Just got the oil changed they were so nice and answered all my questions! Very friendly workers and got me the best coupon they had!

Extremely disappointing experience at the Draper location. If I could leave 0 stars I would!!!! I brought my car in for an oil change and left feeling like I couldn't trust what I was being told about my own vehicle. Zachary rushed through the service and told me that my skid plate was missing. I told him that I regularly take my car to the Sandy location and they have never mentioned anything about a missing skid plate. After leaving Draper, I went directly to the Sandy location, where the manager checked my car and confirmed that my car does not even have a skid plate. So the information I was given at Draper was simply incorrect. The washer fluid situation was even more concerning. While Zachary was guiding me out, I noticed that my washer fluid warning light was still on and pointed it out. He told me that he had watched his partner fill the fluid and that my sensor must be broken. Again, I went to the Sandy location immediately afterward. The manager checked the vehicle and found that the washer fluid reservoir was completely empty. He filled it, and the warning light immediately turned off. So I was told that my car was missing a skid plate when it wasn't, and I was told that my washer fluid sensor was broken when the reservoir simply hadn't been filled. This isn't just a minor inconvenience. It raises serious concerns about whether the service was actually completed properly and whether customers are being given accurate information about their vehicles. I have trusted the Sandy location with my car and have always had a good experience there. Unfortunately, after this experience at the Draper location, I would not feel comfortable returning. Customers should not have to drive to another location immediately after an oil change just to verify whether the work was actually done correctly. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses what happened. read more

Zachary the manager greeted me the second I arrived, and was very friendly. I only waited 1-2 minutes, everyone was quick and effective. I got an oil change and it was super fast. The entire staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. 10/10 will be coming back, and recommending this location. They even gave my dog treats! Also amazing pricing. read more

My change oil light came on but I know I have plenty of miles left before my next Valvoline oil service. I drove up to the closed doors on this frigid cold morning and was greeted by Naim. Super professional, very articulate and provided exceptional attention to detail service. I provided a synopsis of my car's oil change indicator and he opened the door, guided my car through the bay door making certain the tires clear the bay space below. Naim was joined by a Tech named David who mirrored the professionalism and proceeded to announce what he was doing so Naim can confirm vocally. I was impressed! They told me all fluid levels were good and showed me the oil stick indicating full. David guide me out and provided a heartfelt have a great day If you like fantastic service then i highly recommend Valvoline on 123rd! read more

Went to get an oil change on my truck. Overall you could tell the moral was low. They were all moving very slow. Which is fine I get it, it was towards the end of the day. But, I started my truck and a warning light when on. We were able to figure out that a cord got cut while my air filter was getting inspected. The manger was very helpful and we fixed it. I am writing a review because I want to warn others that some of the employees are lazy and are not careful. read more

I called to ask if they did car inspections, which they said yes, and when I got there some worker told me they couldn't help because i never been there to get my oil done? no sense. He was pretty rude. read more

Great responsive, professional staff. They take their tome and thoroughly explain each step of their process.

why am I still waiting in line for one car? its been 90 minutes and all we need is registration. at least could have told us that they didn't know what they were doing and it was likely going to be a 2 hr wait for a 10 minute job. car in front of us neEd's tires rotated according to them. ok so i watched them get rotated. it's been 20 minutes since. what we waiting on? Finally pulled forward sitting in bat for 15 minutes read more

Service was top notch. It's weird saying that for a quick oil change but they went above and beyond explaining everything. Everyone was professional. I don't think I've had a better oil change experience. I've been there a few times and will continue to give them my business. read more

I was driving my Son's car and noticed it was due for an oil change, so I pulled in to Valvoline. They noticed that the inspection was due this month and offered to run the emissions and registration too. After killing two birds with one stone, when closing the hood they noticed that the hood latch was not closing securely. They asked me if that was and old problem, and I told them I didn't know, since my son is usually the driver. They proceeded to spend almost 20 more minutes with screwdrivers and needle nose pliers to try to get the spring attached properly. They finally determined that the securing bolt had come loose, found a replacement in their tool chest, replaced it and sent me in my way with no extra charge! The whole team went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. They will get all of my business going forward. I can't recommend this place enough! ***** read more

Team was very professional and welcoming. Service was great! Technician named LIGHT was very nice and helpful. Used Groupon at this location and saved $30 on a full synthetic oil change. They topped off all fluids and checked to make sure we were good to go! Great location. Applause to this team at this location. read more

I bought a Groupon for a full-synthetic oil change since the Subaru dealer charges far too much and never really offers good discounts. Bummer that the nearest Valvoline locations to Lehi are 20mins+ out. No matter -- I trust Valvoline every time with my oil changes and any other service they offer, so I'll make that drive willingly. I never feel like they BS or pressure me into anything which is incredibly important. I pulled up and only waited a couple minutes until work started on my car. I was told that the Groupon price had not been updated yet, so I was charged "a couple bucks extra" on top of the $54.99 I paid. No big deal. I was happy to have had my cabin filter changed for $35 -- I had no idea that thing even existed... so goes without saying that thing was filthy! That thing has been in my car since the fires/hazardous smoke periods in the PNW. I'm sure the dealer would have charged more. I was in and out within 25-30 minutes, and every employee was helpful and communicative which is exactly the same, great service I get at any Valvoline location I have been to. read more

Super fast service and knowledgeable employees. Richard helped me out and was fantastic. Thank you!

Helped me find the best coupon available. Did not push any up charges, but informed me of what they could do. Checked my lights. Great people here and kind. Definitely recommend. read more

Couldn't do an oil change on my Infiniti. Wasted about an hour of my time just to be told they couldn't do the service.

Service tech straight out lied to me about tire pressures, said they checked them but my pressure monitor on my Cadillac showed no change. It wasn't cheap and I feel like I got slammed. Find another place to go. read more

I have used this place before and had a good experience but after today will never go back and I will let everyone else know not to go there. I drove my truck there and pulled into the shop for an oil change, shut it off and started it multiple times while there. They then proceeded to work on vehicle and when they asked me to start the truck it would not start, then proceeded to tell me that I need a battery. Great part is I have had zero problems until they touched it. The manager Zach told me that sorry it's not there fault, even though I started it multiple times before they worked on it, asked to speak to someone else about it but no one would talk to me. They would not take responsibility for anything and here I drive my vehicle in but can't leave until I buy a battery from them. I feel like this was a big screw job by this shop and would recommend everyone to stay away read more

What a great experience! Here's why I chose Valvoline Instant Oil Change: 1) Full synthetic for $44 + tax (Groupon) 2) In and out in exactly 15 minutes- really! 3) Friendly, intelligent and polite service 4) You get to sit in your car while they do the service. Bonus No greasy hands on your interior (looking at you JL and Grease Monkey) 5) There's a screen you can watch the guys service your vehicle (see picture) I don't know if I'll have leaks like I always have after visiting Jiffy Lube... I'll check back in on that matter read more

Never ever ever go here. I went once 4 months ago. Had an oil leak it seemed start almost immediately. Had another place look and confirmed no leak but a really sloppy oil change and they spilled a bunch of oil. Then decided to give them another chance, they are really fast. Apparently too fast. They failed to secure the cover under my wife's car when the changed the oil and it came loose on the freeway very shortly after. If you want fast go here. If you want a sloppy job also go here . read more

Valvoline Instant Oil Change - Plate protecting oil pan not secured and came loose on freeway. - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Draper, Utah

My son has taken his Car there twice for oil Change/filter on his maintenance schedule. We thought everything was good until he had repair work done elsewhere and the repair tech told him his oil Filter was disgusting and needed to be changed and looked like it had not been changed in awhile. Valvoline obviously had not been doing it even though he paid for the service on more than one occasion. Sneaky and dishonest. read more

Wow! This was the easiest, most stress free oil change I have ever gotten! Usually I have my husband take my car in for the oil change. I know nothing about cars (except what I need to know to drive mine around) and I always feel like I get up charged on everything or told that I need this or that to be replaced. It stresses me out because I don't know what they are talking about and if my filter really needs to be changed or not. I went to Valvoline because I knew I wanted to avoid jiffy lube and this was the next closest place. I pulled right in. There are two cameras that show you exactly what they are doing to your car at all times. Right away he started explain what the manufacturer recommends on my vehicle and gives me a price immediately while other people from the team were checking everything. He brought out the air filter and said that I could probably get it changed on the next oil change!! What!!? No up sale!? This is a first! I watched the whole oil change happen. And it only took 14 minutes! Before I left, they checked to make sure no oil was leaking from the change. This is amazing too because last time my husband had his oil changed at another place, we had oil ALL over our garage the next day. Called that place and they told us it was just what had spilled over. I'm not lying when I say for four days, I had to use up a whole thing of paper towels trying to clean all that oil off of our garage floor. It was so much oil. I couldn't believe it. And also made me wonder how much we paid for that oil that was now all over our garage. The fact that Valvoline checks little details like that, is what will make me a customer for life! Thank you for making the oil change easy and stress free. read more

Valvoline Instant Oil Change - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Draper, Utah

Today was my worst experience to date with Valvoline. Took my Ford F-150 for an oil change. When I arrived, there was one other car in the other bay, and I was able to pull right into the second bay. After 10 minutes or so, the technician said someone would be with me. Another 30 minutes later, a technician said, "we don't know how to take off the oil filter." Of course, I was quite puzzled at this. After all, it's the main part of doing oil changes. Finally, after the crew finished serving two other vehicles that came in after me, someone figured out how to get the oil filter off. 10 minutes later, they were sending me out the door. I politely asked if they were going to check my other fluids and my tire pressure. The technician said, "Oh, they didn't do that?" The running clock on the video monitor is now at 55 minutes, and there was only one other car there when I pulled in. I expressed my disappointment for having to wait almost an hour, and the technician said, "This is a new crew, and no one knew how to change the oil filter. Wow! I mean, Valvoline says they are certified technicians, so I would think changing an oil filter would be part of that certification. To top it off, they didn't close my hood all the way, which came up while I was on the freeway!! Thank God I was in the right-hand lane and was able to pull over quickly and close the hood. Needless to say, this will be my last visit to Valvoline. read more

I was out of state and needed my oil changed. I went here and they were friendly and quick. When I got headed for home I found my underside cover hanging loosely. When they put it back after the oil change they failed to put all the fasteners back on. I had to go purchase more and install them again. Not happy! I had replaced a few just a few weeks before and they are secure. read more

Initially was very pleased with local Valvoline in Draper. Quick, good communication, reasonably priced. Last few visits however had long wait, oil change cost $20 more & most recently charged my son $20 for rear wiper. Called to ask if correct, and they said cost of wiper included labor. What labor?! It clips on & off! Disappointed. Not taking family vehicles there anymore. read more

I'm very impressed with the service during my oil change today! The staff was very friendly and informative, and you get to stay in your car and watch them work under your car on screen (which was really cool). I came here very skeptical, I have had some pretty bad luck with mechanic shops lately. I needed to renew my tags and get an oil change, they were able to get me in with both in under a half hour. You can stay in your car and watch them work on your car with a camera. Plus their customer service was superb and they helped ease my mind. I am so grateful that I now have a place to take my car in for an oil change and I don't have to make an appointment.
