I called the store a number of times, leaving messages with staff, asking Debra to call me back. We did finally connect. She asked for photographs of the top, which I sent her. I told her the exact date I had bought the top. It is now 12 weeks since I bought the top and I have yet to hear back from Debra although I have phoned her twice since our last communication. In short, I am out nearly $100 for this top and have received NO satisfaction. Furthermore, I made the mistake of using the restroom in her store without asking permission and she yelled at me, full volume, in front of five of my friends who were shopping with me. Never will I shop there again and I will make sure none of those friends will either. I have waited to post this review because I assumed she would make good. WRONG. Also, she gave me her cell phone so I could text her photos. It is now disconnected.

The staff is helpful but unintrusive; if you want pants to match a shirt they will scour the store until they find exactly what you are looking for, and then leave you alone to shop your heart out some more. There was a such a vast collection of wonderful high end purses, shoes, clothing including some sweet children's options. The owner was so knowledgeable and seems to have a great deal of experience as a fashion stylist. The owner and staff are nice and friendly, the store itself is clean, cheerful, and well-organized - and there are often a few good deals to be had. I think the prices are fair and I've bought some quality pieces there. From how another shopper gushed about it when I was there last time, it seems that the people who consign their stuff at Consigning Women are loyal fans of this shop. I just wish they had were open every day, and at least until 5pm.
