Came here for drinks mid afternoon. They do have a stunning view but slightly overpriced drinks. Service was nothing to brag about.

Perched on a cliff in Ana Capri, the views of the Tyrrhenian Sea are stunning from the aptly named Capri Rooftop. Even if you are on the island for just a day or afternoon, stop here for a cocktail or bite to eat and you will immediately feel transported to living la dolce vita! Truly, this is what vacationing along the Amalfi Coast is all about. Cocktails are tasty, as is the food, but because this is an obviously touristy spot, the prices are up there! Don't let it deter you, you are on vacation and that means paying for the atmosphere and creating memorable experiences and that makes it totally worth the price!

Everything you want a rooftop bar to be in Capri. Great service, very good food and views for days. Simple menu done very well. Had the calamari fritta and it was some of the way I've ever had. Service was excellent and the price was very reasonable for being such a great location. Located next to the August Gardens this really is a must stop place for a cold beverage and simple small plate. Will make this a return stop each time I'm in Capri.

Horrible staff..very rude overall and gave us a time limit for sitting on the couches. Very confused and feeling uninvited ...my husband and I left immediately after that. Views are great and menu looks appetizing but we couldn't continue from the poor service. There's many places that will treat you to the level that you are paying for. Don't waste your time here.

Catwalk? I don't remember the name, but it's gin, compari, tomato and berry. Wonderful drink!

What a stunning view! Capri rooftop is next to the Giardini di Augusto. It's an open-air bar with some simple food options. We ordered cocktails and a caprese salad. I had what I think he called catwalk. It had gin, Campari , tomato and berries. Amazing! You could taste gin, bitter, sweet, and berries. An absolutely delightful drink. I don't remember what my wife ordered but it was a Prosecco drink that was light and refreshing. The wait staff were very attentive and professional. What a great experience!

Great views, even on a rainy day. Extremely overpriced though. We paid $20 for two cappuccinos which in our opinion was absurd.

Very nice place to watch the moon rise! Be prepared to pay top dollar for drinks and basically everything. You are paying for the view and ambiance. We had a Virgin Mojito and a Naked Monkey( vodka cranberry with lemoncella ). $40 but you get free potato chips, nuts and olives.

When I was in Italy, I visited Capri Island- This is a must go! The view was gorgeous, the staff were great and the chef provided a free appetizer as well. Everything tasted wonderful. I especially love the burgers that were ordered. The menu was small and it wasn't overwhelming to pick what to eat.

If you want great food and amazing views then this is the best place to eat in Capri. You have a view of the Capri cliff side with the sea and picturesque boats floating in the sea. It is a little more expensive compared to other places on Capri but you do get the best view on the island with great food and drinks. The ambiance is very chill and they staff is very nice. They do open at 5pm so keep in mind of the hours. 10/10 would recommend coming here for a memorable dinner.

I found this to be one of the best places to get a cocktail in Capri and enjoy the view at the same time. Good customer service here from arrival to the end. Olives and chips are given here free of charge before your drink order arrives. The Italian mojito was excellent, refreshing and minty fresh. The view here while enjoying a stiff libation is a highlight of any trip and a 'gram moment for sure.

Sure. Expensive as hell but the view is worth it. Attentive staff. Good whisky selection. Nice bathroom and a little oasis from the crazies.

If you're in Anacapri and don't eat at Bar Due Pini... go back and try again…read more This spot hits that rare trifecta: insanely fresh ingredients, warm and attentive service, and food so good it'll haunt your dreams (in the best way). Started with a crisp limoncello spritz--refreshing, light, and just the right amount of kick. The eggplant parm appetizer was a standout: flavorful yet airy, with none of the heaviness you sometimes get. Then came the zucchini flower, which was basically a puffy cloud of joy on a plate. The fresh lobster pasta? Perfection. The kind of dish that makes you stop mid-bite to appreciate your life choices. What makes this place extra special: they actually care. Allergies? Accommodated with ease. Want to go off-menu? They'll create something just for you. Our server was incredibly kind, helpful with wine pairings, and made the whole experience feel personal and unrushed. Capri has views. Bar Due Pini has views and flavor. Don't miss it.

My wife and I came here for lunch last week and unfortunately I cannot say it was a good…read moreexperience. The food was good, not stellar, not bad by any means. The portions are generous, sure the prices are a little on the higher side but you're also paying for location so it's to be expected. We were not shocked by the prices. We WERE however shocked when we were given different service from other tables around us. The only things I can think of are that either we are a gay couple or the manager decided we were not of high enough class to eat there. I'm leaning towards the latter as assuming the former is hopefully way off base. The change in behavior was when my wife tried to order steak and the manager stopped her to make sure she knew there was a minimum weight of 300g (10oz) to order it. She immediately changed her mind as that is a large amount of meat especially for lunch and we weren't going to walk around Anacapri with leftovers. After she changed her mind and we ordered, the service STOPPED. Every other table was served the customary bread with olive oil and balsamic (this is not mentioned because we wanted to gorge ourselves on bread, it is a point of how we were treated differently from 2 other tables seated at or around the same time) and we were not. Every other customer was offered coffee and/or dessert, again customary especially in a higher end restaurant and we weren't ignored after our meals were served. My wife made eye contact with the manager at one point and tried to gain his attention, to which he averted his eyes and walked past us. Even though many restaurants in Italy have you pay at the register, two tables that finished before us were brought their checks after they were offered coffee/dessert. We were left to sit awkwardly until we realized they would not be returning to our table to offer any additional service or the check. We may not have "looked like we belonged" but we were not day-trippers to the island, we had been staying in a 4-star hotel in Capri for 2 days and had another day left of our stay. This was not the way Anacapri treated guests 20 years ago, nor was it the way anyone else during our stay on the island treated us. We could afford to be there and should have been treated better.
