They called in the prescription at 11 AM when I arrived at 12:30 to pick it up, they said it was not ready yet and it would be an additional 30 minutes. The store is organized pretty well I could find everything that I needed. Since I had time to kill I did a little bit of shopping. I have the CVS rewards program so I had some coupons to redeem. That always makes the shopping trip a little more bearable as the prices are a little bit higher Than at a grocery store. All in all not bad. After half an hour was up my order still was not ready so I had an additional 15 to 20 minutes to wait. As long as you are not in a rush, it's a decent store to visit.

I asked the pharmacist who said that if it's not in the shelf they're sold out. I visited with another son to pick up toiletries and I found even more bare shelves. They leave a prescription order, and you have to pick it up because the doctor called it in, and you need the prescription. They claim it's not there, but it's actually because they never check their phone line. It's wild that a doctor can call in a prescription for you and still can't get through to the pharmacist. The store is understaffed, and the staff doesn't seem to care, even when they're understaffed, about helping you and getting things resolved unless you go in there and raise holy hell. The store shelves are half empty. If you are planning to pick up non-prescription medication, consider ordering from Amazon instead of trying to find it on their shelves, as you'll have a better chance of success. The only reason I go to this location is to pick up prescriptions for a family member. I don't use it myself because of the horrible experience I've had here, picking up prescriptions, and having to wait, or having to call and not get staff on the phone, and being on hold for over an hour. I do not recommend this location, and frankly, from the reviews for other Walgreens locations in the area, I don't recommend them either.

The nurse picked up and confirmed everything was sent and that she will send another script while I was on the phone with her. She confirmed again it was sent. I drove back through the drive through where the tech put a sign in the window which pissed me off. I parked my vehicle and went inside directly back to the pharmacy once again inquiring about my daughter's meds which she needs because she's in pain and crying. This chick keeps telling me they never sent it over. She was very nasty, rude and disrespectful. It took the Pharmacist to actually show her where in the system to look. Thank you to the Pharmacist!!!!! Before you sit and lie and give out the incorrect information check with your Pharmacist. This young girl did not give a rats *** about looking or even trying to figure it out. Once I finally received the meds she handed it to me like she had an attitude as if I was the one in the wrong.
