It took over 3 hours to complete the process. This company does not value your time. Look elsewhere. First come first serve is not in their vocabulary apparently. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time instead of seeing my car driven in to the shop from a different shop. Fast forward to now, my AC went out again several weeks ago and I'll need to take it in once more to inspect what is happening.
