It is easy to find what you're looking for. The cashiers are much busier in Carter's. They have a short line in front of the cashier counter most of the time.

So I said military discount. Thats made her more confusing and she said again maybe they give that on specific days, so she went to another colleague and asked (she asked like a teenager coworker) who also confused what "veteran" or "military" discounts means until they just told us they give it only during "Veterans Day". So the only word they knew is Veteran's Day thats why initially she said they give the discount on specific day. So I called my friend from another branch and she sent me a photo confirming that military/veteran discount is 10% of entire purchase. My husband was so upset that we just went straight home instead of shopping for more. He felt disrespected (of course you served your country but refused to give you the benefit that you deserve) or at least be knowledgeable about it. I hope they have a supervisor/manager knowledgeable and matured enough to deal with this kind of simple but important questions. Those who serve for this country deserve respect.

And, as a normal Hollister, the aisles are narrow and there is not much room to move around. So, as long as you walk in prepared to be smooshed, you will have a pleasant experience with all of the deals in the store.

Ever since then, he's been talking about them nonstop -- they're literally the only thing he's told Santa he wants. This morning, I called to see if they were still in stock, and I was so happy to hear they were -- and that they were the last ones! The woman I spoke with on the phone was incredibly kind and even offered to put them on hold for me, which was amazing. I also mentioned that I'd be coming in with my 2-year-old and that having the items ready up front would really help keep the Christmas magic alive. When I arrived, they went above and beyond. The items were on hold, and she discreetly scanned them under the counter, completely out of my toddler's line of sight. She bagged them with tissue paper so nothing was visible, and the entire staff was genuinely happy to help make this a magical moment for our family.
