This is THEE saddest Old Navy I've ever been in! First of all, the quality of the clothes were super shabby; like shit no one would want to wear. I've noticed that Old Navy is not what it used to be, but damn...this one looked more like they were going out of business, than anything. The selections were minimal and they had several shelves with no products whatsoever. The fitness clothes were a joke. Every single pattern was just plain ugly. I've been to other Old Navy's and they at least had some cute options, but this one was more like the store all the other locations send their scraps to. Even Target has better choices than this one. They had a lot of sale racks and I mean, a lot. That would usually excite the everyday shopper, but it was nothing but crap clothes on the rack. Not a single thing was cute or even "new looking" for that matter. The staff don't even greet you and it was quiet in there. The only upside was that they had a bathroom, because all the water I've been drinking hit me like a ton of bricks when I was in there. I regularly attend this store because it's a convenient location (I attend the local university). I enjoy the sales and the customer service. However, the newest manager, Jess, seems very standoffish. During my recent visit last week, I saw her arguing with an employee rather than assisting with the store. I would love to attend more frequently but I'm looking to take my business elsewhere (now that the general manager is seen verbally harassing employees). read more

Only complaint I have with them is...they hardly ever have a good selection for toddler boy clothes. They usually only have like sweats and T-Shirts. Hardly ever cute dressier stuff. Huge store, but still couldn't find a damn thing I wanted to buy. That is a rare thing in my world, but then again, Old Navy's have always kind of been hit or miss for moi. It might also be the tidal wave of bright summer clothing that has bum rushed the shelves here. Or maybe it's the fact that Old Navy doesn't always seem to fit that well. Very Goldilocks in either, too big or too small and rarely ever just right. On this particular visit i was just killing time - so not looking for anything specific. They usually have a great Clearance section with things that fit me - im a Big Mama so its important. I really like this Old Navy. I feel like the traffic is a little lighter since you have to go inside the plaza/mall to get to it. They keep things super organized and presentable in my experience which I appreciate. I'm not giving 5 stars, however, because of something that may just be an issue with Old Navy in general, maybe not *just* this store, but each time I've gone in the last few months I've been asked like 10 times (no joke) within an hour time if I've signed up for the Old Navy credit card and if I'm interested, etc... after the 2nd time it gets uncomfortable because you can tell all the employees are like deployed to eyeball and ask every guest so you end up being asked many times and often by the same person since they can't recognize people as easily with masks. Sigh. Nonetheless they are friendly staff and nothing else bad to say about the experience. I prefer to check online deals before heading to store as they can differ and sometimes there's a steal of a find on one of the other - like last time I got in store $5.99 skinny rockstars that are normally $34.99 on clearance! read more

This location sucks! Long story short, I bought something a while back by it didn't fit. So instead of giving me my money back they MAIL you a gift certificate for future purchase. Mind you there are no expiration dates on the certificates. I've never had an issue with the gift certificates prior to this and now I can't use my own gift certificate for a purchases because it's "expired". Nothing on the certificate says it expires within a time frame and the manager wouldn't even give to me for credit knowing it wasn't expired. I am highly disappointed in this Carson Mall Old Navy, as it appears that the employees are not clear about what the policies are for the store. I went to this Old Navy to exchange an item that my daughter received for her birthday. I was prepared to exchange the item for another clothing item as well as purchase some other items. The employee stated that I could not exchange the item and that I would have to receive a refund in the mail. I was truly unclear as to why and the employee continued to state that this is the policy. It has been a month now and I still have not received my refund via mail. I also contacted the Old Navy business office and was told that the store should have allowed me to exchange the item in the store. I will discourage friends and family from purchasing any items for my children from this store for birthdays etc. and I will not patronize this store as it appears that the employees pick and choose which customers can exchange items.
