just give her the money." At this point i didn't even care about the money, i just was in shock at the lack of customer service not just the managers but the employees had. I just told them they can keep their money and i left..... just... yikes. read more

You guys are unbelievably mean. Give us a break for pete's sake. You try being stuck cleaning up after hordes of 'bargain-hungry' customers until two in the morning on a Tuesday and see how anxious you are to rush to the aid of someone tearing apart your freshly-folded table just because they can't read the clearly printed and visible size tag stating which is a small and which is a medium the very next day. Do you know WHY there are clothes on the floor, draped over racks, piled on tables, etc.? Because rude, thoughtless customers put them there, and there are simply more of them than there are of us. We are really trying to do a better job, but I have to say, it is really, really hard to keep doing it day after day after day when you know that some self-righteous, overly-entitled, potentially culturally-affected customer is going to follow along behind you like some kind of cheapskate Hurricane Katrina. We really, really want to maintain a pleasant atmosphere of good service and friendliness...why wouldn't we when that makes our own jobs more pleasant?? But it is extraordinarily hard to keep this up every single minute of every single day with every single person when most of them can not show you any respect in return. Yes, our jobs suck. We, more than ANYONE, are well aware of that fact. Yes, we all do need new jobs. Again, all kinds of awareness. But, while it does happen to be our job, for whatever reason, to keep this highest-volume in the district, second only to the five-times-larger SF flagship store, up and running, there is no reason for 80 percent of the people who come trooping through the door to make that job even harder.
