Absolutely fantastic place... We had eaten at about 708 restaurants before this one... This was the best food by far. We actually ate two more times. Incredible staff. Great service. Just a wonderful experience. Can't wait to come back. Thank you Chef
Overall amazing restaurant in Positano. My wife and I were just here the other night for dinner. We started with a margherita pizza. The pizza was amazing and I haven't had one better yet. The lobster pasta was cooked perfectly and the lobster itself was amazing. Not overcooked, not too oceany tasting yet freshly caught. The ravioli stuffed with potato and the veal sauce was like a shepherd's pie. I thought it was great! My wife preferred the lobster pasta. We finished the meal with a delizia al limone. It's a lemon sponge cake with a lemon sauce over it. It was good here, but we had better at another restaurant. Overall was a great dining experience. The service was typical of Europe where you don't see wait staff as often so don't be afraid to raise your hand if you need or want something. Seif was an awesome staff member and gave us wonderful advice for our upcoming honeymoon. And he also gave wonderful advice for being newly weds. The ambiance is more upscale looking and feeling. There isn't really a view of anything specific but not every meal needs a view of the Positano cliffs. Highly recommend eating here if you're in Positano.
This is easy to get to being in the middle of the city. My wife and I stopped in for lunch and was not disappointed. They take care of you here there is no question about that. The food is good and the views are inherently positano.
They were closing however were kind enough to seat 3 of us. We ordered quickly. I had the limoncello sprtiz and lamb ragu ravioli. The spritz was soooo good. Definitely one of the best drinks Ive had in positano. The ravioli was my first pasta dish in italy. It was AMAZING. So delicious. Beautiful restaurant. We sat outside. It was charming.
Came in for lunch on a Monday at around 12:30. We happened to be there on the opening day of the season. They start you off with some bread and olive oil/balsamic. The olive oil/balsamic were simple (and probably just from the supermarket) but it was so good, compared to anything we have back at home in The States. For food, we shared the mixed grilled fish and the gnocchi with zucchini. The mixed grilled fish had swordfish, squid, shrimp, and octopus served on a bed of greens and mandarins. Everything was amazing and tasted fresh, and was perfectly grilled. The squid melted in your mouth. Hubby, who hates swordfish, even said this swordfish was good. The gnocchi was also good, but I feel like some lemon might have brightened up the dish. Overall, a great meal and some of the best seafood we had on this Italy trip.
Ohimà was the first restaurant that my friends and I went to upon arriving in Positano. Let me just say, it did not disappoint. We ordered the Paradiso which is one of their gourmet pizzas and it was amazing. I'm not sure I'm allowed to say this, but it was likely my favorite pizza I had during my trip including those I had in Napoli. Still thinking about this pizza now despite the fact that it's 6:00am. We also ordered spritzes and they were some of the best we had during our trip. They had multiple options so we actually came back later for more drinks and dessert which I think is a testament to how much we enjoyed them. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating but I would definitely suggest outside as the atmosphere is perfect and the views are great of Positano. The service we had was superb on both occasions, never wanting for anything and never having to wait.
Excellent food and drinks! Our server Kenzo was great and very friendly. The location is great and we were lucky enough to get a seat at the outdoor patio that was really nice on a sunny day outside. 4 drinks and 2 pizzas was 80€ which was not too bad for the quality of the food and service. I recommend coming here for food or drinks!
Well, somebody has to be the outlier. From the looks of things here on yelp it appears that others have enjoyed their experience at Ohimà (actual name: Ohimà Brasserie). It wasn't much to my liking though, which I attribute to several factors. Short-staffing, which my server mentioned at meal's end, meant long waits for service and food and tables left uncleared after guests departed. This, when coupled with Ohimà's priciness was not a winning combination. After a long wait, a single-bite amuse-bouche arrived out of nowhere followed by my seafood dish which appeared to be not much more substantial. The pasta serving wasn't overly generous but if not for the pasta I'd have departed still hungry. Ohimà serves what I dub "precious" food which admittedly isn't my thing. Oddly though, the restaurant directly across the street is also Ohimà and their menu features some more casual offerings (e.g. pizza) that didn't appear on the menu I was given. Apparently one can also order these things in the space I sat in but that was never explained. In this space, it felt like they were aiming for a very upscale offering. Of the 3 dinners I consumed in Positano, Ohimà was my least favorite. Not bad exactly, but memorable for the wrong reasons.
Limoncello spritz just might be my new favorite cocktail, with how many I had here! Most places we originally went to didn't have availability so we were glad to get seated right away here. And to my surprise the food was actually quite tasty! Me and 2 friends did family style and shared a combination of different pastas and a pizza, with the recommendation of staff! Staff were super friendly and definitely had a great eye for the menu and what we would like-would definitely come back here the next time I'm in Amalfi!
Stopped in for dinner while visiting Positano. Cute restaurant. Doesn't appear too big but apparently there is an upstairs. Outside patio is across the little street. We sat indoors, 1st floor. Food was pretty good. Drinks very good. Service was on point. Positano has a lot of seafood so this restaurant offered a good choice of non-seafood items which I liked.
This place was pretty good! Nothing outstanding. They seemed short staffed, and the AC was broken. The pizza was good after a long hike (the path of the gods- highly recommend). The sauce was the best part!

This is right smack in the middle of Positano. We stopped by for a quick drink and just check out the scenery. We ordered Aperol Spritzs and watermelon waters. The Spritzes were large, tasty, and Well Made compared to many other places we tried. What a refreshing drink on a hot day!! I would definitely come back here read more
If you are in Positano and appreciate FRESH, local fare from a family-owned and operated restaurant - then this is your place. Wow. We came back over and over. We've been fortunate enough to have traveled many places in the world, and the food here is exceptional. So easy to eat gluten free (of course); many pasta and entree options. The location; perfect. The food; exceptional. The staff; so lovely, attentive and makes you feel like you're at home. Take the time to appreciate this place. Also- let's mention the kitchen. It's literally the cleanest restaurant kitchen I have EVER seen. Wow. What a find. Grazie mille e prossimo anno!! Baci read more

Outstanding chef and service. Popolo (grilled octopus) eas perfectly seared, taglioli with opulent black truffle best pasta we have had yet in Italy. Grouper also outstanding. Served lovely. Bartender a bit gruff (but we only witnessed did not interact). No view did not matter, food outstanding! read more

Best. Pasta. Of. My. Life. We both ordered gluten free pasta here. Mine was in a stewed meat and onion sauce that was to die for. The flavor was out of this world. My husband got a clam pasta with olive oil and garlic and loved it. They also served warm gluten free rolls that were delicious. We mopped our plates with it! read more

The food was amazing, had the variazone di agnello laticauda and wagyu italiano dishes, and they were exquisite. The sauces had tons of flavor and cooked to perfection tender and rich in flavor. And the service was splendid welcoming and very nice music not too loud and the decor and colors of the decor are nice on the eyes, all in all amazing and recommended to go and spend a little to eat great. read more

First time in Positano and found this place for breakfast. It was amazing! Our waiter Princepe was a pleasure. We ended up back here the next day for lunch. Simone is the best! He suggested amazing food and drinks! So later on in our stay we tried their dinner. Oh my! Fabulous! The owner Luigi and his wife Julia are so sweet! Simone and Vin took great care of us each time we continued to go, which was probably around 5 times during our stay. I can not say enough good things about the food, drinks, service and staff. It is a must try whether it's breakfast, lunch, dinner or just drinks. Simone is the best bartender the world has to offer! When I make it back to Positano I will return! read more

My gluten free friend highly recommended this spot and it was my favorite restaurant in Positano! The quality of food and service was impeccable. My particular group had no dietary restrictions however it was lovely how much flexibility and transparency the menu had. It felt so nice to be welcomed as a larger group without a reservation and we'll be back! read more

Delicious and inventive dishes. Great service -kind people with excellent English. This place is upscale, with a very elegant setting. We went there for the amazing cocktails and a fancy dessert. They care about impressing you. The barman / bartender in particular was a very gracious host. The place opened Spring 2018 so they are building their reputation. Open for aperitifs / cocktails from 3-6pm. Dinner 6-11pm. read more

What a fun experience. Simone "the mixologist" was so entertaining behind the bar. I'd suggest letting him create you a custom cocktail. They don't disappoint. Food was amazing as well as the ambiance. Loved the meatballs! They have a tapas menu in addition to the regular menu. read more

This is a great bar to come to! The bartender Simone is lots of fun and is able to curate unique cocktails for everyone that are not apart of the original menu. They're all delicious! Would definitely recommend visiting during your stay in Positano :) read more
