We also felt the dish wasn't as cooked as it should be and more soggy than crispy. Overall, the food was generally ok but a bit basic and expensive. I definitely didn't think it was worth the price difference over Vic's (which I also find to be a bit basic but at least is pretty affordable). The portions were also a bit small, I still didn't feel totally full sharing $60 worth of takeout with just my husband . Maybe it's worth it for the nice atmosphere if you dine in here but I definitely didn't think it was worth it for takeout.

It was always an awesome experience back then and it still is today. Fast forward to 2025 and the Lion King roll is still my favorite sushi roll ever.
