I came back today to get the glasses checked because they did it completely wrong and the person who did my glasses started yelling at me and being extremely aggressive. I have been buying very cool and affordable glasses from here for years now. They not only have attentive and accommodating customer service but soooooooo many glasses to choose from. I had showed right after he had closed his doors for the day, he still let me in to pick up my glasses and he still made adjustments to them, so they would sit right on my face. Love this place, have been going for past few pairs. Always quick service, glasses available day after. Eye exam is straightforward, doctor gives helpful important information about both glasses and contacts. Gave specific instructions as well. Told me something important few years ago: I would need contacts to reshape my astigmatism eyeballs before I can get LASIK. Bathroom is also really nice, whole office is very clean and bright. Staff are always kind and helpful. I tried contacts, the lady helped me put both of them in and took one out for me; I decided not to buy contacts this time (too hard for me and also $270/3 months for daily astigmatism contacts without insurance) but they gave me a pack for free to try again! For contacts eye exam, it was $80 and not the advertised $20. And had no problems getting my prescription, he just gave me the transfer paper, which also had the charges for the visit. read more

I have been coming here for years now for my glasses even though I live an hour away and I am certain it will stay that way for a long time. First, Daniel is very knowledgeable about glasses and personable, even being trilingual (maybe more?) and welcoming customers in. The other workers are nice as well and the optometrist is professional. Glasses selection is impeccable and keeps up with the trends. They have something for the entire family regardless of age, gender, or style preference. I look forward to coming here every year to get myself a new pair of spectacles. I highly recommend this office. I found them at a time when I did not have insurance, they are incredibly reasonably priced, they have an overwhelming selection, and are very kind. They do not take VSP, but VSP has an out of network reimbursement form you can submit. I absolutely love this place so much that even with insurance, I'll continue to go. 10/10. read more

I drove from another city for 40 mins and before I went there, i asked them if my insurance covered my glasses. They said yes but when they checked it covers only the exam. I found this from a Japanese magazine and said eye exam is $20 and their glass door said $20 but he told me $30 and reimburse exam fee and takes 2 to 3 weeks. glasses not covered. so I went home and checked my insurance and said it covers the lens and frame. so i called them around 6pm on Saturday and never answered and e-mailed them never responding. I had to call and she said your insurance is out of network. It's very annoying and I'm wasting time to go there and deal with liar staff do not speak fluent english. very hard to communicate. Eye doctor was really funny and nice but staffs are very bad. read more

And the service here is AMAZING. *Appointment needed to do an eye exam* I just needed to get both my glasses lenses prescription changed. Ok Optical was able to do it RIGHT on the spot. Where most places send it elsewhere - and may take up to several business days. I didn't get the persons name that was helping me, but he was very informative, and also adjusted my frame as well to have a better fit on my face. I didn't catch the doctor's name but he was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They have a huge selection of eyeglasses and sunglasses here, even for kids. They have both American brands including high-end and also Korean brands as well. I found the prices to be very fair and reasonable. Service was phenomenal! Walked in after finding out this place just opened up and had great promotions of newly opening. I am very old fashion where when it comes to certain things I tend to stick around with where I've been going for years. But these people definitely moved me from their genuine kindness and willingness to help as soon as I told them about my recent headaches after work (being on the computer all day). Got my eye exam and they've noticed my eyes gotten worst in a year? from my last exam? well first, I didn't really believe it and thought this newbies don't know what they're talking about... Once I got the new lense , Woah I was seriously seeing whole different views of life. Not gonna lie, first 30 minutes I was seeing super clear yet had minor headaches being so damn clear. *POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE* I don't ever write negative reviews, but I had to share my experience. After spending a lot of money here in the past, on glasses and an eye exam, I was treated very poorly when asking for my prescription. I didn't even need a copy of the full prescription, just the PD number (needed to adjust glasses to correct position). The person I spoke to on the phone already knows I need this information to purchase glasses from another store, so he makes up some bs saying PD depends on the type of frame and he is UNABLE to give me the number. Since I did my research, I know this is false. PD doesn't depend on a specific frame, its the measurement taken from your eyes to adjust the center of the frame. He basically lied to my face, but I kept my cool and politely asked again. This dude is so stubborn, instead of just giving the number up he makes a desperate attempt to lure me into spending more money on their business, which would be a waste of money for me. After declining and at this point basically begging, he straight up told me he WILL NOT give me the number. All this just because I'm buying from a different store. He probably has the right to not give my prescription in order to protect his business, but this is the pettiest crap ever. I've never had a problem with asking for prescriptions in the past with other stores. Very disappointed. read more

My daughter was overdue for eye exam and knowing that she had trouble seeing thing at night, I was recommended by a friend to Ok Optical. Our experience was awesome. We were able to get an appointment and we were able to come in on same day. We met Dr. Phillip and he was fantastic, caring and knowledgeable. The test that they run are thorough. My daughter had many questions since it was her first time getting glasses and he was very helpful. All equipment is new in clean facility. The selection of eyewear were beyond normal. They have HUGE selections for all age group and we had no problem choosing best looking glasses. The Optician which is owner of the Ok Optical made sure my daughter's new pair of glasses fits well. We were very pleased that my daughters glasses were ready in 30 minutes. This place is best of the best! I wish I had been coming here for all my eye care needs in previous years.
