They got me in and out in 15 minutes, even after answering all my questions. I forgot the name of the person who helped me (pretty sure it started with a "B"), but they were awesome. So then I decided to try valvoline..there's one down the street from me and i pass it alot and always been curious. They looked like a good company and I was right! Nathaniel explained everything to me in a way that made perfect sense for what I needed to have done to my vehicle. In fairness, not everything was complete. I still have to have some things on my dashboard reset, however, the team gets a pass due to being short-handed. Being a manager at my place of employment, I understand that things can slip through the cracks when being short staffed.. I have nothing but empathy for Nathaniel and the crew today. Also a 15% discount is always nice. The shop lobby is simple but clean. There are a couple of comfortable chairs and a coffee machine. The office has wifi, so that's handy to get some work done or just surf the web. My job was quoted at two hours but they felt they could get it done in about an hour. My car was ready in about 75 minutes. I'll take it. I had a simple brake fluid flush. My car was returned clean (no greasy finger prints), the service light was reset and my brakes performed as expected.
