So I give her the benefit of the doubt, I didn't argue with her. I left the line called the doctor back to confirm he sent it and was at the correct location. The nurse picked up and confirmed everything was sent and that she will send another script while I was on the phone with her. She confirmed again it was sent. I drove back through the drive through where the tech put a sign in the window which pissed me off. I parked my vehicle and went inside directly back to the pharmacy once again inquiring about my daughter's meds which she needs because she's in pain and crying. This chick keeps telling me they never sent it over. She was very nasty, rude and disrespectful. It took the Pharmacist to actually show her where in the system to look. Thank you to the Pharmacist!!!!! Before you sit and lie and give out the incorrect information check with your Pharmacist. This young girl did not give a rats *** about looking or even trying to figure it out. Once I finally received the meds she handed it to me like she had an attitude as if I was the one in the wrong. Walgreens, you guys need better staff that are trained accordingly. When it comes to giving out meds and information, it shouldn't never be like this. Very irresponsible.

When I first moved to the area just a few months ago, I chose this pharmacy as my top option based on its high ratings and positive reviews. But that changed in an instant, and they are no longer my number one pharmacy. I was having surgery, and I had my prescriptions sent to this Pharmacy. I got a call from the staff saying that they couldn't fill my oxycodone prescription because they were backordered 3 to 6 months. That's unacceptable. That's a prescription that should be easily filled. It shouldn't be backordered. I asked where else I could find it, and they suggested calling Wegmans, which had it in stock and filled it very easily. I don't understand how a pharmacy could not have a prescription that is so common and needed when someone has surgery, like I did. They filled the other three prescriptions I had sent in for different things during my first couple of months. However, when you can't fill a simple prescription like that, you quickly switch to a place that can fill everything, and that's where I am now. I can't in good conscience recommend using Choice Pharmacy because they let me down at a time when I needed them the most.

Their app is often wrong with the actual status of the progression through a Tx received through the steps to being filled. Their app telephone wait times are long and it's not uncommon to be hung up on without time to say anything- they pick up and hang up immediately or you're on hold and get disconnected and they sigh and puff when you ask to please check on an RX that's status on the app goes back and forth or you want to make sure your Rxs are filled ( many times they will say filled in the app or by text but they are not when you arrive. And they don't all wets lab coats with names- even the pharmacists don't show their badges clearly and several times the staff have been in sweats with stains on them and no id in sight- heck you or I could walk behind the counter and no one would know that we don't belong there. Walgreens uses a pharmacy wide computer system so unless you rarely need medication and it's a common antibiotic I would choose a different location and get a consult first with the head pharmacist for that store.

They leave a prescription order, and you have to pick it up because the doctor called it in, and you need the prescription. They claim it's not there, but it's actually because they never check their phone line. It's wild that a doctor can call in a prescription for you and still can't get through to the pharmacist. The store is understaffed, and the staff doesn't seem to care, even when they're understaffed, about helping you and getting things resolved unless you go in there and raise holy hell. The store shelves are half empty. If you are planning to pick up non-prescription medication, consider ordering from Amazon instead of trying to find it on their shelves, as you'll have a better chance of success. The only reason I go to this location is to pick up prescriptions for a family member. I don't use it myself because of the horrible experience I've had here, picking up prescriptions, and having to wait, or having to call and not get staff on the phone, and being on hold for over an hour. I do not recommend this location, and frankly, from the reviews for other Walgreens locations in the area, I don't recommend them either.

Then she starts making them and she starts listing all the ingredients they don't have that we ordered, if you have an online order service, you need to mark off the ingredients you are out of. So we recustomize our subs and somehow she still messes them up, wrong size, wrong ingredients, missing ingredients, added ingredients that we didn't order, wrong bread.
