Since it was getting later in the evening, waited to next day to pick up. When I went next day, I was informed that machine had been down night. Apparently was up long enough to get mine printed and told cashier I had gotten a confirmation email; pictures were found and paid for. When I viewed them, they looked much larger than wallets. I told cashier I wanted my money back and she said we had to wait for the photo person, who had disappeared because neither she nor what appeared to be a manager with her could do the refund because he had to get into the system. After a much longer wait, was informed he was i the restroom and, again, they needed him for the refund. when he appeared, he seemed annoyed that I wanted a refund. I don't know what he had to do, but my $1.00 was finally refunded. Do not understand why for a $1.00 transaction it couldn't have been done by one of the other 2 women and I would have avoided a very long waste of my time. I understand that machines break down, but am wondering if the photo department, without a person present, can function at all. If not, poor service unless they have coverage for the whole time the department is open. If so, I should have been taken care of by someone else!

Between myself and my family we seem to always have prescriptions to be filled. Before I found Choice Pharmacy, I was running back and forth to other pharmacies so often fighting with traffic to and from the pick up. I take full advantage of the prescription delivery service that Choice Pharmacy offers. My life has been simplified because of this wonderful family owned business. In addition the experience at the other pharmacies was cold and un-neighborly. With Choice Pharmacy, the customer experiences a family owned and run business where care and concern are genuine and the experience is pleasurable. The feeling I get is that I am their only customer and yet that is not so. The customer service is by far extraordinary. I feel that I have stepped back in time to when everyone in the town knew your name and was happy to see you. If I have questions, I call and get an answer right away. But that changed in an instant, and they are no longer my number one pharmacy. I was having surgery, and I had my prescriptions sent to this Pharmacy. I got a call from the staff saying that they couldn't fill my oxycodone prescription because they were backordered 3 to 6 months. That's unacceptable. That's a prescription that should be easily filled. It shouldn't be backordered. I asked where else I could find it, and they suggested calling Wegmans, which had it in stock and filled it very easily. I don't understand how a pharmacy could not have a prescription that is so common and needed when someone has surgery, like I did. They filled the other three prescriptions I had sent in for different things during my first couple of months. However, when you can't fill a simple prescription like that, you quickly switch to a place that can fill everything, and that's where I am now. I can't in good conscience recommend using Choice Pharmacy because they let me down at a time when I needed them the most.

On 10/6/20 I went to pick up medication, I am 7 months pregnant keep in mind. I paid but I asked to speak to the manager of the pharmacy on the side, they told me to wait. I stood and waited an 45-minutes to an hour. I called my insurance and they confirmed all medications I paid for were covered as $0 and was supposed to be be free. My insurance put me on hold and called CVS PHARMACY, keep in mind I'm sitting looking at the manager and staff. My insurance provider called 3 times, twice they hung up on him. The third time the manager quickly rushed him and didn't allow him to talk to give her the information she needed. I sat here and watched this, my insurance person came back on the phone and said they tried talking to a manager but she was completely rude, didn't handle there request, so they would be calling trying to see if my doctor can call in. In between being on the phone with my insurance, I see the manager walk over to a staff member and hear her say 'why is she standing there for (talking about me) and that she is not talking to me so she doesn't know why I'm standing there. The pharmacy manager NEVER came over to talk to me, after an 45-minutes to an hour of standing I ended up leaving and just calling the target helpline to report the manager and staff. I still have no resolution, the pharmacy still never ran my other insurance and I'm pretty sure I won't get my 70 dollars back for medication I needed but should not have paid for cause that's what insurance is for. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE FROM A PHARMACY EVER. I will be moving my medications.

She told me I should come to the store earlier if I wanted my free item, despite me politely explaining that my work schedule only allows me to shop after 7 p.m. Her tone and attitude made me feel like I was a bother rather than a valued customer. She did write out of stock (see attached photo), however it was done to get me out of the store. My inquiry was to ask about the coupon expiration date and to see if there were any exceptions as I was told the bakery closes at 7pm. My time of arrival was after 8pm (see attached receipt and coupon). I shop at this location regularly and spend a significant amount of time and money there, so this treatment was especially upsetting. I hope this message can be used to improve service going forward, and that future customer interactions reflect the respect and appreciation loyal customers deserve. I shop at the store a lot, and I've also observed the many pricing errors now seem less frequent (meaning fewer trips to the customer service desk), and the folks who staff that desk often (but not always) are more friendly than in the past. The store offers a good selection of groceries, and prices, especially when one can catch a sale, generally seem reasonable, though as everyone knows, food prices have increased markedly especially over the past couple years. Many of the cashiers have been there for many years and I've come to know them by name and enjoy saying hello, which is nice.
