They only have 1 of each (in my shade) left in stock. I knew these items are always short in stock. She told me she was going to put it on hold. Honestly, I didn't really believe that but when I showed up half hour later, I saw she did set it aside. Awwww...Lupita is the bomb! In addition to the things I reserved, I bought a few more items and every question I had it was answered with enough information. Because of Lupita, I felt so comfortable being there and she helped me find what I was looking for in a product. Her bright attitude and friendly personality made it easy to talk to her. After scanning all items, the cashier lady collected all remained stuffs and tried to throw them in the bag carelessly. My mom told her "let me organize and put stuffs in". Right after that, the cashier demanded "can you pay first?". My mom said " I will pay after putting stuffs in". The cashier walked over another register and exchanged place with another cashier gentleman???!!! Less than 4 minutes, my mom paid with her credit card. And the same cashier lady screamed out "shit...get out of the store... we don't want you here..." while walking by my mom and disappeared behind the shelves. My mom was astonished by her attitude. She asked the cashier gentleman who was helping her "What type of customer service is this?", and concluded "I won't come back here if she is still here!". I am watching the cashier gentleman nicely to help my mom open the door and comparing the 2 opposite customer services. I hope that the manager or owner would train that cashier lady properly and no other customer could twicely (carelessly handle and rude behavior) be pushed away like that!!!
