Great little wine bar in Positano. Excellent selection of wine, limited food. Most of the servers are extremely knowledgeable especially on the local wines. Highly recommend. And dont overlook a limoncello spritz. I'm not a big fan of limoncello normally but in Spritz form, its an absolutely refreshing summer drink.

My husband wanted to visit Three Sisters because he'd previously been there with his family. It felt like your typical touristy restaurant along the Positano beachfront. Tables were crammed pretty tight together to accommodate as many guests as possible. We were seated within a few minutes and given menus that were super dirty. Like I felt gross touching them. But I supposed that was the worst thing about this restaurant so I can't deduct too many points, especially when they have 5€ Prosecco. Now that's dangerous. For dinner, I decided on the spaghetti alla putanesca, with salted anchovies, olives, capers, and cherry tomatoes. It was our last night in Italy, and I wanted to enjoy as much pasta and seafood as I could. It was a delicious dish, and I savored every last bite. Being the last meal on our honeymoon, I just had to save room for tiramisu, which I'd failed to do thus far. It was very rich and chocolatey but worth the wait. Overall, Le Tre Sorelle wasn't one of my favorite restaurants in Italy but definitely a memorable one.

This was a fairly average place. It had a great location right by the water. The restaurant was clean and lovely. The service was very friendly and made time to chats with every table. The food itself was ok. I got the seafood soup and it was an amazing portion. It tasted fresh and had a good balance of difference foods.y only problem was the amount of sand left over in the shells. It made an otherwise great dish hard to eat. However the restaurant ended the meal with a complimentary limoncello shot and small heart shaped pizza.

On a recommendation my wife and I along with two friends visited Le Tre Sorelle (Three Sisters) for lunch. The restaurant is located down by the beach in Positano and offered beautiful views while we were dining. The menu was extensive but when in Italy I usually order some form of pasta as I feel I can get the "other stuff" no matter how good here almost anywhere. Right or wrong with that idea I ordered spaghetti with prawns. I saw prawns on someone 's plate while being led to our table and thought that "sealed the deal". Three of us ended up with spaghetti with prawns and the fourth ordered gnocchi. The spaghetti was heavenly with a very subtle marinara sauce. Prawns were good size and had that "steak texture" I enjoy. Like the spaghetti, the gnocchi was freshly made and was as light as I've ever tasted. Since a lot of sharing took place. I was able to enjoy the gnocchi as well. We all had different wine choices so instead of ordering a bottle, we enjoyed glasses of Barolo, Chianti Classico and a nice Chardonnay. Service was flawless and while we were waiting for our order, they brought us some complimentary bruschetta. What a great way to experience a carb overload. The food is so wonderful in Italy, you almost forget about the beauty of the area. Positano is about as beautiful a place I've ever seen.

Absolutely delicious, we were only able to visit Poisitano for the day but wow everything was so fresh and staff was so friendly. So happy we chose to eat here.

This place is absolutely fabulous! Here twice in seven years and it is as good now as it was 7 years ago. Just the best Italian seafood experience I have ever had. So highly recommended.

Mold in each sealed bottle of lemoncello

Came here for dinner and it was alright, but really a mediocre meal overall. The next day we went to it's sister wine shop to buy some lemoncello and have it shipped back to the United States. When we received the bottles they all had little spots of mold in them, which should not be able to happen in authentic lemoncello, and after daring to try a sip found it had definitely gone bad. After sending pictures of the mold and receipts we were told to ship the bottles back to them. Unfortunately you cannot ship bottles of wine in the U.S. without a license, so we were told there was "nothing they can do." Definitely avoid their wine room and honestly if this is how they treat customers I'd recommend avoiding all Le Tre Sorelle establishments in Positano.

This place came highly recommended from my aunt and uncle who visit Italy every year. The restaurant is location down by the beach in Positano and offers a beautiful view while dining. There was so much to choose from and made it hard for us to make a decision. Everything sounded so good. We ordered calamari as an appetizer and it was just so fresh and tasty! We were very pleased with how tasty and fresh it was. For my entree, I ordered the Frutti di Mare. It had shrimp, clams, and mussels. It was so light and fresh and tasty. I would definitely recommend if looking for a light and tasty seafood pasta. The service here was phenomenal! Our server as well as other servers and bussers were so kind and extremely attentive. We were very well taken care and they made sure that we were enjoying ourselves as well as our meals. We ended the evening with complimentary limoncello - perfect way to end an already great evening filled with delicious food, a beautiful view, and fantastic service! This place is a MUST!

    Love!

The most amazing food and service! Just sat and enjoy the food and drinks while watching people at the beach! Phenomenal restaurant. A must do a Positano!!

Upon visiting my dad who is a local in the Amalfi Coast, I was taken to Le Tre Sorelle (Three Sisters) for lunch. The location is phenomenal - overlooking the beautiful sea and mountains. Although this spot is where most tourists go, it didn't feel super touristy. I've been to the next door restaurant, Chez Black and although that is a great lunch option, I think Le Tre Sorelle really executes their entrees so well. I also received a photograph of the three sisters that the restaurant is named after!

Our favorite meal in Positano, Italy was lunch at Le Tre Sorelle. The seafood was so fresh, the waiters were so friendly and treated us like family, and the seaside view was beautiful. All of our meals in Positano paled in comparison to our meal at Le Tre Sorelle. I wish we would have dined here more during our stay in Positano. We had fun trying to break the language barrier with our waiter. His English was actually pretty good! My Italian is terrible so we had a few laughs while I attempted to order our food and speak a little small-talk in broken Italian. We started off our meal with the "Frutti de Mare", an incredible seafood sampler platter that included shrimp, prawns, calamari and other fresh seafood. For our second course we had the Pumpkin Ravioli. This dish was very light and flavorful. For our main course we had the Catch-of-the-Day baked and served in a white wine sauce with tomatoes, capers, olives and potatoes. We were so full that we skipped dessert and just had espresso. Our waiter brought us some complimentary limoncello and biscotti so that we could end our meal on a sweet note. He also went out of his way to give us postcards to mail to our mom and mother-in-law with the restaurant's original three sisters on the postcards. If you are visiting Positano this restaurant is to not be missed!

Great food and good staff, I had the chicken with creamy mushrooms my wife had the pumpkin ravioli and both were very delicious. I would send my friends and family there I think that says enough. It's situated right on the beach Walk so you can easy access the location and comes with a view of the ocean.

So happy we did. The bread basket alone was the first indicator - they had such an array of options and all of it was warm and fresh - the focaccia was literally the best I've ever had, it was oily and salty in itself, and so rich to snack on before the food arrived The mozzarella Caprese was so fresh and delicious. The tomatoes were perfectly ripe, the cheese was clearly fresh and highly quality. Only available in Italy like that for sure. I tried the sea bass the first night - amazing. Falls off the fork it's cooked so tenderly, and the lemon sauce, everything was perfect. The second night, i had the lasagna which was also incredible and so visually stunning, just this round pasta in layers of gooey cheese, meat and sauce. On the first night My friend had the seafood pasta wjicj she was raving about, on the second night she had the pasta trio which wasn't worth ordering. Everything else was seriously amazing and the prices weren't insane despite positano being the most expensive leg of the trip. Totally would come back.

I must say, the environment was fancy, the decorations - pleasant to behold, and the view - stunning. However, the primary roots of my two out of five stars comes with the attentiveness of the servers and the portion size of the food. The Caprese salad was wonderful, the tomatoes were well seasoned and the buffalo mozzarella was very delicious. The bread that they served was also soft, fluffy, and yummy. Our entrées consisted of pasta, Seabass, and red mullet, after waiting 30 minutes for our entrées we were shocked to behold that not much food was given, and we were left feeling hungrier than when we had arrived. The red mullet fillet was perhaps 1 ounce and came with four individual muscles, enough to satisfy a mouse or perhaps a small Chihuahua. The Seabass fillets were substantial, however, they were paired with two thin slices of zucchini, and four small individual russet potatoes, again enough for a camping portion when you are in the mountains. The pasta was good though! All in all, although the servers were nice, we did have to wait quite some time to be served and to receive the check, the food was good tasting, but the portion sizes diminished the experience and left us hungry. Hungry enough, perhaps, to purchase four full-size pizzas immediately after leaving this establishment. Which we did. Because we were still hungry, and this is not to add to the typical stereotype that Americans eat a ton of food, just the entrées were quite puny and the price point was high enough to set our expectations very high. This is a long review, and I would like for it to be communicated that this is purely not harsh feedback but rather constructive criticism based upon our experience. I bid you farewell and good day!
