So I came through and what good timing! They were having a $5.95 all body care sale! But it was also bad timing: staff member advised to use it AFTER the sale to maximize the benefits - an advise I took. But I didn't leave empty handed. The sale was far too good to skip, so I got a few things - for myself as well as to give away as gifts. Christmas is practically around the corner! Awesome first run, mostly because of staff. I didn't notice until I got home, the young lady wrapped my wallflower refills in paper to prevent them from hitting each other. That was so freaking kind of her. What can I honestly say about Bath and Body Works that hasn't already been said? This location is perfection and a great addition to the Southbay Pavilion. The staff at this location is always very helpful and makes you feel great about purchasing from their location. COVID-19 - Immediately when the kids and I were about to walk into the store, a staff member called us over and asked us to kindly sanitize our hands and grab a shopping bag. Fortunately, there was no line to wait in because at Christmas time, things were crazy due to the store limits and they are still limiting capacity and reinforcing social distancing within the store. They no longer samples of the sprays or lotions for customers to try on. Their way of stopping the spread! We grabbed our shopping bags and directly went for what we came for...and other stuff of course but, you know what I mean. My daughter loves their lipgloss and I've been using hers because I ran out and I love this minty gloss. It makes your lips feel cool and the consistency (which is very important to me) was on point. Needless to say, I purchased one for myself. The lippies were by two get one free...guess who got the free one? Yup, not me LOL l also used the app to get my free reward of $16.50 or less. Beautiful place, love the layout and the store is quite large. Lots of different areas to look through from candles to plug in warmers. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Showed us around to the different areas. And they are very nicely put together. You can now purchase the decor that is paired with the display. I found several items that I could easily have taken home with me. Great addition to the Carson area. I couldn't wait for it to open. read more

So happy there's finally one in Carson. Love the set up and all the choices. Today was Buy three get three free. Although, I did pay around $43. Still, it's worth it, because it use all their products I would have given five stars for the rating, but as I approached the store and looked around the front, none of the girls would help me. I never get out this way but since my friend wanted to go to Ikea and lunch outside of this mall we decided to pay a visit to this place. I'm so glad I did! It's like no other Bath & Body Works I've ever been in! They carried their usual soaps and lotions. The candle selection is bigger than any store I've ever been in. They even carry ceramic warmers and wax! Oh! The cute holiday decorations! I've never been in another store that carries holiday decoration like this place. Poor communication abut change in coupon policy. Buyer beware. Caveat emptor!!! Normally I love BBW... It is my go to for all things fragrant and refreshing. However, this is now changed for me due their switch in policy with no prior notice. Read on.... On 12/27 my daughter and I came in to shop the post-Christmas sale. Between the two of us we spent almost $150. However, we arrived at the counter to pay (2 sep transactions), and we each had a coupon which said it could be used in store, for $10 off anything more than $40. Sadly, we were told that such coupons were no longer accepted and to sign up in email to get them. This would have been fine had it been posted or we were informed BEFORE the sale began to ring up (we could have made our decision to keep ringing or remove items to reduce the cost). While waiting for my daughter to check out, and having ordered many times online, I looked in my email and saw no such coupons. I then "re-signed" up and still I got no email while I waited; no acknowledgement, no nothing. One now wonders about this new email practice they tout. As a rather loyal customer, I dont think it would have hurt their reputation to take 2 $10 coupons for the two of us who practically spent $150 in store. Having been a store manager before, this is certainly something I would have honored to a customer especially given that no one informed us BEFORE the checkout began. Instead we got rudeness, and an attitude of "its been in place for about 3 weeks" which is seeming untrue given I had just been in the same store purchasing other items for Christmas gifts and was told nothing at that time about the change in coupon policy. Surely would have been good service to do that. We have been loyal customers for many years and in part it is due to the sales and coupons gotten and accepted whether found online, in an email or from a previous purchase. However, with the change made in your policy, and no communication to your customer base beforehand, I question the value placed on its customers. Thought Id share this with my followers since BBW isn't going to.Oh, and I still don't have an email with a coupon in it or other information about how to obtain one. read more

I like coming to this location because it's very close and convenient to me. However, the bath & body works employees aren't the friendliest. I came in looking for an item (the holiday $30 blanket). I asked one of the of the girls at the entrance if they had the blanket she automatically said no. I said really because I just called like 10 minutes ago and they told me they had it. I than asked her can you go ask someone else and she went to her manager and asked her. Her manager said yes we do have them you just need to go grab it from the back. She said go get her one. The associate looked mad and brother when she came back I told her thank you. Brittany was great! I tend to avoid this store because I'm the type of person that prefers to be left alone and not bombarded with sales people. I came in, looked around, got what I wanted and went to check out. Brittany was at the cash register, She had a cheerful demeanor that didn't seem forced. She gave me info on upcoming specials, told me about the phone app but managed to do so in a way that wasn't pushy.
