The staff at this location is very friendly as other Yelpers have indicated. The store is very well kept, clean and you can't walk 20 feet without seeing an employee. Their selection of products can be overwhelming and its convenient this is a location with a grocery section. Their prices are reasonable on many products including K-cups for those that need that morning coffee. There is plenty of check stands and a very convenient self-checkout section which has cloth bags for 5 cents to carry your items out with. Target is the first retailer to offer a reusable cloth bag for 5 cents. If you ask me, the marketing aspect of a cloth bag for that price is genius and I used the bag in other stores as well. I am not sure of the experience other customers had, but the bathrooms during my visit were clean and well kept. The store overall is clean which can sometimes be challenging for a store of their size. The only part I didn't like is how they setup the parking lot as it seems like a maze to get from the road to a parking spot, but I won't remove a star for a poorly laid out parking lot. They deserve the five stars for this review.

The other items we were looking for were basic and unavailable. I think too many stores are ordering only what they can make the most profit off of instead of taking care of the consumers needs. Would I stop in here again? Sure, but I would not count on this Target to have what you need.

Once her hair was dyed and came out orange the stylist told us that her hair couldn't get to the color of the photo. Still she reassured us that she would get as close as possible once they toned it. Once the process was all done and 3.5 hours had passed we saw that her hair was not only not close at all to the photos color but not blended at all. A straight line in the back clearly showing the brown from the blonde. Still we were being nice but obviously didn't want to pay full price for a botched hairstyle. We asked to speak to a manager when Anna showed up and started yelling at us saying we had to pay $140 for botched hair. We tried to reason with her but she kept speaking nasty to us saying well where do you work don't you understand that people make mistakes? To which we replied we do understand but also the customer is always right and when you botch someone's hair you don't make them pay that! Another customer was there to whitness this and also agreed that we shouldn't of payed and even stated she would be just walking straight out rather than being nice to them like we had. We ended up paying because the manager was quite threatening towards us but are currently reaching out to corporate to make a formal complaint on not just the store but specifically the manager who was so unprofessional and rude that she was making us cry.

I dont buy movies, books, music or trading cards anywhere else. The staff is almost always pleasant, and when they're not, they're not rude or disrespectful, they're just kinda content, or monotone. I've never had a bad experience here at Bullmoose. That being said. I wont buy games anywhere but gamestop, that being they know me by name, and have a better rewards program. The one down side to this, I dont like how they cannot give an accurate trade value over the phone.
