    This pharmacy lacks customer service skills!!! I will definitely find another place to conduct business in the future. When I initially called to ask about a product the male who answered the phone was so hurried I asked would he like me to call back when he had more time. He said no and took my information. When I mentioned I was paying out of pocket he questioned really. A few hours later, I wasn't dressed to go in store so I opted for curbside, I was placed on hold so long I went inside. Four people behind the window and not one was on a call. The person who "helped" me stated, "date of birth." I said, "hello" and then offered my PII. She rushed through a mandatory flu shot appointment comment and said have a nice day in the same sad tone and demeanor as she "greeted" me. I'm not even under the weather sick!! I feel bad for individuals who have to come here for service and not feel well.

    This Rite Aid is consistently out of insulin. Consistently. If a pharmacy doesn't have standard pharmaceuticals-- Shut it Down. Please.

    Seems a little tight, but it is clean, compact and has a lot of what most people may need. Like most Rite Aids, just compact.

They put them together to perfection, they were ready on time, and they were delicious! We had steak, chicken, and tuna salad little sandwiches on croissants. I'm definitely going to order from Wegmans again, especially those items. They were perfect! But back to the store itself. They will pretty much have everything you need. They have some of my favorite items like frozen jasmine rice in individual packets. You can get them in white or brown. They're both delicious. I also love the frozen vegetables. They have the best selection of frozen vegetables. Especially frozen spinach. Most grocery stores only give you the champ. Spinach, Wegmans will give you the whole leaf frozen spinach. I love that. And their quinoa cakes are divine. They're frozen vegetables and foods. Selection is top notch!

    May 27, 2025 Euro Liquors - Customer Service Department,…read moreI am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during a delivery placed through your online platform on Tuesday, May 27, 2025. As a paying customer, I utilized your app to schedule my prepaid delivery specifically between 2:00 PM and 2:20 PM, a window that I selected with intention due to prior commitments. Out of courtesy, I waited outside during this timeframe to ensure a smooth and efficient exchange. Unfortunately, not only did the delivery not arrive within the scheduled window, but the interaction with the delivery driver was both disappointing and unnecessarily confrontational. After the scheduled time had passed, I contacted the store for an update. When the driver did arrive, he began by defensively stating that he had been there at 1:15 PM--well outside the time I had selected. I explained that I had deliberately chosen a later window because of work meetings, and would not have been available earlier. Instead of acknowledging this, the driver continued to argue, insisting that I should have answered his calls. However, upon checking my phone, I saw that his calls came after 2:30 PM--likely during my phone conversation with your store manager. In an effort to avoid a public argument, I calmly requested my items and informed the driver that I would be taking the matter up with store management. I thanked him and attempted to end the exchange professionally. As he left, however, he shouted from his car window, "You should answer your phone!"--a statement that only further reflected a lack of professionalism and customer service awareness. It is deeply concerning when a service provider places more emphasis on deflecting responsibility than on acknowledging a customer's experience. Arguments and hostile communication toward customers are never appropriate, and certainly do not reflect a company that values feedback or aims to improve service quality. It is important for companies--especially those in the service industry--to accept negative feedback constructively rather than attempt to save face at the expense of customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of this encounter, I have shared my experience on social media so that others in my community can make informed decisions before using your delivery service. I sincerely hope this letter encourages a review of your delivery training practices and a deeper commitment to respectful, accountable customer service.

I peruse the aisles tryng to make that perfect decision. It felt like Indiana Jones trying to choose the right cup. Finally!!! I see the perfect choice BEN& JERRY'S ice cream. Flavor of choice New York fudge Chuck. A perfect choice for a hot summer day. Fast forward. I get home and get to the kitchen grab a spoon and start to dig in. First bite hits me. Expecting a creamy yummy chocolatey bite of ice cream. BUT NOOOOOOOO!!! It was a chalky crunchy bite. The freezer had let the ice cream melt and refeeze. I don't know if you ever had ice cream like this but it makes it like you're eating chocolate ice chips. Disgusting!!!! I'm heartbroken. I did not have time to go back again. So I go back a couple days later. I went up to the counter now to purchase some milk, and not ice cream because that trust is broken instead a milky way. I explained to the cashier what happened. This man proceeds to lecture me on how to return items. Saying I needed to come back the day of. First off I'm not a child don't lecture me on return poilcy. Second you shouldn't have sold me a product that was not defective in the first place. Third there should not even have been a debate. It should have been a simple "ok our product is bad let me take care of this for you." In no way was I trying to pull a fast one. I showed him one bite out of the ice cream. The line was growing behind me it was a busy Friday night, and I was not trying to make a big deal. The people behind me were really cool saying "just take the man's ice cream back." But dude behind the counter wanted to be a hard-ass and seemed to lecture me a 35yr old about how to buy and return. Let me explain something to you Mr. Cashier guy. It would have been no skin off your back to take back the ice cream give me a new one and move on. Yes maybe the owner would have had to eat a few dollars. Or maybe the supplier would have had to eat a few dollars. But instead you made the customer/consumer eat the cost. I don't live by the code of the customer is always right. That's a bunch of BS. In this situation if it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, and looks like a duck. It's probably a duck!!! So next time instead of making a mountain out of a molehill. Take a second Mr. Cashier and think if the customer is really just a genuine person trying to make a simple return, and kill his sweet tooth. P.S.. the vacuums at this establishment are also set on like a minute thirty seconds
