We were greeted with Prosecco, water, and espresso (on the house) prior the course. Designated area was prepared per individual with an apron to keep at the end. You can tell Chef Raffaele cared about his students as he was not afraid to correct any mistakes. I was too hasty on certain techniques and he professionally instructed me to slow down and enjoy the process. He was gentle yet caring on his instructions towards my wife and I. The experience included a 4 course meal (antipasti potato croquet, primi margarita pizza, secondi gnocchi pasta, and desert tiramisu. All the food we created together there was delicious and any left over is to be taken home. Our eating portion felt as if we were in a fine dining restaurant and the front of house did not miss a beat!
