I was looking for a cut and sew spot with print options. I decided to give them a try since the…read morephotos looked the part of what I wanted and a couple of PREVIOUS clients I was familiar with. So I made my appointment to bring in my sample in on April 24th to get a quote. I get there and...lets just say the office doesn't match the website. Although this should be a red flag, I pay it no mind and proceed to discuss my options. I let them know I was on a time frame for production of my official launch, they assured me it would be no problem. After talking we decided to start with printing on the blanks I brought, before pursuing cut and sew to save time and money. Great, I ask about quote but am told I need to submit artwork 1st (even though I already brought in sample already made) No problem! I get home, email artwork and am told I will have quote by end of day. So after 2 DAYS I finally get the email with quote (another red flag). I pick my options and immediately ask for invoice to get ball rolling because I couldn't afford to risk being behind since it was now Friday. So you guessed it, I get no invoice before weekend. Fine, maybe they're already getting the ball rolling and trust in good faith that I obviously have the money when needed. So Monday the 30th comes and I send courtesy email that Im still waiting on invoice. SO, after 24 hours I get response on May 1st that I will be called to discuss costs on May 2nd. Huh?? but ok, fine..again! (another red flag) I wait for call all morning, and yup...no call. At this point I'm restless and reached the conclusion that these people don't care or they are in over their heads. So I give them a call to see what's going on and spoke with Eytan (the manager or owner) idk but he explained the employee I was dealing with had a family emergency and wasnt in the office. Well I couldn't say anything about that except show sympathy. But Etyan assured me she would be getting back to me with invoice ASAP! At this point it was end of Thursday, so I obviously expected to have it by Friday morning the 4th. Well, at this point you see the pattern....and yes another Friday comes and goes without contact. Really!?? I even called in Friday late afternoon to vent my frustrations and they tell me everyone is already gone for weekend. Unbelievable! Anyways I send my thoughts and prayers to employee dealing with family over the weekend letting them know i understand and they can send back my things if overwhelmed. Of course I get no response, so I call in on Monday and speak with someone else who decided to take it their own hands to help me out and make sure I was satisfied. At this point its been 12 days without a invoice! Go figure. I explain if they cant do the job just send back my things. They assure they can do it and will get to me in a few minutes. Well hours goes by and another day wasted. Im pissed, I have a deadline in 2 weeks and have to find another shop to go to. I send email to Eytan of dissatisfactory experience, requesting to have my items mailed to me or I could inconvenience myself even further by picking them up via uber with a price tag of my experience. He offered apology and that he can rush the job. I explained that if I am to continue on with business, I need some sort of compensation for 13 days I've wasted! He said he can only offer the apology and that I could pick up my bag in the front. Well, here it is! My thorough review of s&#%%y customer service for a business that seems to be on its last leg and simply doesn't care to stand on it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME HERE! too many other places that print quality work right down the street. I took this time to write all of this (even though I'm behind schedule) so you dont make the same mistake I did. Now I have to scramble for a reputable business and pay more money to rush the job which equates to hundreds of extra dollars. STAY CLEAR FROM HERE.

His recommendations of keeping my customizations simple had made my sash look very elegant. The process was quick and easy from my initial meeting with him. Here's the timeline: meeting, emailed my query, next day I put my customizations in place, my was sash done by the 3rd day, and throughout this time his staff was actively attentive to my many questions. The only thing I could say is maybe lowering the pricing for college students, however, I did keep in my mind I had entered my request literally the week before. He was incredibly rude and condescending through the entirety of our interaction which ended with me leaving and not completing service. He repeatedly rushed me through my request and my questions and insisted that the work i wanted was not possible and got more rude when i tried to ask for clarity or alternatives. At one point, another worker came up to me to explain the issue but actually started to work with me to find better placement that would still look good, marked it out and everything. He then rushed over to us and snatched my item from his own employee and as we were trying to explain the solution he kept telling her - in front of me like i wasn't there - to tell me no that it can't be done. He then repeatedly scolded me for talking to his employees because they're busy, though she came up to me herself to help. He then took my item back to the office and dropped on the floor and literally kicked it aside to go send me the invoice then brushed past me and said rudely, pay this so we can get this done. i took my item and left, i went to Pico and Main where there are a TON of custom embroidery shops, that are family-owned and great quality. Those shops either gave me options for working around the limits of the item or pointed me to a shop that could get it done. I ultimately found one that completed my work same day, with great quality, and great service, for less money , but any cost would have been worth not working with ninja stitch. PLEASE take your business to a more professional and productive company that will value their customers, craft, and reputation and won't completely play in your face and make you regret walking through their door.

I've called a few other places and gotten some snippy, rushy people on the line but this guy sounded calm and collected. He answered my questions regarding pricing and I was delighted to know they are affordable, and the turnaround time is only 2 days! When I called another business, they told me they wouldn't be able to have it done till around Christmas time. What! Other places told me 1 to 2 weeks. I brought in two pieces for two colors and two lines of embroidery, and they came out professional and nifty! I was delighted to call and find out the items were done the very next day!
