I am very glad I came here to get my glasses. As I was driving by, I saw this place.. the inside looks very clean and neat and they have so many frames to choose from. The lady who was helping me choose the glasses was really kind and patient. When it comes to choosing which one I should get, I can't usually choose but the young lady helped me choose one. Their service is fantastic and I feel like they really care about what you want as other places just want your money and don't really care. Every staff that was there the afternoon I went, everyone was just so kind and if there are people who need glasses or contact lens I really want to recommend them here. Came here with my husband at the recommendation of a friend for contact lens exams. We called to make an appointment the day before. Our overall experience there was really good. So glad they have employees who speak English well as both my husband and I don't speak much Korean. The eye doctor was great, very thorough in his explanations, honest about our eye health, and gave great recommendations on how to keep our eyes healthy. Again, speaks English so a huge plus. They have a promotion for contact lenses going on which we took advantage of, which made it such a great deal to come here over costco's optical center. And the overall experience here was much better than at costco. Everyone we talked to was very friendly. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 was due to some confusion/miscommunication about how to pick up our contacts. I think this was mainly due to whoever was contacting us wasn't good at English. My husband asked if they would call us when the contacts arrived, and the person would say, "yes," but then say, "call us." This happened a couple times. So we were confused if they really wanted us to call them or if they meant to say that they would call us but were just saying it wrong? Who knows. This caused some frustration, but ultimately, they did text us! read more

Super quick and straight to the point. I came here on my sisters recommendation after noticing difficulty seeing while driving at night. They're very personable people. The optometrist is straight to the point and I like that he doesn't try to upsell you on anything and told me because it's the first check up the next year's check up will be more important because we will have a comparison. I told him what my problem was and he did all his exams on me. I can't really compare it to anything else because it was my first eye exam but my sister told me he's helped her correct her astigmatism. I got glasses just for night time driving and they recommended the non brand since it's cheaper and I'll only be wearing it at night which was perfect for me. There's a wide selection of frames in colors of all sorts. The glasses were ready in ten minutes and they said if I had any problems with them to just bring them back. Exam costs $20 and frames just depends on which kind you get. With insurance it pretty much comes down to free. I was in and out within 30 minutes with new glasses! It's a in small plaza with plentiful parking. read more

I'm a traveler passing through, I normally go to Sam's club or Costco, but I'm so glad I ended up here. And didn't even have to pay for a membership or deal with the crowds. I've been going here since they opened, I guess 2016 and the service is always great. What I like most of this place is that they are very knowledgeable about many vision insurances and plans, i've never been overcharged and always got the right amount of reimbursement check from the insurance company. I was also very surprised about the new sunglasses and frames they got recently!!! So many brands and designs! My wife got 2 pairs of sunglasses today! Nice! read more

I cannot say enough good things about this place! I've been needing to get my eyes checked and my family and I were referred to this place by a friend. I came in and within 30 minutes, I got my eyes checked AND my eyeglasses made. The prices for their services is unbeatable and the fact that they can prepare eyeglasses right there and then is unheard of! The past few places I've gone, I've always had to wait a few days to get my eyeglasses. Receptionist/ owner was very attentive and helpful. They can also use your old frames and just input new lenses in to lessen the cost. Definitely coming back. read more

Best part is I have never had to really wait very long. If you go to one of the mall shops you end up spending hours just sitting around waiting for the doctor, waiting for the fitting, waiting waiting waiting...Not at OK- they are fast and efficient.
