I got one call saying they were waiting on the check and paperwork and that was a month ago. It was a mistake to come to this CarMax and I would absolutely warn you against it. You'll notice the postive reveiws come from 'Elite' reviewers - hmmm like its coordinated. I really wish I had bought my truck at Corwin Ford Reno which is where I bought the one I traded in.

The lack of follow-up and post-sale support has been unacceptable.
