    I like this place it was amazing! . The location was convenient. They have a wide range of different suits and men's dress shoes. We got 4 suits and shoes. My wedding was coming up in April. My wife to be had our wedding colors. She told Gerald what color and style. where I had a wedding to attend, but my suit bag didn't make it and I needed a new suit in two hours! Gerald Malone, sales associate was very helpful picking out suit that fit me well and worked with my groomsmen. We got great suits and shoes. Thanks Gerald for outstanding Job! Great prices $$

    They can be expensive! Not a lot to say about this warehouse. They did lose my grandson suit a week before the wedding.

    Do you carry toddler size belts and button down shirts?

    Yes, both locations carry small buckle size men’s belts that can be cut to fit toddler and boy sizes. We also have dress shirts starting at size 2. We hope to see you soon!

From the very beginning, Jerry took the time to guide me through the entire process of building my first custom suit. We carefully reviewed every detail, from the collar to the cuffs, and I quickly realized just how meticulous the art of suit-making truly is or perhaps that level of precision is simply Jerry's signature. At the first fitting, Jerry proudly presented the finished suit and shirt, walking me through every thoughtful detail. He explained the stitching, pointed out how the trousers were subtly tailored at the hem to drape perfectly over the shoes, highlighted the custom embroidery, and even showed the sweat guards sewn into the suit--along with countless other details I would have never noticed on my own. His enthusiasm and pride in his craft were unmistakable, and it was clear that he genuinely cares about creating something exceptional for his clients. I walked away with an incredible suit and tie, and an even greater appreciation for the craftsmanship and passion that Jerry brings to his work.

I thought I was coming in for a consultation, and I liked the fabrics and patterns we came up with, but he was disappointed that I was not ready to throw down $4,000 for the custom suit that day. (He convinced me that anything cheaper in his shop wasn't worth my time.) I can see why he likes to close the deal the day of. The more I thought about it, the less comfortable I felt throwing down than much for this suit... I had a few other reasons, too. Anyway, I sent a message to the store the next day, politely explaining why that I appreciated Jerry's time, but the shop wasn't for me. Jerry ended up calling me, and I wish I hadn't answered. He started trying to get me to get his cheaper stuff that had already talked me out of. He was pushy, dismissive of my reasons and all around unpleasant. I think they have some off the-rack suits available, too, and I believe they offer tailoring, but I am no longer interested. He'll probably respond to this and be dismissive again, but those are my two cents. He has a nice assistant. I won't pretend it's bad quality. Still three stars.

The Customer Service Lead "Natelin" is very cold, lack of service heart, disrespect customer, she is totall not fit for the job! Worse than a customer service staff! My return package arrive on 03/23, their partnered Fedex delieverd it to your office at 04:13pm but put an record that our office was closed. It's a problem between their office and your partner Fedex's. - it appear that her partner did not even know their office hour?? - absent of communication! - "Natelin"does not want to do anything, only coldly repeats "you just have to wait", she refused to even try to call her partnered Fedex to let them know her office close at 4pm!! - very neglect, cold, rude, her attitude is Lack of attentiveness, Disregard for responsibilities. She just trying to escape for her job duty, showing "this is not my business"-- How could she do Customer Service?? - The worst worker or "human" I have ever met! She refused to do anything and just repeat "you just have to wait", when I asked if you don't tell your Fedex, then they continuesly to deliever to your office after 4pm, then you jsut let me wait for days like this?" - she replied "I HOPE not" -- When I asked to speak to her manager, she refused, until the end she said "I can let her call you" "before the noon" -- But her manager had never called me at all.     On Tuesday, September 30th, I brought my daughter to the Windsor store at Del Amo Mall to find her…read morehomecoming dress. As someone who grew up shopping at Windsor for my own formal events, I was excited to share this tradition with her. The store was busy with other young ladies shopping for dresses, and only two associates were assisting customers with fitting rooms and questions. My daughter fell in love with a dress displayed on the mannequin at the front of the store. We tried a medium from the rack, but it was too big. When I asked if the small from the mannequin was available, the associate, Judith, told me it couldn't be sold until the next day when the display was changed. I asked if this was company policy, and rather than providing clarification, Judith became irritated and said I was being "difficult" and "combative." She eventually said she could ask a manager, but insisted it would be better if I just came back the next day. I explained several times that I only wanted to understand the policy, since there were other sizes of the same dress available to replace the mannequin. The interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful. Later, when I asked for the associate's name at checkout, Desiree (the cashier) said she couldn't share it and that I would need to ask directly. When I asked Judith, she responded sarcastically, "Didn't the girl up front already tell you my name?" Both associates seemed overwhelmed by the crowd, but the service felt indifferent and unprofessional. Instead of creating a special, memorable experience for my daughter--something I had been looking forward to--it felt like we were an inconvenience. To make matters worse, when the dress was eventually taken off the mannequin, it had a hole in it, which made me feel like the situation was handled carelessly. Overall, I was very disappointed. Windsor has always been a go-to store for formal wear, and I expected better. During homecoming season especially, customers should feel supported and excited, not dismissed or disrespected. I truly hope the store can improve its customer service so that other young girls looking forward to their big moments don't leave with the same negative experience we had.

You can tell they don't want to be there. I found a dress I liked, but because it was a nicer dress, it was marked as final sale. I asked if they could hold it while I quickly went to another store. The employee said only for an hour. I asked if they could extend it just a little longer--an hour and a half--and she replied, "No, because my manager is coming in and she doesn't care. She'll just put it away." That response left me speechless. Not everyone can afford to throw money away on something without being sure, and the lack of flexibility was disappointing. Instead of being helped, I felt pressured. In the end, I just walked away and left the dress. Windsor used to be one of the best dress stores, but after this experience, I'll never be back.
