Hey again PT boys here. This was an amazing breath of fresh air. Once again, we will rate individual dishes based on our liking and how we believe others will perceive the dishes as well. Tacoyaki: We had a disagreement on this review. One of us said that this dish was a 7.5 based on personal liking but I said that the dish was an 8.5 based on personal liking. However, we did decide that we believe most people who would order this dish would rate it high (8 or above). In comparison to the tacoyaki we had at Terakawa in Chinatown, we definitely prefer this one. It was perfectly fresh octopus, fresh and crispy breading, and soft and savory inside. Crispy rice tuna: We collectively rated this an 8.3. This was an absolutely amazing, texturally delightful dish. The rice that served as the vessel for the tuna was fresh, crispy and also soft once bitten into. The tuna also tasted very fresh and had a nice bright red color to it further indicating its freshness. Lobster dragon roll: My PT boy gave this an 8.7. The sushi had a very beautiful presentation and looked almost like something out of candy land. It had a perfect balance of savory with the lobster and the tuna and sweetness with the bright yellow mango. The sauce that topped it did not overpower the flavor (oftentimes we find that Japanese restaurants make this mistake). Tornado roll: I give this a 9.0. This was an absolutely phenomenal roll. A perfect mixture of different textures, crispy from the outside and soft on the inside. The spicy tuna held a perfect relationship with the scallop especially with, as noted, the crispy texture complimenting the two. Miso ramen: I would give this a 9.3. The flavor of the soup was obviously very fresh and properly prepared. It was extremely savory and a perfect way to end off our lunch. The chashu pork in the ramen was so tender to the point where it fell apart. The egg was very marinated and tender as well. Overall, extremely tasty and personally the best ramen that we had around here. Shoyu Ramen: I rate this a 9.1 I ordered this as a recommendation from the very nice waitress. The broth was once again extremely well prepared and extremely flavorful. Again, the chashu pork and the egg was also absolutely amazing. Overall, my favorite ramen I've had as well. Atmosphere: very calm and very clean. Classical music played in the background which was a first for us but ended up being good ambient music. Service: the waitress was extremely attentive and very nice. She was so patient and kind that she even helped me determine how much money I had left to spend on my gift card by slowly trying to charge my card a dollar less each time. I told her it was completely ok but she insisted on continuing. Overall, absolutely phenomenal. Ordered Sake on UberEats and it was a great experience! The broth for Tonkatzu and Shoyu were the same and they included a salad with each and extra breaded tonkatsu on the side! It was $18.95 for each which is a bit high of a price point but especially as the cold weather starts coming in, Sake Mian is a great option for a hot bowl of noodles. What a good experience! Celebrated our son's 14th Birthday who wanted Sushi. We are so happy they were open in the middle of a snow storm. The service is impeccable and the food divine. Extremely disappointed. Ordered the "Bento Box B" which consists of steak teriyaki, salmon teriyaki, shrimp teriyaki, a spicy tuna roll, spring rolls, pot stickers, and shrimp tempura. The stir fried veggies that came with the steak were better than the steak itself. Never received the salmon or shrimp teriyaki. The spring rolls and pot stickers were most likely in a freezer earlier that day. Stay away from the shrimp tempura!! They do not remove the sh*t sac from the shrimp (see photo). The food and service were amazing here! My boyfriend and I went on a late night post workout date night here. The host/server greeted us with a smile, and came to take our order pretty fast. When asked about it, we were told that nothing could be done about it. That is not a good environment to keep fish fresh in a sushi restaurant. What an awful meal! We normally order from Kuma Sushi which is only a few minutes away. Only drawback to Kuma is no delivery. Decided to order from Sake Main to take advantage of the delivery. What a terrible decision. In comparison to their competitor, prices are $2 more per roll and the quality is not even close the same. The rice was terrible. Like baby mush food. Fish feels like day old leftovers. Save your stomach and more importantly your MONEY & go to Kuma or in desperation Vics. Better yet, Wegmans... Let me just say, this place has the best boba ever. I'm a chef myself and I visited this restaurant yesterday with two of my friends. The gyoza was amazing and the soy sauce that came with it. It was so good that I order another one and I never do that. I got the chicken fried rice which also stunning. The only thing I'd say is if they're was more chicken I'd be happier. The beautiful lady that attended us was so nice. She was so comforting and sweet. She also makes the tapioca balls and the tea from scratch. We ordered from them recently, and it was a "meh" experience. We ordered Shoyu Ramen, Salmon Avocado Rolls, Shrimp Tempura Rolls, Chicken Udon, and Curry Kastzu, to sample from different parts of the menu. The shoyu ramen, salmon avocado rolls, and shrimp tempura rolls were all very tasty and priced fairly at $13.95, $6.95, and $7.95, respectively. The chicken udon and curry chicken kastzu were a disaster -- inedible and had to be thrown away. The chicken in the chicken udon was (dangerously) undercooked (hence the low rating) and whatever sauce the udon noodles were prepared in tasted high doctored and artificial. Similarly, the curry sauce in the chicken kastzu tasted like it came from a powder mix with water added to it: very artificial with an aftertaste. The fried chicken cutlet no doubt started in the freezer section of some restaurant supplier. I am not sure we'll give them another try - or if we do, we'll just stick to sushi rolls and the ramen. In addition, the take-out order was promised in 20 minutes and it took them 40 minutes to prepare it, with no text updates about the delay. read more

Starting with their robust online takeout, adding items and paying is a breeze. Every item is lovingly packaged and labeled. This is upscale food, so don't hesitate to splurge for that $15+ ramen dish, as you'll have at least two servings (or in my case I just eat the whole thing). The ingredients are made fresh and that ramen broth reminds me of some of the best ramen I've had - packed with flavor and spice, the broth alone could count as it's own wholehearted meal. The broth enhances the flavor of the protein (pork is my go-to), noodles, seaweed, mushrooms, and that sweet marinated egg. I've always had extremely pleasant interactions with them and they are super quick, often finishing my order in less than 20 minutes. There's also convenient toll parking right out front. Sake Mian easily earns five stars - bold, flavorful food, easy online takeout on their website, and stellar customer service. read more
