The service is starting to become more consistent lately, with great shoppers and drivers. In the past, the shoppers were lazy, but that seems to be changing. Maybe it also helps that I set the tip at 10% and if the delivery is bad, the app lets me lower the tip, and if good the app lets me increase the tip for the driver.
