The customer service associate was very abrupt and not helpful. He would not refund or even exchange for store credit. he said without the tag attached, they could not accept a return. I have shopped in many stores JCPenney's Kohl's L.L. Beans macys, mom and Pop shops and never have I been refused a refund much less store credit because the tag was not attached. I will not be shopping there again as it is overrated. I did not catch the name of the man working but he was the rudest coldest sales rep I have had the displeasure of dealing with.

I wore them a bit at home and determined they were much too big. In the store I was told the boots only came in whole sizes, but a quick internet search confirmed they came in half sizes. I feel like I coerced into buying a much bigger size than I needed because they didn't have the half sizes. I returned 2 days later to return with no hassle. The store has a lot of parking and offers nicer shoes than any other shop in the area IMO. Another shopper complained about the service to me and that she'd been in 2 days in a row in an attempt to find a sales associate free to assist her. I'm glad they have a lot of customers, but hopefully there can be more emphasis put on the customer experience since the shoes sold are premium shoes and come at a premium price.

They were not standing around chatting with each other. They were very customer focused. Excellent engagement. Selection of offerings is really great. We were here to look at Keen brand footwear for us and rain boots for the kids. They had so much to choose from. The rain boots for kids were decently priced, as were the crocs. The Keen footwear, was the same price as regularly priced items online. Definitely not discounted. After looking at the clothes/footwear, we looked at the toys and crafts section and were able to pick up some fun activities for the afternoon. Water paint pens and a bluey coloring book and unicorns and rainbows. I was able to pick up some of my favorite Tea and it was cheaper than Hannaford. Bigelow brand, decaf earl grey tea. They also had yummy Wilbur's Chocolates (A local brand based out of Freeport Maine). The register area was set up to handle a lot of customers. They have fun bits and bobs to look at while waiting. The staff working the register were so nice, friendly and giggly. Parking - easy- shares lot with other businesses. I loved the shopping experience and I will definitely be back when I'm in the area.
