Cleaner "John"…read morewith long hair, was one hour late, which we were actually completely fine with as we both had the day off but ultimately he did a terrible job. He walked back and forth between kitchen and small bathroom over and over for no reason (the only two rooms to be cleaned) and after one hour, said he was done with the bathroom. It looked like he took a Clorox wipe to the surface and mopped water. You couldnt even smell cleaners. He started grumbling about doing the kitchen which had nothing on floors, in oven, in sink etc saying it was a big job and I said well can't you do floors, oven, microwave, sinks as promised? He just stared at the microwave as if it was a big deal. I mean, you're a cleaner. His total lack of professionalism and lack of a quality job, he was very very slow moving, arriving, his total demeanor was lame and lazy. When reported (and sent pics) to owner, owner did not even apologize for our time wasted, showing up late or the terrible job. We had this "cleaner" leave early after only one hour bc I couldn't imagine what he would do in the next two hours on my wallet and the result wouldn't even be worth having him in my grandmas home.

They did an excellent job and really got down to small details like cleaning the bathroom fan, moving all furniture to vacuum/mop, and did an awesome job on our windows/screens. Our apt gets super dusty for some reason and we have a small chi-mix who sheds constantly. We're happy w/the job and price. They charged $295 flat rate which was on par w/other estimates. We also tipped each worker $10 bc tipping is good karma:) Will likely reach out to them in the future for a random cleaning here and there.

I hired KleenPro for a move-out cleaning for a 3bedroom/1.5bathroom apartment and had some of the…read moreWORST service/experience I've ever had with a cleaning company. This includes late and unsatisfactory cleaning (with multiple dirty spots), lack of response when I reached out (despite their guarantee), and LYING to the bank when I tried to initiate a chargeback. We set the appointment for 1 PM. The cleaner arrived in the early afternoon around 2 PM, but the service did not finish until much later at almost midnight due to a change in cleaners. We understand that there was a family emergency causing a change in cleaners, so we aren't too upset about that. However, we are upset at the communication near the end because the original cleaner had estimated finishing at 9 PM due to the delay. We checked in a little past 9 PM and they said they were not finished yet. We stopped by and the new cleaning staff said they'd be done by 10:30 PM. We came back at 11 PM and they were still cleaning, not finishing until almost midnight. With all the time spent, we are also upset at the condition it was left in. Several spots were missed (easy things like dust marks on the floor!). I have attempted to contact the merchant multiple times, through both email and text, and received no response from them. We attempted to contact them well within the 48-hour period immediately after the cleaning to do a touch-up cleaning (as stated on their website). We had to hire a different cleaning company to finish the job. As a result, we initiated a chargeback, on which KleenPro LIED in the response. They said that we did not reach out, despite us emailing and texting them multiple times to try to resolve the issue amicably. We even tried to request a normal refund from the merchant, but since they did not respond to us, we initiated a chargeback.

I show up at my apartment at 7pm and the Anna, the cleaning lady does not come until 7:45pm. Company was testing my patience but stuff happens so I was trying to be as understanding as possible. Anna finished her cleaning around 11:30pm. I felt bad that she had to work so late, but remembered it was not my fault that she had to reschedule and on top of that come late. She claimed she was finished and I took her word for it, which I horribly regret. I had my move out inspection the next day. Anna did not bother to clean the exterior of the fridge, any of the windows or screens, missed alot of spots inside the oven, missed alot of spots in the cabinets, missed alot of spots on the floor, etc. It was embarrassing doing the move out inspection with my landlord. I paid Anna and her cleaning company $200 for a move out cleaning. I was charged by my landlord $380. I paid $580 total. I expect the $200 full refund from this company.
