I have shopped in many stores JCPenney's Kohl's L.L. Beans macys, mom and Pop shops and never have I been refused a refund much less store credit because the tag was not attached. I will not be shopping there again as it is overrated. I did not catch the name of the man working but he was the rudest coldest sales rep I have had the displeasure of dealing with.
