There is a wonderful assortment of specific dietary foods like gluten free, vegan, keto and more. I love going early in the morning because there are less people there. As there are less customers in, it gives time to really speak to the employees. I have had such great interactions with many departments, but the cashiers, deli and grocery are by far stand outs. The deli has made to order sandwiches bright and early in the morning. I had the pleasure to speak to Lori who was the most inviting person. They have so many options for made to order sandwiches and they can even be toasted! The grocery clerks are always willing to help me find items as well. The best part are my mornings are with the cashiers. One morning, I spoke to Laura and Krista who were working up front. Krista was stocking a cooler and stopped immediately to ensure I was finding everything okay. You do not find this kind of service at any large retailer like Walmart. In those kind of stores, the employees are too focused on stocking to help, so it was nice to see the employees caring about customers here at Sprouts. Laura checked me out and ensured that I had a great time here. I told them there were some things that I may try next time I come in. Krista offered me samples of the items I wanted to try, but I politely declined for that morning. She did let me know the next time I come in that I can ask an associate to sample an item I would like to try, which I will definitely be doing. Love this place!

Definitely check them out of you're in need of organic or grass fed produce.

He's approachable, knowledgeable, friendly, engaging, dependable and willing to assist to ease your query. He is the epitome of what customer service experience resonates. Pretty sure his name is called hundreds of times during his working there. Walmart ??? Please allow the company to treat Mr. Austin and family on a paid vacation for one week of his choice. Why does he deserve such a grand gesture? There are hundreds of employees for Walmart and I frequent quite a handful and NEVER have I had such a warm , inviting experience from someone who accepted his name as if it were writing in the sky. I love that they have a great assortment of fresh produce for a decent price. They also have fresh meat, diary, frozen food and shelf food items as well. You can catch weekly deals of items that are mostly one-time deals, so get them if you can! One thing I was not crazy about this store is the limited staff, but I believe that is one of the reasons the prices are low. You do have to pay 25 cents for a cart via a system of inserting a quarter in the device on the cart to unleash it, but when you return the cart and place the plastic insert into the previous cart's device, you'll get it back. You also need to bring your own bags or purchase them in store (paper or plastic). Some stores have self-checkout (such is this one) which is a great option. All in all, a decent grocery store with fresh, low-cost items.

We nearly bumped into other customers multiple times. It was an unpleasant and frankly disorganized experience. There were also hundreds of empty boxes sitting on the shelves waiting to be discarded. It really seems like they don't have an overnight crew for stocking and cleaning -- everything was being done during the busiest hours, which felt completely mismanaged and not cool at all. We had already done most of our shopping, but it was nice to walk around without feeling rushed. Parking is a little cramped but manageable. The store itself is pretty clean considering the amount of foot traffic it gets. You do get some organic smells in certain sections, especially around the seafood area, but that is expected with fresh products. As far as groceries, they usually offer multiple options at different price points, which is helpful. Whether you are looking for something budget friendly or more specialty, you will likely find both. It is a great source for finding ingredients and snacks you will not see in an everyday grocery store. Items are labeled clearly, which helps if you are unfamiliar with certain cuisines, though sometimes I still have to do a little homework in the aisle (on my phone). Checkout speed was decent when we went, nothing crazy, just smooth and efficient. Staff is pleasant, though there is rarely much interaction outside of the register. In the rear there is a food court with multiple vendors serving different cuisines. You can find Korean dishes like bibimbap and bulgogi, Chinese stir fries and noodles, Vietnamese pho and banh mi, along with fried chicken and other hot foods. I have seen plenty of people on social media doing food reviews there, and once you see the variety it makes sense. There is a decent amount of seating, and the food comes out quick with solid portions. Overall, it is good for families, foodies, meal prep, or anyone just looking to try something new. Being able to shop and grab a meal in one stop is a plus.
