First, I was asked to wait for more than 30 minutes, and the attitude of one of the older employees who was assisting--or overseeing--the process was very unpleasant. While I was being measured by a younger employee who was helping me, this individual repeatedly interjected himself in an unprofessional manner and made comments to the employee. His behavior made an already frustrating experience even more uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the experience became even more disappointing when I returned on the date I was told my suit would be ready, only to find out that it was not. What made matters worse was being made to feel as though I was mistaken about the promised date. This was particularly frustrating because the mistake was not on my part, yet there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. For a company of this size and reputation, I would expect much more respect and appreciation for its customers. Mistakes can happen, but how a company handles those mistakes says a great deal about its commitment to its clientele. This experience was unpleasant from beginning to end, and I left feeling completely disregarded as a customer. It will certainly take a great deal for me to consider returning to this location, and at this point, I may never set foot there again. I sincerely hope management takes this complaint seriously, looks into what happened, and addresses the customer service issues at this location.
