Went on our first night when we were exhausted from traveling so didn't drink or get dessert which definitely could have affected the outcome of the meal. This place is mainly a wine bar and we didn't get the wine so it could be on us! Burrata Appetizer was really good, fresh tomatoes and arugula. They gave you bread/oil vinegar for free which is nice. Carbonara was really good and had shaved truffles on it The stuffed Cannolini and it was extremely smokey and the cheese inside became kind of tough and gummy, it was the only thing I would not order again. Overall the place was solid and I wish I got to try some wines. Next time Wouldn't recommend since there were better spots. read more

This was by far our FAVORITE meal in the Campania region from the food to the service (Thank you, Antonio!!!) The restaurant was charming and the tables were perfectly spaced so it didn't feel too crowded. We didn't know what wine to order but we knew we wanted a White wine that was regional and could pair well with our meals. Antonio found us the perfect wine in our price range and we couldn't have been more thrilled! We started our dinner off with fried fish and a burrata dish. The jalapeno were so fresh, it wasn't spicy at all and the burrata was perfect. The fish was delicious and not too heavy. Then I had the best meal of the trip - the Tortelloni alle Nerano. These tortelloni were stuffed with multiple cheeses and the pasta was so fresh, it melted in your mouth when you took a bite. The pairing with the zucchini and sauce was so light, I think everyone needs to try it. My boyfriend got the seared tuna and it was prepared perfectly. The fish was fresh and soft as you bit into it. We saw amazing reviews for the meats and ragù but coming from Tuscany, we wanted to try something different. However, after eating these dishes, I'm sure it would have been even more incredible. We had to end with a dessert. The chocolate mousse was rich and perfectly paired with the berries. I wish I could rate this restaurant 10 stars. The people working there knew so much about the dishes, the wine and the pairing. The food was incredible. And the atmosphere and location made it feel like we discovered this hidden, local gem. Tucked away on a side street in Sorrento, this is a very good place that I would definitely frequent again. While they were out of patio seating, they had a little room across from the restaurant for our larger party of 7, and it also had air conditioning. They had their menus on tablets as well as QR code. Good and decent wine selection. Prices were pretty reasonable and service was good. Food was a bit mixed. The pastas were good to very good, but we have had better (in particular the ravioli - was just decent). However, the steak for 2 was really good and I would get that again. read more

Billed as wine bar but nice menus and food delicous! Be sure to try the "caponata di torella" appetizer. It's made with shrimp, cherry tomatoes, burrrata, greens and panzarella (bread chunks). Loved it. It was fun to try their different selections of of wine-they have an extended list. This was my 2nd fave meal in sorrento and the least expensive. It's on a quieter side street off the main drag with a cute outdoor patio. read more

Wow. So pleasantly surprised to have stumbled upon this gem in Sorrento. They call themselves a wine bar but don't be fooled - they're serving out some incredible dishes. We ended up eating dinner here and enjoyed a beautifully built charcuterie board along with a caprese ravioli and the most divine truffle pasta. Service was attentive and both the interior and exterior were quaint but comfortable. Suggest making a reservation in advance which we did easily on TripAdvisor (through The Fork). Amazing wine list (although I don't drink at all), delicious pasta, salad and bread and olive oil and dessert and great service. It's in a small street right in front of an artisanal place that sells beautiful music boxes. I really recommend this place: it's not that touristy, it's unpretentious, food is very good, service is nice and prices are low. read more

The food was quite good but the service was lacking. For a place with a hefty fee you would expect more waiter visits then just them taking the order and fetching the bill. This place is what Sorrento is meant to be. Every dish was immaculate, the wine options were fantastic, and the menus are on iPad (which means nothing until you notice the "random selection" option for people who can't decide, where it selects a red or white for you by chance)... From the rosemary seared steak to the nut infused semifreddo with 4 types of fruit- select this restaurant if you want amazing food, few tourists, and with only 5 tables- a great ambiance. P.S. - my wife is chiding me as I write this for making this place sound too amazing (because #marriage), but take it from me, you want to go here. read more

We stumbled upon this place after dinner at Il Pozzo. Very reasonably priced and decent amount of options for great wine. Tucked away and not a big space which made it great for a quieter, intimate setting. I had the Taurasi for 8 euros and my bf had the Barolo for 12 euros. Barolo was ok apparently but the taurasi was great! We loved the service and chill vibe of the wine bar so much that we came back the following night.
